    I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 8821 without my concern on date:24/01/2018. after that i complain to cancel the plan but not ready to cancel the plan but plane changed Rs.899 plan I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership for coming year

      Hi, this is regarding my debit card emi. I got a mesage on october 16th 2018 as i have purchased for 24499 as emi on my debit card for 12 months which is not actually done by me. Even i didn't get any otp for this transaction. I have contacted my personal banker regarding this and also i have reached two hdfc branches near me. But i couldn't get any proper response from them. All i could hear from them is only through phone banking i can resolve this. But trying to reach them through phone banking for three days. It is useless and couldn't able to connect them.

      Even to cancel the EMI for 24499 your customer care peoples ask me to connect to debit card EMI section [protected]. but seriously, i couldn't able to connect this number for past two days. then how can i provide you the cancellation number. And my E-statement for debit card EMI got generated along with 24499 and will get autopay on Nov 5th. before it got paid i need to cancel it. Please can you help me cancel the EMI?

        I have got a call from hdfc to convert the credit card payment into emi. I was informed that it will charge me 1.1%. However, i have been charged by 1.25% of interest.

        Payment of 68, 341 rs. Done on 2:15 pm 21 oct 2018.
        The number that i got call from is, [protected]
        Name of caller avadhesh. Didn't provide any further information.
        Emi conversion done at 12:29 pm 23 oct 2018

        I called back on the same number to ask about false information provided. The person is not answering my phone calls. I need immediate attention on the same.

        Issue is resolved. HDFC has proved to be a reliable bank. I got a call from the same agent, and he said sorry for misunderstanding. I appreciate HDFC takes good care of their customers. Kudos to all HDFC staff and Avdhesh.

          My credit card no. [protected].in my last statement you have charged rs 590/ as over limit penalty. If i am crossing the limit why you should approve purchase and the same should be informed to me before approving the purchase. My excess spending was only about rs 330/ and the penalty was rs 590/ which is unfair. Kindly refund the penalty amount of rs590/

            Hi i have a salary account with hdfc and i took few loans and emi is auto debiting. When i dont have enough amount it is showing in negative but when i deposited money it becomes zero. Why are not refunding my money back. Why are you cheating people like this.

            In this case, im paying emi seperately and this money is also going like this. On top of that your agency people will talk like # even after paying. When we want to complaint about this, no one will give a # to answer

                Dear sir,

                I am the customer of hdfc bank tagore garden from 2011, and i have taken a hdfc sl classic assurance insurance plan ploicy no. 15002345 on 10th march 2012, for 10 years sum assured 153055.00, on quarterly basis emi amount was rs. 2100 plus tax.

                From march to june 2012 bank's system was unable to hit my saving account no.[protected] to recover the quarterly emi, and due to non activation of ecs i got a message from hdfc life's "your policy has been lapsed due to non payment" but my account had a sufficient balance (Bank statement enclosed).

                In aug. 2012 bank's executive came at my residence at apologize for the same and request to fill all the forms again and issue a sep's premium along with penalty, i had issued two cheques and every thing again to them but again after one month i got a same (Policy lapsed) message on my mobile but after deducting my account, due to again non activation on ecs.

                Again in the month of oct 2012, premium amount was released by me but same thing was in the loop my policy was still not activated due to non activated of ecs till dec 2012 by paying all premium with penalty.

                Than i mailed to mumbai head office and visited paschim vihar hdfc life insurance branch, multiple times but from delhi to mumbai after lot of mail conversation and visiting the branch, senior person to junior person, every one was failed to activate the ecs facility in policy.

                Mumbai branch's senior executives are requesting there staff to starts the ecs activation in my policy and apologize with me but failed to starts the activation upto one year, if you go through the attachments which i attached in this mail you will find bank was unable to activate the ecs till december 17, 2014 (Mail attached)

                One more interested thing is this they were taking penalty from me, where a handsome amount was shown in saving account every time, sir if i was paying regularly :-
                First i was not illegible for penalty, but i paid.
                Second, after paying all premium, how can be my policy lapsed.

                So, i requested them in jan 2013, please cancel my policy and refund my funds with immediate effects but till date (20/10/2018) they haven't refund my money after that i put leagal case against them but no body came from banks on lots of dates after that i had also left to visit the court.

                Today, i again visited to paschim vihar branch, i got your email id to approach you,

                Sir, its my request you please check all the attachments properly you will find there is no such fault from my side after that banks said that in this policy you have to pay upto 7 seven years otherwise your money will be lapsed and will not returned to you, sir, please let me one thing if customer was unable to pay the premium to bank than bank had rights to take the customer money. And where customer is paying regularly to bank than bank also has a, one law was also written in the bank policy, if customer found a fault in or any case in the policy or bank system, bank is liable to pay in multiple to the customer instead of harassment

                Sir yeh meri huk halal ki kamai hai or main aapse request karta hoon ki aap isey wapas dilwa dein

                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 6167 without my concern on last year.

                  When i complaint they assure me next year definitely remove my membership.

                  But again this year without my concern they renew it. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount as soon as possible.

                    It is shameful, that after lots of reminder to mr sandeep bajaj and his team, my loan is not updated till now. I applied for the home loan in february 2018 and get approval after submitting the documents and processing fee. My first demand letter is send by builder on april 2018. But shamefully hdfc has not done their homework, due to which my loan got cancelled and i have to pay for reapprisal. I again paid the reapprisal amount on request of the builder and even submitting the documents 1 months ago but no action is taken towards my loan updation. It is shameful for hdfc that this kind of worst delays are happening after many direct interaction with the bank. Due to which i am bound to highlight the issue in consumer court. As of now i understand hdfc is unable to take action against their worst performing officials, who are not only mentally harrassing their customers, but also causing wastes of time and money

I have opened the account in the month of august and your sales executive mr naval sood from sector 11 pkl branch told me there is charges for demat account and did misinterpretation & harrasment.                         On 22nd august, 2018 i. E. Wed i had got a call from naukri in the name of priya regarding a job opening from kolkata where i was asked to do a transaction of rs. 10 either through my net banking or credit card for the processing fee of the job interview at kolkata for itc/dabur so they sent me a link over sms in my mobile ie. Indeedcareer.co.in where i had to pay rs. 10 so after logging into my net banking when i typed the otp for processing the same it was shown transaction failure to the bank so after continuing the same for 3-4 times i received a message alert from the bank that 5k has been debited from my hdfc salary account but after verifying with the customer care of hdfc kolkata i got to know that there were other two more transactions occurred that time 1. Rs. 20k & rs. 10k whose messages did not come to me and even they hacked my personal email-id for couple of days so immediately then and there only i blocked all of my essential cards including the net banking. I reported an fir in my nearest p. S. Including made a complaint to the bank the very next day immediately but did not get any resolution or assistance. The case is still same today as it was been since then. The contact no. Or the fraudulent call which i received from is this [protected]. And later when i updated my bank statement it shown that there was a beneficiary added in the name of ajay kumar based from kotak mahindra bank who has done those two transactions and the money was gone into his account on that day.

                        Request you to kindly look into this. Please please and please help..!!

                            I got messages and dont know about these. I called to customer service but they did not helped me. The messagae is dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected]xxxxxxx issued to early salary with value rs. 16250.00 and frequency is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.                               I have got hdfc ergo policy for my mother from last 2011 but just last year due to some delay i was not able to renew her old policy but as i came to know that her policy has been expired so we have approached hdfc ergo for getting the same policy renewed but they declined to renew it so we have bought a new hdfc ergo policy in last december

                              We are associated with hdfc ergo from very long time approximately 6-7 years her old policy hdfc ergo id is - er[protected]-01e and new policy no is[protected] the registered mob number is [protected]

                              Being associated with hdfc ergo from so long time and hearing back that they can not take this forward is really bad very much disappointed.

                                This is my renewed credit card number. Due to shift of address the welcome kit with new credit card could not be delivered to my address. I am getting my statements on my updated permanent address. But after that i have not received my new credit card till date. Because of the same i could not be able to use it for my purchases.                                     I am an old customer of HDFC and my immediate family members have around 6 accounts apart from different other products like Credit Cards, FDs etc. . I took a Car loan from HDFC where the agent promised that after 2 years there would not be any preclosure charges.
                                    After 4 years when I am trying to repay the loan through pre-Closure I am realizing its a mess, the bank intentionally made the procedure so cumbersome that no one tries to exit . Its like they wish to suck each penny out of you. They make you run from pillar to post . Let me give you it in points :

                                    1) You can not close the Loan account through website or any other online portal nor you can send a cheque to these guys to make the full Principle payments . They don't accept it .
                                    2) You also can not close the Loan account by visiting normal branches for that you must visit special loan branches which are very very few in numbers.

                                    3) Even at those places and even after passing 2-3 years you will be asked to pay the Penalty, yes its a penalty that you wish to payback their full amount and that too before time which was in my case around 3.5 % and which was actually much more than the interest I was due with for rest of the tenure .

                                    When I took this matter to Loan Dept. Bund Garden Road, Pune, it was no effect on the Customer Service manager Ms. Dhanashree, she was all cool with me complaining without even going in to the details of the matter. They do not have even the loan agreement copy .

                                    With all this crap in this era where every process in smooth in banking, this is the bank which wants you to pay a PENALTY when you want to return their money . I can't believe a leading bank in India still living in the era of Mahajan Raj and doesn't want to change. I myself have worked in banking industry and these practices in India are like curse .

                                    I am sure I am going to change the way I bank by changing my bank itself.

                                      On 04th Oct 2018 i did an imps transfer of rs. 10000/- from my hdfc saving account to sbi. The amount has been debited but not credited to the beneficiary account. Its been 18 days and still the amount is nowhere to be traced.in the hdfc application for mobile banking the status of the transaction shows as processor down. I would request the bank to look into this matter and resolve this issue.

                                      Hdfc being such a reputed bank comitting these types of silly mistakes is highly unacceptable.

                                      Please resolve the issue.

                                        I have been using HDFC CC since last 11 years. Today my father went to the branch office to make the payment of Rs 5800. He told the bank personal to take 100 rs extra since the payment is made through cash. The cashier denied taking additional money. Now when I am ready to make the additional payment why I have been denied making the charges of rs 100. Now when I had a word with Miss Sudha from Mumbai Customer care Mr Sudhakar from grievance team and also with Mr laxmikanth from the grievance everybody told that Rs 100 will be reflected in the next bill. I asked if I make the payment through cash again rs 100 will be reflected the following bill so indirectly it means that Rs 100 will not be cleared off. My question is very simple why at the fist go the branch did not accepted the money. Whose mistake it is? I tried never get any response from the mail that I have send across. Is this the service that you are providing?
