I requested for cancellation of plan but they are not cancelling the service instead they are convincing me to continue the service, forcing me to accept the plan, i don't know what to do, amount is debited from my credit card, i have to pay money for credit card but i am not interested to pay money. Its really a compulsion for me. Its a single plan. Each day i called them to cancel the service but they keep on explaining the service provided by them and finally making me to accept what they say and i am helpless to talk about such thing. Kindly provide solution and help me by cancelling and refund the amount taken from me.
