I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1299/ from my credit card number ending with 5554 without my concern on date 25/09/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount rs 1299/

    I sushil chopra draw your attention on the above sbject giving you in brief with ready to reference on the current case:

    1. My new a/c no. Is :[protected] with customer id no.[protected] showing (-) rs.42000.00 where as no transation has taken place.
    2. My previous credit card no. Was [protected] in the year 2009 - balance 43, 522.20.
    3. Settlement letter was for rs.27, 000.00
    4. Paid amount was rs.17, 490/-photo copy of receipt attached.
    5. My a/c no.[protected] with you was freezed in he year 2009 havinng an amount more than rs.20, 000/- was balance.
    6. After paying the above amount, how rs.20, 000/-are still pending, i dont know?
    Please go in to matter and let me know in detail by sms in mob. No.[protected]. Waiting for suitable and favourable reply.

    Its really shameful that bank like Hdfc is harassing its customers and minting money from them. You have freezes my previous account and taken EMI as well. And now you are coming up with ridiculous reply that account is invalid or you don't have any records.. Its really ridiculous.. If you don't have records why you are still continuing to freeze my account.. Your customer care is so pathetic that instead of giving any solution you are merely harassing customers.. Many times calls are not answered.. I am taking this matter to consumer court as i have all the receipts of the payment. Thank you

        Hi,

        I have been with hdfc for last 8 years and for last 6-7 quarters hdfc has been charging me a fee of inr17.70.

        After i lodged a complaint over call, executive said hdfc is charging this fee to everyone, even their own employees for their salary account and they cannot do anything about this.

        There are other banks who provide instant alert services too and they do not charge us. Why was i not notified of any such fee before making such deductions from my account?

        Request refund of those instant alert charges.

          Dear, hdfc, i applied my credit card application for hdfc credit card on 11 oct 2018. I had submitted all the required documents to the executive who had visited my office. After that, i waited up to 13-14 days and got the application number which is 18j240xxxx0250s2. After receiving this number again i waited up to 4 days and today i got the status as my application is disapproved stating that "our representatives were unsuccessful in contacting you at the address provided by you in the application." but i had done three-time verification and the executives said that everything is done successfully and i had submitted all documents properly. Now i have received the letter that i must fill the form and sign it and send a post to the hdfc office but why when i have submitted everything properly.

            Myself chetan, i have a salary account with hdfc. The bank keep deducting asd charges from my account. Now it is showing ledger account is rs. -7700. How can the bank debit any amount without any prior information to their consumer. Please solve this as soon as possible.

              Careless money minded people. Value customer earlier i have raised a complaint that i am not able to pay the credict card bill since it is showing an invalid card. Now it's the problem from your side and you have made my credict score look bad. Response to customer instead just an automated call saying credict card payment. No one from credict card section made a call and asked my query. Need my credict score back to normal and apology letter from the hdfc bank

                I have got a sms as 'mandate reference number: hdfc[protected] issues to hdfcltd with value rs.57500.00 and frequency mnth is recieved today for processing.

                I am not sure its regarding what? I havn't opted for anything for 57500.00

                Please help in getting the details about the sms.

                I have opted for ergo insurance, but i have canceled that immediately. And i have canceled the cheques as well given for that insurance. Is it related to that.

                  Hi; My name is Vishakha Sharma.I had a complaint against HDFC Bank regarding a service of (Personal loan ) that i had bought of them on dated 29/10/18. There is totally be a false commitment done with me by their representative ( Sales Manager ) name NIVI ph no. [protected]. They said that it will be at the Rate of @ 13.99% with 1.5% processing fees. But when the amount gets disbursed in my HDFC account and till then I don't know about my interest rate and processing fees so it clearly shows that they have cheated me. And before the amount gets disbursed in my account i haven't received any confirmation call from HDFC Bank which is a big concern for me that atleast they should inform me about the same but they didn't bother to do so. I have made call to customer care when the amount gets disbursed in my account and raised the concern for the same but nobody told me the right procedure for cancellation of loan. But the response which I got was not satisfactory at all.They said that you gets charged for this. Thus, I decided to file my complain on this site with the expectation that some how i will get a Justice. So this is my humble request to help me to sort out this problem.                     Hi sir/ma'am,

                    It is to inform you that i am a customer of your bank having bank account bearing no. [protected] which exists on my name "vicky sharma". I am filing/writing this complaint with regards to the working/conduct of your hdfc bank situated at sco 371-372, sector 35-b, chandigarh and for the indecent behavior of branch manager mr. Gagan sharda.

                    Since[protected], i am having a salaried account with your bank (Hdfc bank, sector 35-b, chandigarh) and when i left the job the salary account automatically changed into saving account without prior notice or intimation to me.in the recent days i was going through some financial crisis though i could not maintain minimum balance as alleged by your banker of rs. 10, 000/- per month. Thereafter, on 10.05.2017 i requested my brother to send some money. Upon which he transferred an amount of rs.10, 000/- into my that very salary account [protected]. When i went into the branch of hdfc bank to get the same en-cashed. There i came to know that my account stands in negative due to non maintenance of minimum balance due to which an amount of rs. 6227/- is withhold with your bank.

                    Kindly give me some advice/suggestion to get the withhold amount refunded. On the next day i visited to your branch sector 35-b, chandigarh and had conversation with the branch manager mr. Gagan sharda and he assured me that amount will be reversed but for that you need to maintain account minimum balance and i assured him that i'll do the same. He further said that i can provide you a reversal of Rs. 2000/- on urgent basis and rest will be reverted to your account with the passage of time but for that you have to maintain average minimum balance. As per the discussion with the branch manager i filled up a form for reversal of rs. 6227/- and went to his cabin he said wait outside i call you in few minutes. On which i waited outside his cabin for more then 1 hour for handing over that reversal form after one hour i again approached him and handed over the reversal form.
                    After few days when i didn't got any reversal into my account on 14.06.2017 i again went to your bank sector 35-b, Chandigarh and talked to operational manager regarding reversal. I am getting harassed mentally and physically by your banker for my own money and the way they are treating me whenever i visit your branch. Moreover, false assurance given by your bankers at several interval of times and no satisfactory reply given by them.

                    When i didn't get rest of the reversal then i submitted the following complaint again:-

                    Thanks for resolving my complaint. But the matter is still pending as of today also HDFC Bank is still withholding rest of the amount i.e. Rs 4, 227/- out of the total deduction of Rs. 6, 227/-. Sir, again I am making a humble request that kindly refund my whole amount of Rs. 4, 227/- in my account bearing No. [protected]. As now I am continuously operating my account & maintaining required balance. Now as per the assurance given by your bankers/employee on 11.05.2017 the amount requires to be refunded within few months but till date not received my rest of the money i.e. Rs 4, 227/-. Kindly have a look into this matter and resolve it on priority. Thanks in anticipation.

                    Now a sum of Rs. 4, 227/- is still pending for reversal. kindly look into this matter and do the needful to refund the same.

                      But at the same time when i reapplied for the card online it states that your already have got an international credit card as following:

                      Hdfc bank international credit card.
                      While processing your application we observe that you already hold a hdfc bank international credit card. We are

                      Hdfc bank credit card.
                      But i dont know which credit card i already have, its been shown disapproved when i check the status.
                      So, as per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected].
                      Hdfc bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman.
                      So i need to file a case against them if they cant give me any valid reason because by cibil score is excellent and i have no past issues with any bank.

                        I had done 1000rupess o[censored]pi transaction from BHIM on 24oct 2018 in which money was debited but not credited in receiver account. Its almost 1 week and i am not able to find any medium to connect bank. Whenever i am trying to call bank, there is no way to connect to bank employees..only they are misguiding the customer various options here and there by their computer talkie.
                        Even If a bank have not a complaint center how they are working.There is no way of transpancy to connect.today its the issue of 1000..after some time may be it will cocern of 10000 or lac rupees.
                        We have to raise voice against it.

                          So far I haved send 5 mails to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com regarding my fastag application. I haven't receive any single responds from them . I applied for fastag on 17/10/2018 for the vehicle no TN07BC9060. my application reference no HFR083446. It shows that I will receive fastag within 7 working days . But still now nothing has been created when ever I call customer care they keep on asking to send ID proofs . I have send my ID proofs for 5 times to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com on the below dates
                          17/10/18,
                          22/10/18.
                          25/10/18,
                          26/10/18,
                          29/10/18.
                          so far my account not created and I didnt receive any mail regarding that . called hdfc fastag customer care N number of times . they keep on telling its in process and send documents again and again . kindly help to get fastag immediately . else help me to get my money Rs500 paid for the fastag (TN07BC9060). application ref no:HFR083446 back .

                          This is to inform you that i've applied for aforesaid Fastag application ( # HFR172427) on 2nd day of July 2019 for my car via HDFC Bank portal under Fastag offer but i didn't yet get my Fastag since over last two weeks

                          In this connection, one week ago, i just got phone call from Blue Dart Courier boy that my related consignment was lying with them due to non-mentioning of my delivery address thereon and just advised to send them email from the HDFC Bank about the customer delivery address confirmation for the said lying consignment. So, i just approach to my home branch of HDFC Bank in this matter and got assured to resolve the same very shortly by their end.

                          But i got surprised when i just continuous many ring to HDFC FASTAG Helpline No.[protected] and got a reply today with new consignment no. as my previous phone calls didn't pick by anyone on the said helpline.

                          When i just informed to said helpline phone attendant about my previous fastag consignment no. dispatched without my delivery address but didn't get satisfactory answer from there end and just advised to send them email for re-dispatch my consignment.

                          Kindly some one advise where should i go to make their complaints for such delay ...

                          I am fastag holder of HDFC bank. My fastag has been damaged.
                          I have applied by paying Rs 100 in month of March and still not received it. My vehicle No is
                          MH09DA1283
                          The money also has not been refunded to my account.
                          I have called multiple times regarding this to issue to send my Fastag as early as possible to
                          customercare center but in vain.
                          So please send it ASAP.
                          Regarding refund as the I paid the amount in cash as well as the same amount was deducted from my fastag wallet also.

                          I applied for reissue my fasttag in Feb 2020 and also paid Rs 100 in March 2020
                          But still, I don't receive my Fasttag of my cra RJ07CA8926

                          No any response from customer care
                          No any reply over email also

                          I didn't expected such a poor service from HDFC

                            I request for a password in 2 HDFC bank but bith branch are reject my reqest and told me to go in another branch. Foolish service is provided by HDFC. When I contacted the customer care number that lady didnt provide me any support also i check on mpassbook but that application is also not working. When i discuss with the personal banker he told me to provide the statement but i am not interested to show my transaction, i just want the password 1st page. If only 1st page is sufficient to verification then why should i show all my transaction through statement.

                                I have got at least 50 calls by hefc bank calling for my wife's credit card payment.. and when asked for a settelment was informed that cannot be done asked to call customer care .. that customer care number do not handle these things is what I was told by them ... Later again he called me and said will harras me until I pay I have a recording of the representative name omkar .. he refused to give me his last name .. I am filling a official police complaint today .. get this fixed

                                  I have applied for regalia credit card through hdfc bank agent. Verification was done properly. Reveived the verification call from hdfc head office on oct 15th 2018. After 1 week i received the kit. But found the card was not hdfc regalia credit card... It was actaully hdfc jet priviledge card.
                                  Kindly take action against those telecallers who make such fraud for earning their commision.

                                      I had booked a flight ticket from hyderabad to bangalore for 1602 rupees using paytm and paid using my debit card. For some reason i had to cancel the ticket on 27th october. The refund amount was 869. It is showing in paytm that it's refunded but it's not getting reflected in my account.
