I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 3512 without my concern on date:15/09/2018. I m holding my salary account in hdfc parel branch. Previosly i used to used to use hdfc credit card in year 2010 for the limit of 30, 000/- in the year 2014 due to some finnacial crisis i have setteled the credit card for rs.35000/- agreed to be pay in the part payment. Hi team,

This is to inform you that without any information bank has deducted rs 422.33 from my account as well as it is showing -49rs means total rs 471. They only have mentioned that for salary account even i keep zero balance no money will be deducted before opening hdfc sal account.

I want my money back and the reason also why it is deducted.

As i, amit popli the policy holder (Hdfc life classic assure plus) policy no.20089493 requested you to refund the amount paid for policy because of wrong & false commitment of the agent for sum assured amount & bonuses after maturity at the time of policy sale to me. So please refund paid amount which is 50, 000/- & take the needful action against that kind commitment.

My salary account gets converted in saving account without information and minimum balance not maintained in account due to this from 1 year on every month charges applied. No information sheared with me regarding account type conversion and charges applied. On that account i have never done any single transaction than how they charged. If i am not using that account than they need to close my account but still that are not closing my account....

I got call from delhi and they said me that they will provide loan against policy of HDFC Life. I was not agreed then they said that loan will be sanctioned within 22 days and if not you can cancke policy on 23rd day. I agreed and when I took policy I confirmed from HDFC that can I cancle my policy within 30 days. They said Yes. But when I didn't got loan and requested to cancle my policy on day 23rd they refused that I cann't cancle policy...

I contacted amazon about my refund issue. They said that their refund is processed and money will be reflected in bank account within 3 to 5 days. Its been a week since my amount isn't refunded. I contacted amazon and they told me to ask from the bank end. Hence please i want to know about this from the hdfc is there has been any requests of refund acceptance or not....

On 05/10/2018 at 13:03:43 hrs i had transaction of amount ₹ 1096 which was failed and the same amount was debited from my account, and still the same amount was transact and was sucsess for the same amount ₹1096, the failed transaction amount is not yet reverted to my account, so please looked into this matters,

It took me 23 miutes to get a right person on phone through toll free number to discuss my problem and as we discussed, line got disconnected and then the hdfc guys simply refuse to call back to complete the call. How on earth do we again take another 10- 20 minutes to reach another guy through all the recorded messages and restart a call??? Why cannot you guys give a standing instruction that in the event, there isa call disconnect in the...

This rupay debit card does not work in any merchant retail outlets in india and doesnot work in atm or merchant outlets abroad. Hdfc never gave me any hint that this card will not work abroad and i suffered few days with no money as the card was not working there anywhere. Upon reaching india back, it took me 23 minutes to call the custoemr care number to register a complaint and then the call got dosconnnected and noone bothers to call back...

If you charged 1000 rs in my bank account by installment pay transfer from CASA [protected] and my account no:[protected] pls resolve my problem...
