I have bought a Nikon D750 camera from Reliance Digital store Axis Mall Newtown Rajarhat on 5th Jul'18. Where it was mentioned the case back offer within 90 days of shopping through HDFC debit or Credit card. However post 90 days I haven't seen any movement in my bank account. Is it a fake promotion of HDFC bank???

    The excutive shilpa she spokes very rude and aggresive, she is not able to listen my issue, we tried custmer care and waited 20 min for connecting to hdfc excetive but she treates very bad way,

    We are the custemers and we are paying money and treat this way,

    It was very bad for us.

      I have a few emis running on my hdfc credit card. I want to foreclose some of these. I am informed by hdfc customer services that i will have to clear my entire card outstanding in case of any foreclosure. The bank is literally holding me hostage for a loan that i am willing to clear earlier. This sounds illegal and would like the assistance of your forum to take this up with the bank. Thank you!

        From HDFC bank I have to receive a courier. Yesterday (15.10.2018) one person from blue dart called me and asked my address and I explained clearly. He said to me he will call back to me when he reached near to my home lane. But till now I haven't received a call from him. Moreover I received a text from blue dart today morning (16.10.2018) "because of address related issue we are unable to deliver your courier. Please contact HDFC for redelivery, else it will be returned to bank within 7 days".
        I tried to reach blue dart person who called me yesterday but he switched off his mobile. In blue dart tracking my courier details showing in transit only.

        My courier detail is Way bill# [protected].

        Please contact me for any clarification or assistance.

        Kindly rectify the issue ASAP.

          Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 4 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -10254 balance.
          The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 10254 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
          I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.
          Plz juistice to me. 10254 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?
          What is the action will take against this bank.

            The staff at the hdfc bank, diphu branch have repeatedly given false assurance for the last five months regarding the car loan which i have applied for and is still an ongoing issue as of today. I think that i have been overlooked by the unprofessionalism of the bank officials who offer their support of help only to not help which leads only to a greater discomfort of my wellbeing. If a job cannot be done, i think it's best to inform the applicant the utter truth of the situation rather than giving false hope of assurance under the name of bank. This is ridiculous whatever this pretence of hope is which is shambolic on the banks part.

            The loan was applied twice although I don't quite remember the application number of the first one, I can provide you with the second one, the second loan application was declined on the 27th of September, 2018, having checked the status online I discovered about the declination of the application so I contacted the bank only to hear from them that it's still an ongoing process but on the other hand it has already been compromised. After speaking with the bank officials, they still insist to reapply but the teller just postpone the dates by giving an excuse of an update he's waiting for and that the loan is applied already. When I asked the application number if the loan has been applied, he comes up with another excuse and it has been going on since July. This is not the kind of customer treatment nor I or anyone else has to endure. This is absolute disgrace to the bank and a teller like that should be immediately fired for giving up false information.

              I bought a Smart Phone using HDFC-SmartBuy on 6July2018 (Value Dt: 07/07/2018 for Rs12999) - where there was an offer of 10% CashBack on using HDFC-Debit Card.

              No doubt I made this purchase due to the 10% Cashback Offer made available via SmartBuy-HDFC - redirected to the Amazon website - Order Number: 404-*******-0584333. But now I feel cheated and I'm regretting on my purchase done using the HDFC Smart Buy website. Unfortunately, even after a wait period of more than 90 days there are no signs of the Cashback to be credited to my savings A/c or HDFC Debit Card.

                I am a hdfc bank customer. Amb charges are debiting from my account without my notice.in this month - october, 2 times amb charges are debited. I got messages as amb chrg incl gst for sep2018 deducted and amb chrg incl gst for aug2018 decuted. This is very annoying and that to without any intimation unnecessarily my amount is being debited. And please note i have maintained the good balance in account. Still if they deduct amount every month, it will be a serious problem for me. I am requesting you to refund the amount to my account. If you are not going to refund my amount i have to close this account for sure. Request you to kindly get it resolved.

                  I got call from hdfc a month back regarding credit cards. I had applied for dinner club credit card. They collected all my personal information in the name of credit card approval and confirmed card will be dispatched to my respected address. It has been more than 15 days now im not able to reach out to same number and email id and no further updates. They do not have any medium to raise these concerns. I suspect its a fraud.

                    My credit card no. [protected] my registered mobile no is [protected].
                    Transaction rs.716.9 dt: 30/102017 is not authorized by me or without my permission that transaction had done and i had registered my complaint on same day and block my card.
                    Rest of the payment i had paid without any delay but this transaction was not done me & i am not received any otp for this payment then how i am responsible for this payment. So that the reason i am not paid that amount which will wrongly debit.
                    But this issue is still not resolved and any replay from your bank after july 7 2018.
                    Kind request you please credit that payment back and cancel the late payment fees and resent the new cad for continuing further purchase.
                    Please note that my salary is credit in hdfc bank only a/c no. [protected]. If this type of problem facing then how i believe hdfc bank in future and continue my salary credit in hdfc.

                            I submit school fees through hdfc bank cheque but bounse due to signature mismatch. Why bank bounse the cheque directly without confirmation with client. I bear penalty from school as well as from bank without my mistake.
                            How can any person do same duplicate signature & slight variation always exist.

At few of the Restaurant POS machines my card is not working and later I get to know that if my card has a PIN then it will work as per the latest Security measures taken for POS machines.                                 Hey i forgot to pay my credit card and have been moved to united states and i just want to pay off the credit card. It went o collections and i just want to know the payment details. When i tried reaching out to customer care they are telling that i need to call nearest collection center. Please advice or please give me collection care number to speak with.

                                There is fraud transaction with my card to amazon prime for Rs 967.53 which is done from amazon.com to purchase tha subcription plan which i have not done and i did not recived OTP for this transaction, please resolve it and give refund as early as possible

                                  Have owned credit card from hdfc bank previous year, with condition if i do the first transaction from payzapp application then it will be life time free for me i. E. For renewal charges will be applied on credit card. Then how come 500 bucks along with 900 bucks as gst is applied for membership renewal fees. Do not understand this cheating done by such brand name's. Attaching the ref. No and complaint no for your reference.

We do not observe the said condition being met within 90 days of card issuance to enable us to convert your existing card to Life Time Free card.                                   This is was really not at all conveyed to me that 4 more transactions I have to do. You refer to my mailbox which is present in netbanking which is actually present for every user but problem is that all emails more then 180 days gets deleted from there and also your representative do not respond to personal email id...?? So I don't have any proof in my hand as of now. Also I had registered a compliant on 16th Oct'2017 on your HDFC bank escalation portal but you don't respond on that, same query was raised by me at that time what I have to follow the process to get life time free card. Also your representatives on phone conveyed that only 1 transaction I have to do on Payzapp application but however your policies changes every week so I do not bother to your attached link. What ever was conveyed and that I had followed properly but then too this is cheating with. If you want you block my credit card I really don't want such thing. I have made certain transaction before for which I will credit all the amount in next 10 days, post which you can block my card. I don't want to renew this card any more.

                                  See I was true and I have fulfilled all your conditions to get life time free membership card. You can refer to the attach mail snap shot and mail description too. But still I have one problem that Rs.88 is charged as GST, so I want to what GST charge is applied. I have refer to the various sources and confirmed that if their is late payment in against credit then I have pay interest including GST but from last one year I have not made any delay in payment. So why this is charged. Kindly clarify on this.

                                  I have already paid all outstanding of my two wheeler Loan agreement no. 22495809. But written off is still showing in my credit score.I have informed HDFC Bank Silchar BRANCH about this matter but till date no action is being taken. Please resolve, reply and inform credit bureau asap.I am not able to apply for any new loan.

                                  I have applied for HDFC bank gift card plus on 18th September, 2018 of Rupees 1500. Money have been deducted from my hdfc bank account on same day but today itself I have not received the same.I have contacted bank branch and customer care is not responding regarding the same. Please provide me a contact details which could resolve my issue.

                                    I have an account in hdfc bank rajpur road where i went on 06 oct 2018 for fd inquiry. I met there with miss shilpa shankdhar, she told me to inquire it from mr. Ritesh kumar who told me my fd amount with interest, then i told him to liquidate my fixed deposits. I asked him about the interest, he told me i will be getting ₹24000 plus principal amount but when i liquidated fixed deposit i got only ₹18000. When i asked him he told 1% penalty levied on liquidating fixed deposit, which neither miss shilpa or mr. Ritesh told me and after that both starting blaming each other and refused to help me. I wanted to meet bm but he was not in the bank. Mr. Ritesh gave me his number but his number was switched off.
                                    I request you to kindly look into this matter and help me get my amount credited to my account.
                                    This is third time when i have suffered financial loss because of hdfc bank staff incompetency
