I had applied credit card (Application ref. No: 18i[protected]s4) before two months and got a call and verification has been done on my place by an bank agent after 2 days also i dint get the card info or status of the card, and i called customer care again customer representative said credit card application is still in progress. Till now i have called 4 to 5 times for the status, whenever i call, hdfc representative is saying still in progress and check after 2 days, i am very disappointed due to response and processing the credit card, the bad part is whenever i track the card its still in process

    I don't know how they make unwanted bill in my credit card, Automatically recharge mobile auto service activate its self.
    and bill generated without any concern.

    And one thing there are no option to permanent close credit card in the hdfc official site.
    Now i want to close my account and all services from hdfc .

          My name is Jay Parekh and I have a account with hdfc Fort branch and my account no is ending with 2620, I just wanted to know the status of my account, whether its still salary or has it been converted into savings account for that I called the contact center, so the employees are just transferring the call from one dept to other and keeping me on hold for 10 to 15 min and handing up the calls, what kind of customer service is this.

            First never get hdfc credit card, they loot you with several hidden charges. I did same mistake. Swipe was made for 20k on my credit card and every month part payment minimum due/more was paid but the amount never reduced in turn it increased. I paid arnd 35k still 45k showed pending you can understand my situation. I wanted to close it once and for all so applied loan to pay off so skipped 2 months payment. Now for that the credit card department started their goondaism, even after explaining situation.

            With out my consent saving account was hacked, *i mind you there is no privacy here they see everything, how much money comes in goes out which ws even communicated through msg and call* once my salary was credited the amount was kept on hold from my saving account and also said they ll take it from my account with out my consent. So gone are those days where your consent is security now any executive can look in to your account and even transact. Pin signature are just for outsiders, so much for safe banking in hdfc.

            Now that i have paid the credit card due using loan still the amount is not been released i am only getting promise of call back since days, my emi's have gone for toss. If any extra amount is charged for those emi i ll sue you hdfc. They even give wrong number to torture you when you say you ll call the concern department.

            Take my advice stay away from these dacoits.

            For hdfc if my amount is nt released by day end will take strict action.

              Im having salary account in hdfc only. Provided all documents. Office verification also done.
              My salary also sufficent for credit card.

              Please provide me clear image why its disapproved.
              A candidate has to wait 40 days and visit n number of times to get disapproval.?

              I was thinking that salaried person can get credit card easily at same bank.

                Actually i got a call from hdfc c. C n told me to upgrade my credit card firts i deny then due insist of executive i allow him to upgrade my card. While due adress issue the upgraded card was return to bank. Now they nevr called me after that juz do text msg that ur card has been to us so call our c. C.
                Y should i call i[censored] want to upgrade my card then u call me.. I m hapy with my current card. Then hdfc bank block my current caed also n now they are telling me to do courier new adress n all stuffs..
                I dnt hv tht mch time to do all this stuffs simply unblok my old card thts it. I dnt wanaa upgrade my card.
                I mailed it.. Call.. But yet not problem is resolved.. Even one your collgue told me that i can use my card by swiping and when actually do.. Its not working.. Wrong information provided by you.
                I am requesting authority please resolve this issue asap.

                  I am facing problem of deduction of amount from my s/b a/c no. [protected] each month of rs 708/- from may 2018 to oct 2018. I am tring to keep my account balance more than 10000/- still there is debit of above amount.
                  When i asked the reason of deduction, it was informed me that minimum balance should be 25000/-. It was never informed me in advance that minimum balance should be 25000/-. I am having another s/b account in hdfc bank, but there it was told that minimum balance should be 10000/-.
                  I am unable to understand the requirement of your bank, kindly explain me immidiately because already i have lost rs. 3540/- of my hard earn money.

                      On 11th october i made a transaction of rs 250 from my hdfc bank account to my kotak mahindra bank account. But just after getting a sms from hdfc bank i came to know that transaction was declined as my kotak mahindra bank account is an nre account. Though that transaction was declined/failed but still my money has not been refunded back into my hdfc bank account. Plz solve the issue...

                        Regret that there is no facility to speak to your grievance officers/personal bankers on phone. Complaints made re the bill pay option
                        Need to be made where the bank is following an unfair practice of not advising users how to claim the credits for using this facility! Probably intentionally! You can check how many users of this programme have redeemed the points that accrue to them???!! When i mentioned this to your personal banker, he simply got of the phone and left me unattended. Nowhere is the email id of customer service provided whereby i could log in my grievance. Even after telling your personal banker that this was a case that deserved referral to the competition authority of india/ banking ombudsman/ writing to the editors of financial newspapers there was no response! His is daylight robbery and needs to be addressed urgently

                              Why am i being charged this amount (₹4.18) in the form of "debit card pur adj dt 08-10-18" while the original transaction happened 2 days ago?
                              These deductions are really unacceptable.
                              When i called hdfc customer service, the phone banker didn't have a clue about the fee.
                              I have used other bank debit cards also but never came across this kind of fees

                              Hoping for a prompt reply and speedy refund.

                                I am an old customer of hdfc bank. Earlier i maintained a salary account in this bank but after leaving job i have opened up a new saving account because of their good service. But now as i am not earning, i am unable to maintain their average monthly balance, you we can say follow their criteria of amb. Without giving any prior info related to less balance for a particular month they have deduct 1000rs straight from my savings account, by the transaction name of charges for not maintaining amb for aug and sep month. At the end of sep they are giving info related to less bal and then not only this they have deducted the money too without any prior info.
                                Just for the sake of maintaining this amb, they charge such a huge amount. Its indirectly a method for bank to earn more money. I am house wife and its not possible for me to maintain this 10000rs bal in my account each and every month. I cannot keep an eye for each and every transaction., that how much i have now and how much i have spend. We try our best to save, but what if we are unable to maintain it, and if we will not maintain it, then bank will charge a good amount as charges for not maintaing the amb.
                                I just want to say that i want my money back, or i am gonna close my account soon. I cannot take this thing, anymore.

                                  Greeting for the day!

                                  Further to mention subject i have a running personal loan having account number 4885331 with name dipak bhimjibhai donga. It has terms of 12 month lock in period for closing. Before 12 month i can closed if i apply home loan as mention in terms.

                                  Main point of concern that i already applied home loan ans i got sanction latter it means i am eligible to closed this loan during the lock-in pried. While i went to surat retail loan center along with my home loan sanction later for closed my running personal loan but there is not accept my application and manager replied me you can not closed this loan untill 12 month thats our terms. Otherwise there is mention in your sanction later that particulate this loan have to paid up.

                                  I don't understand why manager creating more complications for us. Its really mentally harassment for us and wasting of our time also.

                                  Kindly resolved this concern as soon as possible.

                                  Our Bank does allow foreclosure of personal loans before the prescribed lock-in period of 12 months/ 12 EMIs in certain special conditions such as critical illness/ demise of the borrower, loss of employment, permanent relocation outside the country, home loan (condition prescribed by home loan grantor) - among others. Borrowers are required to produce appropriate documentary evidence in support of the application and these are considered on a case by case basis by the Bank. You will be required to approach any of our Bank's retail loans service centers ( list of service centers and address can be accessed through "branch locator" on the web page- www.hdfcbank.com) with Home loan sanction letter mentioning the precondition for closure of said PL to obtain a formal offer for foreclosure of the loan and for making the payment of Foreclosure please mention "HDFC Bank Limited Loan Account Number: XXXXX" on the cheque.

                                    If my query will not resolved by today i will lodge a complaint in police station and also twit this post to all social networking site.

                                    My issue was very simple my account status is in no debit status i have updated the address and also done the kyc but also from last two month the account is in no debit status means hdfc is blocking my money from last two month.

                                    Please intervene on this asap or else i will lodge a complaint to consumer forum for harrasing case.

                                    On 8/10/2018 i have visited airoli branch to remove the status of no debit so that i can make the transaction. They told withinn 24 hrs ur issue will be resolved. 72 hrs are over but also the issue is not resolved. Bank name hdfc

                                    I need a compensation to hold my amount for 45 days it was just 2 minute work. Mitesh wadhwani and Hitesh More he has support me every time I appreciate the 2 peoples who have help me. When I have escalated the case to the board of director within 4 hrs you have unblock my account. There was no reason to hold my money for past 45 days I need compensation for harassment to block my money without any valid reason.

                                    The complaint is not resolved u have harrase me for 45 days my salary was transfer in my account but hdfc bank Hold the money for without any valid reason and in three month I have done 2 times kyc.
                                    Bcoz of my account I can't witdraw the money for last 45 days. I need a compensation with interest for holding amount for 45 days without reason.

                                    Also I have contacted to customer care of lower parel the contact no. [protected] where I have registered the complaint Minal told that for complaint no. You have to wait for 24 hrs.and for the resolution it will take 4 working day. I have told her already I have escalated the issue to md of hdfc bank. But also she has not given the complaint no. She told that you will receive the complaint no. On email I'd or mobile no. But still I have not received the complaint no. Minal the contact centre has given false information to wind up the call fast.
                                    I'm calling before 1day call not received just recording hold the line bad service I'm unhappy

                                      I made a payment of rs 23921 today around 1:30 pm through payzapp using this link
                                      https://payzapp.biz.hdfcbank.com from my sbi debit card amount got deducted from the account but payment shows error. Tried calling payzapp customer care as well as hdfc regarding the issue but no response from them. Also tried emailing them as well but no response whatsoever

                                        I have been using the credit card since one year. Initially said me that there is no joining and card renewal fee. This month i came to know that they have charged me 500rs+90rs gst in my credit card for membership renewal fees. They have cheated me. Lost a trust on hdfc bank. I request bank to waive off this renewal charge
