I have received a message from hdfc bank "your trx is debited to hdfc bank credit card for rs. 999.00 in mumbai at amazon1258399 on[protected]:17:54:30. This is not an authenticated trx as per rbi mandate effective 1 may 12." i also checked my account and its showing me outstanding payment of rs.999. I want my money back as its a fraud transaction. Please help me out...

Before making payment of this I get a call from HDFC agent and I discuss for the medical check-up, Then they inform me in this policy no need any physical medical just HDFC will arrange for you a TELEMEDICAL, and after that I did payment because I am an NRI and just was in India for short time. After reached here abroad I did all documentation online many time and always HDFC request me same...

I want to say that I have submitted fee for UPTET-2018 for registration number -[protected] of Niharika Singh DOB is 16/03/1990 and fee is deducted from my account with bank ref no. IGAENLFBP7 on dated 09/10/18 but transaction is not successfull till now amount Rs 500 not return back in my account. Please check and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

My name is gunjan sharma. I have opened a salary account with hdfc. However, without notifying anything to me they have made a credit card application under my name. I had received a message from blue dart for its delivery. I have already refused to take it twice as i don't want a credit card. I do not have any details of this credit card as i have refused delivery and wish to close this credit card account....

I have applied online for fastag and application no. Is hfr079687.

I had received email confirmation stating that their representative shall be in touch with me, and that i will get the fastag in 7 working days. However, there is no further communication, nor have i received the fastag.

Kindly update status of the fastag and send same to me asap....

I have deposited a cheque (Drawn on foreign bank - hsbc, hongkong) on 12-jun-2018 in hdfc, psn branch, bangalore. I started following up with the operational staffs in psn branch from 06th sep'18. They are checking with various teams when i visit the branch and gave some hope that you will get the money by tomorrow (For the last one month). I lost hope on them. Hello,
My name is Silambarasan.T and my salary account number is [protected]. Without any information amount of Rs 708 deducting from account describing amb chrg incl gst for 6-Oct-18 MIR[protected].
Check my account and reverse the money back to my account. Otherwise i will reach to RBI banking ombudsman.

My salary account with was created in 2015. I worked with apex for 6months after that resigned and joined with other company and opened other bank account. Once i checked my hdfc acct net banking my account is in -7858. Without any information how they put me amb charge?? According to rbi they dont have rights to put negative charge in dormant account. Its really worst service by this hdfc. I need to close this account. Kindly take action...

This is with reference to my visit to pune on september 2018
On approaching the khalapur toll the executive enquired with me regarding fast tag. I had clearly told the executive that i have not yet started usage of fast tag an asked him to rather take my card for payment.
He said ok and used my card which was debited with the toll amount of rs.230.
Later i observed i received an sms from hdfc stating fasttag amount of...

Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 2599/- from my credit card number ending with 2602 without my concern on date:14/08/2018 i am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.2599/-

Iam suneel i booked tickets from irctc portal on october 1 from visakhapatnam to secunderabad durontho express fare rs 1885 and other 1885 amount debited but tickets not generated and till now i did not received refund amount to my bank account and my account details are [protected] and ifsc code hdfc0000050
