I do not receive messages on my mobile number for my food card or mails on company mail id used during registration of food card.

I have also been not able to connect to hdfc bank executives through phone banking as there is no menu item to take me to the food card prepaid related section.
Kindly resolve this at the earliest.

    I am anima naik my cust id 32212592. I have receive a credit card from your branch and as per teliphonic disscusion with your staff that the card is life time free. So that i agree to receive a credit card. But i have receive a bill of rs 2950.
    Bill ref-0214932nphc00734084. I am very hurt to knowing that your staff are lyer. So pl keep your wards refund the amount and if not possible than close the credit card and weaver the amount. Sir my e mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.

        Hi,

        I was supposed to receive a neft transfer of rs.13, 000/- vide neft confirmation n[protected] dated[protected], which is yet to be received by me to my bank account with icici.

        This was transferred from my tenant who is holding hdfc bank account no : [protected].

        Would highly appreciate if you could check whether the neft transfer happened or money returned back to the account holder.

          I am using HDFC credit card from 03/2014 expire date is 03/17, and i am not using the card for last 3 months (starting of the year 2017) and paid all the dues, when after the expire date 03/17 HDFC charged me 500 Rupees, when i called the customer care they told me it is for Annual fees, but i am not interested to continue the credit card. so i asked them to close the card, Customer care representative side already my new credit card was sent. But i was relocated to Bangalore 2 years back. the card went to Hyderabad and returned back to bank. now i cant able to login to my account, not able to redeem my points, not able to change my address even online.

          #1, Why do HDFC bank is asking me to send a hard copy of my credit card details for the closure of my credit card? is this is confidential.
          #2, Why not they send the representative to my location for closure formalities? As they can able send the representative while opening the new credit card account.

            Subject :- To Reverse Cash Handling Charges.

            It is most respectfully submitted as under :-

            1. That M/s Uppal H.P Gas Service is having Current Account No.[protected] at your Sultanpur Lodhi branch. From 1/04/2017 to 10/01/2018 we have deposited Rs.1, 87, 84, 427/-.
            2.That our other firms M/s Manohar Lal Sunil Kumar, M/s Shiv Kumar Sunil Kumar and M/s Uppal Trading Co. are also having current accounts at your branch. All three firms are having 5-6 crores transactions annually. We also have 4 saving accounts at your branch and also many of our farmers are holding accounts at this branch.
            3. That M/s Uppal H.P Gas Service is a LPG distributorship and mostly sale is in cash.
            4. That your bank deducted Rs.63, 000/- approx. as Cash handling charges which was not at all expected as while opening account we were verbally promised by the Manager that cash handling charges will not be levied.
            5. That we have requested your branch many times to reverse cash handling charges but no action was taken.
            6. That as per my knowledge other banks at Sultanpur Lodhi do reverse cash handling charges as per norms.
            7. That if cash handling charges are not reversed we have to take action, we will close all our accounts in your bank and will take appropriate legal action. We will also inform our near and dear ones regarding your worst dealing and will ask them to stop dealing with your bank.

                  I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1799 from my credit card. You have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

                  Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1799.

                    My name is deepak kumar and my employee code is 126738, agency code is 00558142. My joining date is[protected]. I am faithful and honest employee of hdfc life from the first of day of my joining. I have done tremendous job for this organization till date. I have awarded many times by my higher officials in company meetings.
                    Sir, i want to bring your attention on my following requests and your interference is highly required in this matter:-

                    1) my termination is illegal void and is having no value in eyes of law.
                    2) my termination under is arbitrary.
                    3) i have not prepared any draft from any bank account.
                    4) there is no evidence against me.
                    5) the whole evidence is against branch head hari bains during case of investigation. This come to my knowledge that hari bains (Branch manager) has prepared draft of payment of rs. 99000/- and 20000/- from his icici bank account.
                    6) i have not committed any mistake which effect the reputation of mine and the company.
                    7) i am innocent.
                    8) hari bains branch manager has full knowledge of insurance business.
                    9) i am working with your company last 3 years there is no role of mine in preparing third party drafts.
                    10) i have never received any payment in cash from any customer.

                        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 9505 without my concern on date:20/02/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

                        I yet not received any response for the requested query..iam requesting HDFC bank to take an action on it...as a card holder iam losing amount...

                        As they said if we cancel the membership with in a month time..they refund the whole amount for the same.i am expecting the same from them too.kindly do needful.

                          Hi -

                          I have a salary account with hdfc bank and the customer id is 69741737

                          I have linked my car loan to my hdfc to deduct amount via ecs, every 15th but bank/loan institute has not debited my account on the said date/time and i haven't noticed that used the amount for some other thinking that the ecs was executed.

                          So i have paid the loan institue, the actual amount inclusive of fine. But hdfc bank has deducted rs. 413.00 in the above deductions, i not even received any intimation via call/email/sms from the bank before deductions.

                          Request you to consider my complaint and help me to get my money back and also to avoid further deductions in my account. Thank you.

                              I m get loan from hdfc bank against waerhosue slip, that account npa in dec, after dec i m release some goods from that account and clear 30% amount of loan. So plz clarify bank can sell or liquidise my good in 15 days when i rease my last reciept on 24/jan, and also answer bank sell my all goods if amount is small than goods value, if taxable item bank sell then who give bill to buyer.
