I did a recharge on 30th sep of rupees 2000 into my wife's hdfc wallet. The transaction as successful but a message popped up stating to check back on 1 hour for the amount to be reflected in the wallet.
Since after a day also the amount was not credited, i raised a service request on their portal but irony the request was saved but no service number was generated or acknowledged. I called their customer service multiple times and got fake commitments of 48 hours, 12 hours. I sent 2 mails to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com nothing happened. 5-6 calls still the issue is not resolved. My wallet it is [protected].

Their portal is hopeless. No way to track your service request, doesn't generate a service request.

Dissapointed hdfc.

    I also got a call from some mr anurag his number is [protected]. Who told me to have loan at 0 % interest for which i have to pay 50000 as life insurance policy named hdfc life classic assure plus. Then they will issue loan of 500000 against policy & for which i will not get any benefits of premium i pay but instead i will get policy cover for 15 year & i have to pay premiums only for 10 years. Then he asked to send basic documents. Like pan card & aadhar number. He speaks very professionally like what are benefits & why details needed etc. Almost every questions, i ask is answered by him logically. Then he said he will send file & someone from bank will call me. So then ms neha shrivastav calls me, from [protected], citing her employee code as ns9632. She told me that she is talking directly from hdfc bank at senapati bagh marg, lower parel, mumbai & she is the one seeing loan department for all gujarat customers. She also sends me her employee id card & office address of 1st floor. Also she told some watchmen name of the bank if i want to visit her personally. After some inquiries she got my trust & then she asked to keep my documents ready & submit to nearest branch or somebody will pick up. Then she tells me that i will get 2-3 calls to verify from hdfc life. And also that in that verification process i shall not mention any loan process. Because loan & policy departments are separate. And she is giving me two options that if i want to go to direct or through agent. If i want to go through agent, then i will get only 80% of the amount and 15-20 % commission will go to agent. Also if i go direct then there will not be any processing charges etc. So obviously i choose to select direct. She also told me that while verification, they (Hdfc people) will ask me different questions like whether i am applying for any loan also & i have to reply as no because i am applying directly & if i say yes & their agents comes to know that, then my application will be rejected. Then a call from number [protected] (It seems genuine) & ms seema talks to me in monotonus tone like any other banker verification call. She tells that in this policy plan i will not be able to get any bonus or benefit or loan. So that is why i was applying for. Then i told that i was told about loan, the lady told that you will be transferred to concerned department & phone is cut. Now after some time, ms neha shrivastav speaks with me to tell what happened & she got a mail that i had talk with customer care & verified details. So i told her same thing that verification agent is telling that i will not get any loan for the policy. So are they wrong or is she wrong? Then she again explains me & tells that the call is from policy-agent department & they will tell you these things & i should not listen & after my approval my documents will be sent to he directly to mumbai & she will be handling to process the loan. So i now became suspicious. I called to hdfc parel branch phone & mr hitesh was there on phonebanking. He told me that there is nobody like ms neha is there or he does't know because so many employees are there or she might be in other department & he is not allowed to check details of her by her employee id. After that she called me again that she has put my file again & sent mail. And now i have to go to local branch to give my documents to local person someone mr chirag. But as branch is closed now so i have to go tomorrow & she will fix appointment. From her talks, i felt that she is not employee of hdfc & might be any agent, may be fraud. And her id card is also fake. Then after some time, mr anurag also called me that what is difficulties or what happened whether i sent documents or not. I told him that it seems fake proposal from you guys & neither bank offers such things in official documents nor it seems logical that mumbai branch gives loan to gujarat customers. Also there are no employees like you at that branch. But he talks again very politely & answered my queries. So at any point, i didn't fell like i am getting cheated by any fraud even as i am highly doubt making. I am waiting to send documents and waiting to get call from bank. Should i trust or not? And also i want you to clarify on such loans or those two employees, ms neha & mr anurag whether they exists...

          Dear team,

          I took a personal loan at hdfc bank ltd malakpet branch and then the branch staff coerced me to open the savings account to get the loan processed. Since iam in urgency, no options have left except giving consent to open savings account with promise obtained from the official that"i am not capable of maintaining the 10k then they said after 3 months you can close the account". As per their promise i approached the bank manager of that branch on 11/10/2018 and requested him to close the account and told him everything about the situation of the past. Instead of listening to our query he is asking unnecessary questions like that "1. Why you took the loan in our bank despite you are belonging to the public sector bank. 2. Telling us that i worked for sbh, and arguing that your bank also charging customers for closure of account". I don't understand what kind of people that hdfc bank recruiting in that position, i am questioning is this the way the branch manager speaking to the woman customer?. On what basis they opened an account and giving false promises at the time of opening the account when coming to close the account they harassing with the charges, i don't understand what kind of tactics organized by these officials to lure the customer. I took a leave specially to close the account with a loss of pay and branch manager denied the account closure for false charges. Requesting the team to close the account immediately and teach the managerial ethical skills, behavioral skills with women customers. Here your questions should be very straight for the closure of the account why unnecessary questions its not a cbi investigation. When we are coming to your bank for closure just talk about your bank not other banks.

              Am hdfc customer since 2012 and i have been using hdfc credit card since 2015. However, in July-2018 month credit card statement, i have observed discrepancies in as listed below

              total of statement as line by line spending sums to rs. 14718.18 and due amout mentioned is rs. 15405.00.

                This is to bring to your urgent notice that i have been charged extra rs. 3617.24 on my hdfc credit card, on account of finance charges.
                Some points to be highlighted
                1. An amount of rs.126832 was due on 1st august, but from my savings bank a/c no.[protected] min. Amount rs.6350 got auto paid on 1st august.
                2. Since i was travelling, i paid the cheque of rs.120483 on 4th august to clear my dues.
                Without any information/notifications, rs.3617.24 was deducted.
                I had a call twice with your call center 61606161, & they confirmed this amount will be refunded, but no action was taken.
                This kind of service is completely unacceptable, especially when the client is new & trying to build a deeper relationship with hdfc bank.
                I request you to please refund the amount back to my account.
                Attached are the credit card statement. Pl call for any doubts.

                This is to bring to your urgent notice that I was shocked and surprised when Rs. 3617.24 on my HDFC Card when the client is new & trying to build a deeper relationship with HDFC Bank.
                Moreover I had sufficient amt. In my account but rs. 70000/ was debited for Adityabirla insurance for which I had not confirmed with callcentre.

                  I have paid rupees 8900 for my home loan file number[protected], due to some personal crisis i had to cancel my plan to buy any property, i have been told by the sales representative from hdfc ltd that my processing fee will be refunded in case i cancel my plan to buy the property, when i visited hdfc house nashik they took my application agreed and promised to refund 6100/- they even told me to write down my account number in the application so that money can be transferred in my account directly, it confirms that they were about to refund but as of now i have not received any money neither my file has been returned. I will move to consumer court if my money is not refunded. You shouldn't be cheating the customers hard earned money, i even agreed to leave rupees 2800 which might be the expenses for civil check and other bank expenses.

                    I myself kanahiya lal woluld like to inform you that i have taken hddfc life policy no 19399045 from hdfc life representative mr sk madan mobile [protected] in which he gave me false information he told me that i will get loan of rs 300000 loan against policy and if i didnt get the loan then you can cancel your policy. After complition of 10 to 15 dqys i called him and asked wat abt my loan then he told me that u will noy get any loan.
                    Its my request to you please return my policy amount of rs 30000 asap else i ll do legal action for this company.

                        I had transfered the amount of rs 3k on 27th sept'18. I was transfered to wrong account number. I want the amount to be revesed into hdfc bank. Can you please resolve the issue at the earliest. You can send the e-mail to neft. [protected]@icicibank.com to reverse the transaction. I need the amount on priority based. I send the e-mail to [protected]@hdfcbank.com for regarding the reversing the neft amount which was done on 27th sept. I had already visited finanical district of receiver bank of icici they send to contact the hdfc for reversing the transaction amount

                          Hello hdfc customer care

                          My wife has a salary account but she left her job

                          You have changed her salary account into saving account without her permission and started charging her

                          She checked her account and its showing - 6400 balance even she has not used this account since last year

                          She wants to closed the account without paying this negative amount

                              I was going through my bank statement of hdfc bank. I have noticed that the baank has deducted depository charges of rs. 841 from my salary account without giving any notice or explanation about the same, when i enquired online i have come to know that this is because of my demat account, however when i had opened my demat account it was told that the account is free of any annual charges.

                              The charges levied to your account pertains to Annual Folio Maintenance charges (FMC) for your Demat account. Service Tax & Education Cess is levied separately. The FMC is levied after giving adequate advance intimation in the billing statement. Effective September 01, 2010 there is a revision in the ‘standard’ tariff with respect to the Annual Folio Maintenance Charges (FMC) from Rs. 500/- p.a. to Rs. 750/- p.a.                                 I pay exam fee for uptet 2018 on 7/10/2018 through my debit card by account no ending with 1137. Transaction id # 624105 and # 637192 for ₹ 500 per transaction but balance deducted and payment not successful.. I tried helpline number but it's not reachable.. After four days my balance in not credit... Plz tel me when i got my transaction back to my account..

                                  Hi,

                                  My salary account was created in hdfc bank in my first company. Later i moved to another company and unable to use hdfc card there. Then my salary account got changed to savings account and i was not informed on the same. I was able to maintain the hdfc account till last few months. But now due to several reasons, i am not able to maintain hdfc account and they started penalizing me 600/- each month without informing. Till now a total of around -7858/- was deducted in last few months. They could have called me and informed atleast about this. Even though rbi suggested to not to penalize for non maintenance, why these banks keep on deducting money from accounts.
                                  I request you to please take action against this bank.. They have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer

                                  So what about the negative balance, Every month you are deducting 600 for not keeping minimum balance, Even though RBI suggested to not to penalize for non maintenance
                                  Please let me know an answer for that as well.

                                    Hi,

                                    I had a travel to france in sept 2017. I used matrix cellular for the same and gave the details of hdfc card as a security.

                                    On my return i did the payment using paytm gateway link shared by matrix cellular. The transaction was successful but the merchant kept on asking me for payment. I sent them the screenshot of the transaction but still they asked me for payments.

                                    Finally i stopped taking their calls but then in january, 2018 the deducted the same amount again through my hdfc credit card.

                                    I apprised hdfc credit card department about the same and they gave me interim credit of this amount.

                                    But after, they kept on sending me same matter again and again as a fixed template that they have liasoned with the merchant and it is confirmed that the services were rendered and the payment has been made. As per me also the services were rendered and payment was made through paytm gateway.

                                    But i dont know why the interim credit was removed and i paid the bill again to hdfc credit card.

                                    I have ended up in making the same payment twice and there is nobody interested in resolving this issue.

                                    Can somebody help here?

                                    Thanks a lot for this update for HDFC, but post this complaint I am getting many fake calls claiming from consumer forum who want to dupe me financially in various ways. I have taken an appropriate channel for resolution of my case so no future calls in this regard will be entertained from anybody claiming to be from consumer forum.

                                      I ordered hdfc fastag aprox 1.5 month before my refrnce number:hfr076352 m:[protected]. I complaint many times in hdfc customer care andstill no response they always told to email on fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com. I wrote many times but hdfc always look like ignoring their customers as i don’t get any response. Can anybody help... Or reimburse my money
