Having a account at HDFC Bank raj nagar ghaziabad branch from last 4 years of my company BAJAJ INDUSTRIES. recently there were some changes on partnership part and we replaced two new partners with old ones. we contacted our relation ship manager Joginder Yadav for amendments and he mailed the list of required docs. required in the matter, same were provided but each time we approached him, he asked changes in docs. Or addition of new requirements and many times he didn't responded our calls and texted that he is on training, this exercise crossed 1 month but nothing happened. further we went to the branch to meet him personally to resolve it, he again demanded additional documents and tried to linger on the matter. we had to force him to do his part of job. after completing all formalities we submitted the docs. and he assured that the account will be rectified with additional changes within a week. but this passed 15 days and he is not responding to our calls nor updating about our account's profile. I even messaged him that his behavior is very irresponsible and I am going to change my branch but he is still with no reply. being a business man for many years and I am having my some accounts with HDFC in other branches but never faced this type of disgusting behavior he is having, pathetic way of working. I must be not going to spare him on his negligence and bank had to take strict action against him.
