transaction failed but amount debited from credit card

Dear sir/mam,
I have made 2 transactionof rs. 15664.30x/- to jda urban rajasthan through hdfc bank credit card on 26.09.2018. The first transaction amount was deduced at that time, but the transaction was not processed. Then i made another attempt which is successful ly done hoping my previous refund will be reversed. Please do your best for return of my amount.

I am hdfc bank credit card holder.
The bank has auto debited rs 1399/-
From my credit card number ending with 9782 without my concern on date 11/09/18. I am not interest about this service and don't want this membership and refund the debited amount of rs 1399/-.

      Why hdfc not take care regarding one assist frauds.I received a call from one assist says calling from hdfc when i take personal loan.They gave information and deducted Rs 1899 on 06 oct 2017 with out my permission.I called to hdfc but no use.Now one assist sent a message regarding auto deduction for next year.i dont need this plan.

        Dear sir/ ma, am

        My name is shahid ansari from hapur (U. P). I got a zero debt car insurance policy from hdfc life insurance company ltd.

        My concern is, last september i had an accident with my car. Luckily i am safe but car was damaged. Then i went to hyundai showroom (Samudra hyundai) meerut. Where i gave my accidental car and claimed for insurance for damaged work.
        Than they have confirmed for estimated structure with proper form than i filled all the necessary details. Than a surveyor from hdfc company came in the showroom and surveyed carefully the damaged vehicle and gave the clean way for approval. Next day i got the approval message from company's surveyor (Mr sachin tyagi [protected]). And than after 7-8 days at the time of delivery they said to me that you didn't get the approval and they said we are fraud. The surveyor misbehaved us and was using abusive language.

        Now i am feeling that my car insurance company (Hdfc) is not giving a good response and disturbing us. I am so much disappointed.

        Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

        Above mention person's behavior was very disturbing and disappointed. I have all the calls recording for misbehaved talk.
        Until my issue is resolved, i will not receive my car from the showroom and till that company will be liable to pay all my expense. I will be reminding you time to time. If any serious action is not taken by the company. I will take action at the upper level (Irda).

        So resolve this issue. I am waiting for your response

          I told my problem for not paying the credit card bill with the respective agent. Without any intimation, you changed my salary account into the negative amount. Hdfc is a big organization. They can bare small amount of 20000, now u stole my salary like pickpockets without a single penny left in my account how will i survive u meathead.

          I told you i will pay all my debts including interest but not today, not tomorrow. One day i will pay.

          Kindly revert the negative amount and my salary. Stop stealing from other accounts without their permission.

              I was called by someone from hdfc bank and she asked if I have an HDFC bank credit card. I said yes, then she proceeded to say I don't know anything and I'm wasting her time. This was completely out of the blue. I would also like to point out this was not the first time I observed their customer service being unprofessional.

              I have previously also contacted customer care regarding a chargeback transaction and the customer care representative claimed there is no such thing, clearly not even understanding how credit cards work

                Today I have checked my HDFC bank saving account, now the hold balance in saving account is not showing, it's nill now thanks a lot for your support.

                I request to you kindly provide me NOC for the loan account number 42558480. Because after surrender the car no where my responsibilities is. i have surrendered my car on 31/3/2017 and till date i am waiting for the NOC.

                as per previous communication by you I did not got any mail about my loan closure and for NOC as well. please note I have already surrendered the car in 31 march 2017 then why my NOC did not provided to me till date.                       I have fallen a prey for hdfc debit card cloning. 5 transactions has been made in mumbai with my hdfc debit card on 29/09/2018 while i was residing at pune. I have suffered a loss of 44500, (4*10000 + 1*4500) i have registered fir and submitted dispute form to the hdfc branch, hinjewadi on 01/10/2018. I could see many citizens has raised concerned against card cloning in which hdfc card cloning is in mamooth count. How such a big organization can be so irresponsible even being acknowledged by many people.

                      I would like to know till when i can expect my problem to resolved? Please advice further steps for me to my money back.

                        I had lost my hdfc food plus card, i am a tcs associate, could you block the card. I am using the food card rom 15/05/2016. I have lost it last week.                           They call me everyday asking to take personal loans. It’s really annoying, please help me get rid of it.

                                My policy no. Is 17946709. Due to my financial condition it is lapsed.
                                Now i want to renew it and i want to pay it, but amount showing is much higher than i had to pay i. E. Rupees 106715 instead of rupees 96618.
                                After talking customer executive they tell me this is all due to lapsation and interest. I talked him about spot revival but they didn't do it.
                                Kindly request you to give spot revival in my policy and complete waive my interest and revival fee.

                                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 5256 without my concern on date:30/09/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

                                  I have been charged depository charges of 700+ for demat account which I have never used.
                                  There was no intimation about the money deduction. How can you charge me without prior information. This is totally unethical. Bank can't take customer money just for granted.

                                    My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined other company and there was no credit of salary into my hdfc bank account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they told me you have to contact your hdfc branch and follow up with the request and close the account. After that i went to branch and had discussed with maintenance charges that time i have paid near around rs. 1000. As amb charges at branch with the help of ms. Bela and also i submitted manually application to close this account, but still i ma getting the same message "dear customer, a/c xxxxxxx charged rs. 3069 for non maintenance in september. Pls maintain req bal to avoid charges" i request you to please take action against this bank... They have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer.
