    135rs= (118+17) has been debited from my account as ashoc charges. I'm not aware of these kind of charges, so i need a clarification and refund. I don't know why i had been fined since last one month i haven't use atm and my account balance is also above minimum maintenance balance.

        I am an hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- + 500 (Over limit fee) from my credit card number ending with 0219 without my concern on date:25/10/2018. I am not interested in this service and don't want this membership anymore. So, cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs. 2399/- (1899/- + 500/-). Otherwise, i wish to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.

          Dear sirs managing my complaint i have an issue with the bank where they haven't left any sources for me to contact them to know what is my bill for the month and when can i get a call from them i asked them what is my bill please tellme so that i can avoid late payment charges and pay on time but the lady said you will get a call back and i didnt just after i crossed my due date days the bank collection guys tellme i have to pay 2900 because of my late payment, first my card is blocked so i cannot call the customer service as i get rejected in the ivr i am not registered with mobile banking too second i visted the bank in malad on 29 september to change my phone number on the credit card so that i can get an intimation but i got nothing iv been forced and harassed by the guys calling me and telling we will come home as iv got a sick mom at home and asking me to pay my entire outstanding which i cannot i can only pay the monthly dues i get which i guess isnt wrong but hdfc bank has been really very rude to not look at the reality of the problem and just penalizing the customers.

          We observe that your card ending 6770 was hotlisted, as per your request on 04/08/2018 and a new card ending 1279 was generated. However, physical plastic was not despatched, in the absence of your request for the same. Here, we wish to clarify that the statement carried the new credit card account number. Further, payment of at least the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. In order to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. In view of the same, our bank representative had contacted you at the numbers recorded with us to communicate the outstanding and facilitate payment towards the same. Hence, we request you to effect payment towards the total amount due within the payment due date to avoid levy of bank charges.

          I agree but you are not getting my concern sir iv been to the bank to change my number so i can know what is my due to pay out i have called the bank before the due date but i cant get through because my card is blocked as u mentioned i am asking just to wave off my late payment charges because its not my fault i havnt got no emails, i have been to the bank asked them to change my number filled up the form they wanted me to no intimation yet, called ur representative the day they called she said she will have sm1 to call me back the same day so i can know how much do i need to pay but the bank waited to call me back n then called me a week ago now is that fair that bank will only call me after i cross my due date but the customer is trying to get in touch with the bank from a long time but no response then i have been charged for late payment i mailed to the monish naik who is a representative.

What is this. And all customer care number are off.                 I have open a account in the bank on 18/10/2018.
                I went to bank on 28/10/2018 and quarry about my kit but that champ mr. Mahaveer choudhary laugh at me and reply that the kit is not in my pocket and misbehaviour. He is very irresponsible i request you yo take strong action upon him.

                  balance transfer from old food card to new food card

                  My old food card got damaged and i sent an email to "foodcardsupport. [protected]@hdfcbank.com" and they sent a procedure for requesting new card.
                  My got new card got dispatched to my address, when i have asked for activation of new card and sent an email to above mentioned address, they haven't responded.
                  I have called to customercare, but they stated we don't have much information need to contact the same email address.

                  I am using salary account in hdfc bank, these bank is getting more charges for every usage of netbanking, irrelevant transaction found in my account. If i contact customer care there is no proper help desk to clear a querry, it is ful of automation tell press 1 press 2 etc that's irriitating. I hate hdfc now i want my fund back they have to respond i am going to close my account today.

                    Recently i have purchased items from flipkart online shopping app on 10th oct 2018 and made payments using my hdfc account. But due to certain reasons i had to immediately cancel my purchase n i was confirmed by the merchant of refund within 2/3 business days ie 13/10/2018. The amount was worth 6634 rupees. Bt at the end of 13th i only got 345 rupees. When i made contact to the customer care at flipkart they told that they have returned the money n it might take 7-10 business days for the amount to be displayed in my account. Owing to the assurance and the fact that there was lot of holidays in between i waited till 23/10/2018. But im yet to recieve my money. I again talked to the customer care at flipkart n they told that it was on part of bank that my money has been stuck. I tried to talk at the local branch of hdfc but they told that nothing can be done at here n i have to drop a mail citing my problems. Hence, i request to kindly take some urgent action n see that the money (Worth rupees 6289) is back to me at the earliest. Consider this as urgent n do the needful asap.

                      Hello sir, i am nitesh jindal one of your bank account holder and your credit card holder. From last one year i am suffering from diseases from which i cant able to manage my credit card account. My younger brother is taking care of my credit card but he fail to mange my account properly because of which lots of late charges and finance charges added in my account. When you check my account statement of last one year you will get to noticed that more than rs 30000/- extra penalty is added to my account.                         I had purchased lg 4k tv from vasanth and co in washermenpet showroom on 24/06/18. I had made a payment of 40000/-through my hdfc credit card with an offer of 5% cashback i. E ₹2500/-, in that consolidated payment slip of hdfc, it was clearly mentioned that i’ll receive a cashback with in 90 days of purchase date. But as of now i dint receive a cashback from ur side. I required to your kind self to intervene it and credit the cashback at the earliest.

                              Dear Customer,

                              As an HDFC Bank customer, when you transact at a non-HDFC Bank ATM the transaction is routed through ATM networks authorized and governed by the RBI. As per the extant RBI guidelines, disputes pertaining to non/short dispensation of cash need to be resolved by way of Charge Back, wherein the card issuing bank raises a chargeback on the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction. The acquiring bank has to revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed failing which the customer’s account will be credited within 7 working days from the date of the complaint. Furthermore, as per the network operating guidelines, the ATM log is sufficient and conclusive proof of successful cash dispensation. We would like to inform you that immediately on receipt of your complaint we had raised a chargeback on the acquiring bank vide reference number 1695847. If the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction does not revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed, the amount will be credited to your account on the 7th working day from the date of the complaint. In case the acquiring bank provides a proof of the validity of the transaction the same will be forwarded to your home branch. A letter to that effect will also be sent to you and the account will not be credited. The status of the complaint will also be communicated to you through SMS on your mobile number.

                                  Dear HDFC Bank Credit Card Team,
                                  I have update my Credit card with your New Regalia card no. XXXX-60XX-XXXX-0942 in month of Mar'18 after then my card block due to AADHAR card upadate.
                                  After update my AADHAR card with HDFC CC in month of July'18 now new problem facing with card.
                                  I can use card at swipe Machine for payment but can not use for online transaction for any online payment, every time show error update Mobile No. and Email Id (which is already updated with bank)
                                  Regarding above issue i call to 7-8 time customer care persons from 13.10.18 but every time he/she saying it will be solve within 24 hrs.
                                  I am alredy write mail from 22.10.18 but not received proper answar.

                                    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 5696 on date:17/10/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. Last time itself asked them to cancel this service but still continuing without my knowledge

                                    I would like to get the refund and deactivate this service on urgent basis. Don't activate this type of service in future. I am not happy with your service and please refund my money back as soon as possible.

                                    I don't know where to get my membership id details. Is that Okay if I share my HDFC customer ID. I want to cancel this service any way and need to get back the money.

                                    I am totally unhappy about your service. You are cheating people and without their consent taking money from their account. Though telling so many times to cancel this service no one is helping me to do. I need my money back.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      With Reference to your trailing mail.

                                      You cannot correct Credit card statement but you can send wrong statement to customer. I am continue facing this problem from last 1 month but unable to get satisfactory response.

                                      On Credit Card Statement 17-08-18 my due was 7290 that I have paid on Rs.3500/- on 05-09-18 and Rs.4000/- on 12-09-18 = Rs, .7500/-.

                                      Suddenly why in the next Credit card statement sent to me Rs.32, 141/- on 17-09-18. There is my 3 EMI 2 for HDFC Egro Insurance and 1 for shopping. Why I have to pay you wrong amount. Even after discussion with HDFC customer care person, I have paid Rs.5000/- on 15/10/18. He said me that pay some amount and your problem will solve shortly.

                                      The amount increased are as under:-

                                      1. Rs.5260.80 to Rs.16, 292.84 difference + 11032.04
                                      2. Rs.733.20 to Rs.3788.75 difference + Rs.3055.55
                                      3.Rs.762.01 to Rs.3132.80 difference + Rs.2370.80

                                      Total difference 16458/- extra on EMI + late payment and other charges.

                                      Who is responsible for the same me or bank check my previous record for payment of credit card. I am very disappointed for the same.

                                      Again this month I have received credit card statement on 17-10-18 without correction but added extra charges and late payment charges etc.

                                      Please find attached herewith Credit card statement 17-08-18, 17-09-18 & 17-10-18 for your reference and further necessary action.

                                      There is no means for late payment charges because this is not my fault.

                                      Kindly look into the matter and correct then send me on my registered mail so that I can pay on or before 06-11-18.
