Friends it was vary bad experience dat i am not using my credit card from feb 2018, but in july i got the my credit card statement, mentioned two tranction had done amount of rs 424.19 and 13654.66.

These transactions are not done by me & the card is with me & i never share my card details, ccv or dob to any one.

Regarding that i call customer care they block my card and raise the complaint. But unfortunately still i m getting bill of those transactions.

Now hdfc debit dis amount from my salery account.????????

    Sub: - need to close account and wave off.
    Dear sir,
    I would like to inform you that it’s more than 1 year since i left itsource technology ltd. Company. I’m no longer associate with the company or your hdfc salary account. It is illegal to charge for not maintaining the minimum balance. Below are my account details.

    I do not need this account due to personal inconvenience.
    It is showing negative balance (-1703.50 rs.) due to your non maintenance charges still deducting money from this account a/c no: [protected] on monthly basis.

    So i request you to kindly close my hdfc salary account a/c no: [protected] and i don’t want to continue with your services.
    I am requesting you to please consider this mail a final, closure of hdfc salary account a/c no:[protected].
    Your assistance in this regard will be highly appreciated (I am requesting you to please waive off the penalty).

    Please submit the account closure form (available on www.hdfcbank.com> Forms Center> Personal Banking) along-with Extended KYC annexure ( available on www.hdfcbank.com> Forms Center > Personal Banking > Extended KYC Annexure ) at any of our nearest Bank branches. Please visit the following link for the address of our branches and ATMs https://www.hdfcbank.com/branch-atm-locator Addressing your concern we wish to clarify that a Combined closure form is a common form which is required to fill in by an account holder in case he holds more than a single product with the Bank. By filling this form our customers can close all other accounts/products and delink the same along with Savings account held with the bank. For ex : ISA account/ Depository account / Credit card etc. You will need to tick the relevant boxes mentioned on the form. This application must be signed by all Joint Holders where the account is held jointly in the same order of names as appearing on the account or by sole holder in case of sole ownership account to be closed. In case the account is in debit balance, please fund the account to the extent of the over-dues together with interest, before submission of the application for closure. In case the account is dormant, please submit a letter at the branch for activation of your account. Your account closure request can be processed only post activation of your account. We regret that we are unable to process the request for account closure received through PhoneBanking, NetBanking, e-mail, scanned or faxed copy for security and authentication purposes. In case you are unable to visit the branch, you can send the account closure application to the branch by postal service or courier.       I tried to withdraw 5000rs using hdfc debit card from hdfc bank atm g-block vikaspuri branch atm on 07/10/18 at 08:30:53 am. But only 2000rs cash was dispensed. I received a message that 5000rs is debited.
      Atm guard is the witness of this incident.

      I registered an online complaint same day. I didnot opt for transaction receipt, hence i do not have the atm transaction id but i have sms from bank and you may also check the footage of your cctv if required.

      Please get it sorted at earliest.

        Hi,
        Iam using hdfc bank. I tried to recharge my airtel prepaid mobile number, unfortunately the recharge was unsuccessful but payment of rupees 448 has been debited from my account but not yet refunded and i tried to reach their customer care but not happened.

          I was to receieve a refund of rs. 2000 and the company said that they have done the refund but i haven't received it has been more than 15 days and when i inquired with the company they said that amount was credited a week ago when i sent them a screenshot of my net banking transaction details of amount debited and credited and said that i haven't received then they again initiated the refund but it has been another week and i'm yet to receive the refund. My complaint is against hdfc as they have no customer care for debit card holders i tried a lot of numbers but some said this is credit card helpline no. Other no. S were non existent

              I had visited ahmedabad-vadodara express highway toll plaza on 12/08/18 but at that time the fastag line was not open so i had used normal lane and paid 155/- inr as return ticket for ahmedabad-vadodara express highwayin cash. But when i exited from the toll plaza the fastag account has been debited with rs. 105/- inr though i had not started my journey via fastag lane. On same day i had raised complain to hdfc bank fastag and they said to send mail with scanned copy of toll plaza ticket and deduction sms received from hdfc fastag. I had reminded them 100 times via email and via phone but till date they have not refunded the amount. Whenever i call customer care for this they always replied that i will receive call from their back end team but till date i had not received a single call from them neither i had received refund.

                      I was a hdfc credit card ending number is 5650. That credit limit is 112000. But suddenly bank has blocked my card without any conformation. When i called to custmore care then they told me reason of my block card that you have a done international transation thats why your card block.
                      But that transation was before 6 month ago. Then why my card block after 6 month without any conformation.
                      And i have also 20000 rupees cashback will be credit in my credit card. But no cashback i recieved.
                      I want my cashback as well as credit card active.
                      Kindly give me solution. Otherwise i will go to consumer court or bank ministiry.

                      Banks are required to report such prohibited overseas foreign exchange trading transactions on the credit/debit cards to the Reserve Bank of India. In view of above, the bank would be constrained to take necessary action by closing credit/ debit cards in case of any "overseas forex trading" transactions observed on your card account and report the same to the regulator. As per RBI directive and as per compliance customers who transacted earlier also to be closed.

                            I am kulbir kaur, one of the customer of hdfc bank of (Ghansali branch) reliance corporate park. At the time of opening the account employee confirmed me that my account is a salary account and he also conveyed me that thier won’t be any annual charges of debit card pertaining to this account. But last week my account got debited with rs.885 as annual debit charges fee. And when i approached the hdfc bank, icame to know that my account is not a salary account and i have been issued platinum debit card instead of normal debit card. Iwas misinterpretted regarding my account details. I want my debit card charges to be waived off as soon as possible, and want my account to be converted into salary account. Being a new customer of your branch, every employee need to be loyal regarding the terms and conditions of the products of the bank, instead of misguiding them, only to fulfill your bank targets. It is my request to branch manager to resolve this issue to take this on priority and resolve it

                              I have made a transaction of amount 9892 rs to south bihar power distribution
                              Corporation limited using hdfc payment gateway.

                              Amount got deducted but no confirmation from the sbdcl.

                              Text mesage for payment deduction are as follows.

                              A/c n0315 dr for inr 9892.00 cardtxn:visa-pos/sout. A/c bal inr * (Incl. O[censored]nclrd chqs) on 07oct 12:02hrs. Call [protected] if card not used by you.

                              Attached is the image of payment deduction as well.

                              I have tried booking 2 tickets from kottarakara to Bangalore in Kerala rtc scheduled for 11/11/2018 at 3.30pm on 27/10/2018, but even though the amount got deducted from bank I didn't get the tickets. (Used hdfc payment gateway)

                              I used my obc bank debit card to pay online using hdfc payment gateway an amount of rupees 2000 for allen test series TWICE..but both the times an error occured and the payment was cancelled but the amount was deducted from my account that is total amount of rupees 4000 was deducted from my account ..please refund it as soon as possible

                                Regarding the credit card i got a call from this number ([protected]) on 4/10/2018 regarding the verification on the next on 5/10/2018. I call her on the morning time which was around 10:30-11:00 to explain the schenerio that i will not be available at home after 11:00 she pick up the call and while explaining in the middle she drop the call and i call her so many times and she is not able to pickup the phone and how careless towards the hdfc customers.
                                On 5/10/2018 i got a call from this number ([protected]) around at 12:30 when i am at office and at that time he ask me come to the home address and he ask me for the home address i explained my home address and he did not find the corresponding address. If he didn't find the address he has to call me and ask i have meet to you on this address on so and so time when you will be available.

                                I called him multiple times to his phone number to explain this but he didn't pick up the phone.

                                If you keep like this people you will lose the customers. And i am a salary account customer of hdfc bank and now i am going to change the bank account for this irresponsible for this behaviour. So please take necessary action towards them

                                    Hi team,

                                    I have tried booking a ticket from kozhikode to bangalore in kerala rtc, but even though the amount was deducted from bank i haven't got the ticket. (Used hdfc payment gateway for transaction) please find below reference no.

                                      Pls find attached.. On 2nd oct 2018 when i was purchasing a dress from zara shop for rs. 690.. I swiped my debit card.. The said transaction got failed... But amount got deducted from my account.. I want my cash back.. Pls find below the msg i received from your bank.. And attached failed transaction slip.. Which zara cashier gave me..
