It is so pathetic today, i have received message from AX- HDFCBK stating my Mandate Reference number (XYZ) issued to Oasis with value of Rs.10000 and frequency is received today for processing, if any issue contact Branch,
BUT WHILE I CALLLED TO CUSTOMER CARE THEY ARE NOT EVEN AWARE WHAT IT IS ?? WHAT IS CUSTOMER CARE THEN ? WHOM TO CONTACT THEN IN CASE OF EMERGENCY ??

I have been cheated, troubled and bullied twice as per their own comfort of HDFC. I would strongly not recommned HDFC HOME LOAN for anyone. They are bunch of ### and scoundrels who does not care about how a customer trouble for financial crisis and why someone come for a LOAN to Bank or a Banking sector. I have been literrally tortured by these Bank guys, especially Bangalore HDFC is the worsest service that someone can experience. From my personal experience, I have got peace of mind through LIC, Piramal, AXIS BANK and Citi Bank for my LOAN process.
