I have an sb a/c ([protected]) in hdfc bank (+91 [protected]) and i have transferred rs 5, 000/- using imps on 01st oct 2018 at 11:45pm to syndicate sb a/c ([protected]) attiguppe, bangalore. The imps ref no[protected]. Amount debited from a/c but not yet credited to recipient. I got message that it timed out and status shows in my netbanking as transaction completed. Kindly refund the money into the my account. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible

    On september 29th 2018, i ordered food from swiggy and the same day i cancelled my order and i did not get the money back. I asked the swiggy people and they asked to refer the bank. There are two transactions done with my hdfc debit card. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

    A sum of inr 613 and inr 129 is to be refunded by the bank for the cancellation of the food.
    HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have ordered in swiggy on July 10th and Payment was done through Google pay and money got debited but after that got msg that payment was not completed but in t
    Google pay money got debited and deducted money will be returned in 3 to 4 business days but I didn't get back any refund and for the order in the swiggy I had paid again through debit card Option and then the payment was successful and order was delivered
    I guess u will do the needful
    In month of June also I paid and I didn't received back
    It was the 2nd time.
    If you are getting wasted our money why did you keep the Google pay option in swiggy as payment method
    Let me know whom can I contact for the refund of money 103 /-
    I ordered food from swiggy but the order not delivered. So I requested to swiggy to refund the payment. They initiated the payment but the money not credited to my account though swiggy customer care said It would credit within 2-4 days. When I checked with swiggy customer care, they said to reach out the bank and given the transaction id and RRN id.

            HDFC Bank is now torturing me by deducting Balance without informing anything about it...

            In the account balance the deficit is more than 4000 and there is no record of it in the Account statement...

            How many time do I need to complaint and there is no resolution of solving this...

            Its making me anxious of putting any money my Account.
            Because, what if they do some kind of SCAM and deduct more rupees from my Account.

              With due regards I am Anil Kumar a personal loan borrower from HDFC bank, waiting for the resolution of my complaint which was registered on 20 June 2018 from the first stage or step. First of all I would like to pay your kind attention on the facts of my complaint.

              In the month of Sept.2017 a representative (Sales Officer) from HDFC bank visited my work place. I was in need of a personal loan So, I submitted the required documents in this regard. As per my salary details the HDFC representative (Sales Officer) advised me to fill the special form (called Gold Customer loan form used for 10 lakh and above amount) at the interest rate 11.49 %.But on 27 Sep. after the bank proceedings, I got the message that 900000 rupees loan is approved as per my submitted details but interest rate was not mentioned there in the message (Sanding screenshot of the message).So, I talked to the representative (Sales Officer) of HDFC bank .He assured me to solve the matter at both level (Loan amount which would be 10 lacks or more and interest rate which should be clearly mentioned 11.49 but not mentioned any rate). After some days he told me to submit the two cheques and my both problems are solved by him but after some days I was surprised to get the message that my loan amount was still 900000 and interest rate will be 13.50 %. I talked to the representative (Sales Officer) but all in vain.

              So, I decided to freeze my bank account services in which HDFC bank was going to credit the loan amount at the interest rate 13.50%. But the same representative (Sales Officer) again visited my work place and gave the assurance of loan manager telephonically Hissar(HDFC Main Branch) Branch that after the payment of 3 installments my loan amount must be increased and interest rate will be reduced to 11.49%. So, I didn’t freeze my account.

              After the payment of 3 installments I approached the HDFC representative (Sales Officer) and submitted the documents again with the hike of 6000 rupees in my salary than my previous salary. But at that time he (Sales Officer) told me that loan manager is changed and according to New manager there is not rule of reducing the loan interest rate at the payment of 3 installments . But the New Loan Manager assured me to pay at least 5-6 installments and my problem must be solved 100 %. But after the payment of 6 installments I again submitted my documents for some extra loan amount and to decrease the interest rate. After the bank process I got the message that loan with interest rate of 14.75% and amount 1200000 rupees in total . I was shocked because the interest rate in much higher than before. I talked to the HDFC representative and loan manager almost for one month but all in vain.

              But I was shocked by loan manager telephonically that he is not able to solve my problem. But the way of talking of the loan manager was not customer friendly(Audio file attached). My complaint’s History with HDFC

              I have no option so that a registered a complaint on hdfc Complaint portal on dated 20 June 2018 vide reference number HBL[protected]. After a few days a got an email having wording that my Complaint is resolved by Hdfc for that I visited the branch but nothing was happened because interest rate was not decreased. In the said Email a contact number is given to know the status of my complaint. So, I contacted Ms Upasana, she told me that she had sent the report that customer(Anil Kumar) have been cheated by the HDFC representative (Sales Officer) and loan manager by supplying wrong information . But when I ask about the solution of my complaint she said what you want from HDFC as a solution of your complaint. I simply told her that I want that HDFC will keep his promise by treating the interest 11.49% from starting on my personal loan and an action against the employees who did the fake promises to me. She advised me to send a mail in this regard. I sent that. But no response I got..

              It was almost 13 days of my complaint but no positive solution for me .So, I proceeded the second step of my matter and registered a Grievance on dated 03/07/2018 having no HBL=[protected] but I did not get any response for HDFC till 12 july, I sent my complaint to the Nodal Officer having Complaint number HBL[protected] .But from 21 july they are just sending that they need 3 more days ( this is happened 3 times, attached the screenshot).

              After a few days I connected to the HDFC helpline number and I was shocked to know that the officer Ms.Upasana remarked on my complaint that audio files and other documents I have provided are of after the loan approval but same officer telephonically told me that I have been cheated by the hdfc representative (Sales Officer) and loan manager and same remark is forwarded to the higher authority (attaching the audio files in this regard).From that time I came to the conclusion that HDFC might solve my problem at its end. Anyhow still in wrote an email to the Principal Nodal officer of HDFC Bank on dated 05 August 2018 but till date nothing was happened. After that I forwarded my complaint to RBI with a hope that you will do the justice and I have already emailed this on Aug 28, 2018, 2:19 PM at [protected]@rbi.org.in .As a result they(HDFC) issued a complaint number this time as well having no.(HBL=[protected] but nothing favorable for me. On dated 16 Sept. 2018 I again complaint to RBI Lokpal through online Portal. Now waiting for the solution for supreme authority of the Banks.

We also submit that rate of interest on personal loans are fixed in consideration of the lending risk, cost of funds, security (if applicable), profile of borrowers etc. The rate offered to you is in line with our pricing norms for prime clients and sincerely request you to accept the same. The loan agreement is a formal and legal record of the terms/conditions which have been accepted by you and by executing the agreement digitally you are deemed to have accepted the same and bound yourself to repay the loan in the manner indicated above.                   Hi.
                  My name is hiranmay kanungo. On 1st october 2018, i had 13000 in my account. I paid my credit card bill of 5150. After that my available balance was shown as 2900 and ledger balance was 8000. Is that amount which is showing in ledger balance be withdrawn? How do i recover the extra 5150 which is not there in available balance. Its been 2 days.

                    Bank person approached himself and asked me to take credit card without any maintenance charge for an year. So i took the card and thought of purchasing but due to my bad financial status i could not do so. But after a month one person from hdfc called me and said about one assist plan. Credit card itself being idle with me so i said for not interested with the plan.
                    But the bank after an year stating that one assist has been activated for my credit card and have to pay the levied charges.
                    It is not a charges for purchasing and also not a charges for non-payment but for the mistake of the bank.
                    But through the phone conversation of customer care they are stating that they are ready for settlement. Which iam not wiiling to. Mistake from their side and asking for settlement.
                    Kindly give me a justice.
                    Or can i initiate legal action against them.
                    My brother being in media can i get help from him.
                    This fraudster behaviour of the bank is so annoying.

                      Even though deposited or balance amount of rs. 25, 163/- was present on 5th september 2018 in account, without any reason deducted an amount of rs.649/- on 7th september 2018 as overdue loan. You have done the same many times. Once bank employee called me and the rs.649/- will be credited, but still not credited to my account. Kindly as soon as possible deposit the same.

                        My credit card is generating unusual bill and amount are deducted without any information, i have never used my card.
                        While opening the account with hdfc they have demonstrated the benefits of having credit card and applied the same. With an insurance attached (Unknowingly) with that and i have made the insurance payment along with fine charged for late payment, then after the have imposed a bill of around 2000. And deducted without any prior information.
                        The bills are generated continuously time to time without any use

                        This is the case of fraud done by hdfc credit card division itself, requesting you to refund all my false deduction made. And close my card services

                        Hence request you to help me out for this type of continuous mantel harassment made by hdfc bank for which i am suffering for unplanned experiences without any known resin. And made my payment reimburse

                                Why hdfc not take care regarding one assist frauds.I received a call from one assist says calling from hdfc when i take personal loan.They gave information and deducted Rs 1899 on 06 oct 2017 with out my permission.I called to hdfc but no use.Now one assist sent a message regarding auto deduction for next year.i dont need this plan.

                                  My name is shahid ansari from hapur (U. P). I got a zero debt car insurance policy from hdfc life insurance company ltd.

                                  My concern is, last september i had an accident with my car. Luckily i am safe but car was damaged. Then i went to hyundai showroom (Samudra hyundai) meerut. Where i gave my accidental car and claimed for insurance for damaged work.
                                  Than they have confirmed for estimated structure with proper form than i filled all the necessary details. Than a surveyor from hdfc company came in the showroom and surveyed carefully the damaged vehicle and gave the clean way for approval. Next day i got the approval message from company's surveyor (Mr sachin tyagi [protected]). And than after 7-8 days at the time of delivery they said to me that you didn't get the approval and they said we are fraud. The surveyor misbehaved us and was using abusive language.

                                  Now i am feeling that my car insurance company (Hdfc) is not giving a good response and disturbing us. I am so much disappointed.

                                  Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                  Above mention person's behavior was very disturbing and disappointed. I have all the calls recording for misbehaved talk.
                                  Until my issue is resolved, i will not receive my car from the showroom and till that company will be liable to pay all my expense. I will be reminding you time to time. If any serious action is not taken by the company. I will take action at the upper level (Irda).

                                  So resolve this issue. I am waiting for your response

                                    Hi myself velmurugan, after i quit my job in ma previous organization i dont have enough money to pay my credit card bills so now my salary account is converted in to negative amount and am not aware of that please reverse my money back because currently im doing part time job for my family if you take all my money i will not have anything to survey
                                    Please reverse my money back and again convert it to salary account. Am from low level middle class family and my family completely depend on my salary so please do the needfull thing asap.

                                    I told my problem for not paying the credit card bill with the respective agent. Without any intimation, you changed my salary account into the negative amount. Hdfc is a big organization. They can bare small amount of 20000, now u stole my salary like pickpockets without a single penny left in my account how will i survive u meathead.

                                    I told you i will pay all my debts including interest but not today, not tomorrow. One day i will pay.

                                    Kindly revert the negative amount and my salary. Stop stealing from other accounts without their permission.

                                      My name is hira lal Verma today I am calling customer for credit card smart emi problem related but your customer executive not to give proper answer and cut the phone then i 'll tried 2 nd time customer care but this time your customer executive misbehaving and again cut the phone.
                                      Thank you for your this type service I am advice my all friends relatives and office staff please don't choose HDFC service.

                                        I was called by someone from hdfc bank and she asked if I have an HDFC bank credit card. I said yes, then she proceeded to say I don't know anything and I'm wasting her time. This was completely out of the blue. I would also like to point out this was not the first time I observed their customer service being unprofessional.

                                        I have previously also contacted customer care regarding a chargeback transaction and the customer care representative claimed there is no such thing, clearly not even understanding how credit cards work
