After running behind multiple department i got a settlement letter which stated that in 4 installments i'll be settled.

First they took cheque number then they asked me to pay online it self.

I paid 2 installments before date now i'm still getting automated recording asking to pay as per my old due date and calls everyday thrice a day asking to pay money when i am on settlement. I receive statements showing interest on the original amount the number is unreachable for the guy who gve me settlement. They r staying me saying it will will fine aft u make settlement last payment but i knw they r lying. I wanna file a police complaint guide me as to how.

    On 22nd oct 2018, amount of 1899 debited from my account of hdfc bank in mumbai at cponeassis, without any information or without informing me or without sending otp or phone call to me.
    You should atleast have to inform me before the transaction.

    I want my money back in my account and information about this why it was debited from my account.

      I had paid minimum dues from past one year r more, but due to i'll health of my wife. N death of brother in family not able to pay from past 6 months. Frm past 15days collection agency is harassing me at workplace,, that agency manager is speaking vulgar language, i asked them to wait till my salary date for payment of 10k from total outstanding bal 42k, but tortureing more. Saying that collection agent will get 10persons at my workplace tomorrow too much harassment. My wife was discharged from hospital only yesterday, now also i'm not able to get required scan for her. But agency manager calls n informs that let ur wife die, i need money. Please suggest me any solution for the payment next week. I have to take my wife again to hospital

        I had applied hdfc credit card through your representative as per his advice hdfc card diners club international rewardz selected but now since three month shopkeepers denying payment through this card and says 3% transaction charge applicable with this card. All income / supporting documents as mentioned above will need to be self attested (duly signed by you) on the document along with a signed letter.           I'm using hdfc credit card. Now i see the transition details that an amount of 1399/- was debited from my credit card ending with 4944 without my permission on 26/10/2018
          Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs 1399/-. Please deactivate one assist membership & refund me all the deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist mfee without customer's info. If it happens again i will cancel my credit card.

          Kindly, refund my amount.

I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/-

            I think it is the poorest service provider bank in the whole country. My application no.[protected]o1, which i submitted appx. 3 months ago. The executives have asked for my documents for more than 5 times and today i when i tracked the application it shows disapproved because of some they don't have required documents.
            The executives are so irresponsible towards customer and zero customer centricity is there. They opened my account by telling me something they have not been able to deliver.

            They have initiated the process gain for the second time and each time I track application it says in Process. It has been 3 months already. If you can do something about it then kindly fast track the application.

              I want to cancell my hdfc life uday proposal but no response from hdfc life.
              Hdfc life agent told me to sent an e-mail, but no action taken after e-mail was sent several times.
              Proposal have many wrong information and premium deducted was converted into emi without my consent.
              I want to cancell the proposal.
              No money refund till date.
              Also it was said no documentation required, but they asked to submit different documents.
              No policy issued by hdfc.

                  I have made a jwellery purchase from tanishq, chandigarh on 28.07.18 for rs. 100, 000/- using my hdfc bank debit card, and as per then running campaign, i was supposed to get a 5 % cash back, but even after almost 3 months, the cash back is not reced.

                  When i wrote to bank, the replied as follows:

                  "we regret to inform that we are unable to act upon your query with the details provided, we request you to provide any of the following details that you have received with regards to the offer:

                  1. Forward us the complete offer mail
                  2. The complete content of the sms alert for the offer
                  3. Screen shot of the offer message in order to check and assist you faster."

                  As the offer was displayed at tanishq show room, i do not have any such sms.

                      I requested for cancellation of plan but they are not cancelling the service instead they are convincing me to continue the service, forcing me to accept the plan, i don't know what to do, amount is debited from my credit card, i have to pay money for credit card but i am not interested to pay money. Its really a compulsion for me. Its a single plan. Each day i called them to cancel the service but they keep on explaining the service provided by them and finally making me to accept what they say and i am helpless to talk about such thing. Kindly provide solution and help me by cancelling and refund the amount taken from me.

                        I have purchased a sony tv on jan 2018 and they told about cash back offer of rs.3000 after 90 days but even after oct 2018, i never received my cash back offer in my account when contacted no proper response from the assistant sales manager mr.mohanraj on new fairlands branch salem. he says that ho dont know anything and he said what hdfc is said to me.. now i dont know. what a responsibe reply from a sales manager from a branch. what does all these branch manager is doing?? i dont know and most of the other customers received the cash back offer but i didnt. they are cheating...

                          I brought for iPhone from flipcart then my mood changed I cancelled the order. Flipcard retured the same amount from which I purchased the iPhone but from HDFC there is amount is duducted 74559.16 which not this amount of iPhone.
                          This showing like in statement.

                          17/10/2018 MER EMI, LOAN PRECL,[protected] 74559.16 Dr

                          I don't know which amount is this and I called customer care, they are saying that this amount was deducted from merchant side from closing EMI this is totally bullest because I did not Buy the phone still there change for closing loan. I per discussion with flipcart they returned whole amount.

                          Please returned this amount else I will not pay any amount and closed my salary account and transfer accounts to some other bank.

                            1. Hdfc has started charging once every quarter

                            2. Inst-alert chg inc gst jul-sep2017 charging for instant alert for the account. When opening the account they mentioned that this service was free and now they are charging

                            They should inform the customer before charging. You cannot hold the customer at ransom.

                            I am not sure how to resolve this please advice...

                                I placed the order on flipkart amount rs 11331.00 on 11 october 2018 and dye to some reason i cancelled it on 19 october 2018.                                   I have booked a tatkal ticket on irctc on 12th october 2018, money has been deducted but ticket not yet confirmed . I contacted irctc they said money has not been credited in to their account& asked me to contact concerned bank. In the failed transaction it is showing "no response from bank".iam attaching the screen shot of failed transaction. I conducted transaction through net banking.

                                    Hello team

                                    I had posted the query about my credit card being suspended and not able to use it.
                                    Due to some reasons i could not clear the amount on time. However when i joined the new company they made me open the account in hdfc bank. I then linked my salary account to the card. Once the card was linked, the money was automatically paid to the bank and have no standing dues against hdfc. However i am still not able to use the card.

                                      Waiver Not Provided yet once already Discussed for the Same - When my 7858 3 month 2 wheeler loan pending hdfc charged 13000 incl late payment or more charges but when I am doing mail for waiver Request hdfc Executive say it's only Possible when I pay whole Amount thenafter 50% Amount will be back in my account but afetr doing 13000 payment no one want to help no one respond properly everybody gave TAT of 5 days, 6 days, 7 Days after struggling of 20 days ill share my experiece here so if possible kindly try to resolve my issue
