This is to inform that i have a salary account in Hdfc bank of Jamshedpur at Telco branch. last year i went to the branch to request them to close my account as i was leaving my job but they said you can't close your account before a year now they are sending texts every month for not maintaining minimum balance.

    Hello,
    I am struggling to reset my password and everytime i try to login it is trying to send otp but i never recieve any otp on my registered mobile number +[protected].
    My customer id number is 652896.

    Please help me as soon as possible otherwise i wont be able to transfer money to my hdfc account.

    I also need to get my new debit expired as the current debit card has expired last month.

      I had chosen hdfc salary account when i started my job with my company. The bank had promised all sorts of services and failed to provide basic requisites. I had to stop using the account due to these reasons. I have made no transactions from october 2017 and recently i checked my bank account, it was showing negative balance of rs. 8, 700. The bank has charged me huge amount of 8700 for not using the account without even having a single transaction. The link for the rbi document is pasted below.

      It clearly states that the negative balance should not be due to penalty charges.
      Please help me in resolving the complaint.

        Dear sir/ madam,

        This is pertaining to the credit card no. 4854 99xx xxxx 3115.

        I confirm to have made payment of inr 2, 685/- through cheque no. 516864 on 27/08/2018. Cheque was dropped at hdfc bank atm drop box on 27/08/2018 which is 6 days prior due date of 03/09/2018.

        Even though dropping the cheque 6 days prior due date the hdfc credit card division is charging me late payment fee which is not correct. This simply means that they are collecting the cheque payment late from their drop boxes and are trying to earn some additional amount from me.

        In this matter, i spoke to ms. Ruksana on customer service no.[protected] who turned out to be too rude and was not listening to my request and denied any further support on call. I believe she is not fit for a customer service job.

        I request you to take up the matter with hdfc bank card division, tamil nadu chennai and help to have the amount of inr 548 waived off for statement dt: 14.09.2017.

          Dear sir, this is not fair because hdfc bank, manjari, pune has been debited aqb chg. Rs.1770 from my current account without any notice this is very bad and cheating policy by bank, hou can trust on bank about safe our fund? I got problem hou i can purches medicen for my old aged mother and father aged 95 yrs. Hou i can buy medicen? Bank is not providing any loan to me, this is worst problem created by bank. Why bank is stealing our money, hou i can take care of my aged mother and father? Hou i can trust on bank? Pls. Remove rule of fine on minimum balance because many customer is facing mony problem hou they maintain bank balance? Pls. Returen my money, this is never bank money rs.1770 is my earned money but bank have been cheated and took money this is very bad and shameful.

            I found 2 extra transition in my hdfc account. It is very disappointing thing which happened with me. I want to get investigation on this serious issue. Two amounts 1100 & 5000 respectively hot deducted from my account. I can't bear this kind of fraud. Please give your response asap. Else i have to go police station. I want to get arrest that person or organisation who did this crime.

              Emi for this loan account is 2333 and due date is 5th of each month
              Emi for the month october is deducted twice on 5th october 2018
              Please look into the issue and credit the amount with a compensation as it is your fault and you people should taken care of it as you are a prestigious bank.
              These kind of mistakes spoil your image to all and the inconvenience caused by you is traumatic as now a customer need to find a way to get his own money back from you as you could not do your job better

                I did not opt for any of the credit shield policies in first place. I don't know why hdfc being such a reputed organisation cross sell these insurance products in this unauthorized manner.

                I requested for policy cancellation after talking to customer care but today i received a msg for emi processing which i have never opted for. When i called customer care again today customer care executive was not sure and unable to answer why such thing happend and what has to be done. Very disappointed to be treated this way.

                So, i request hdfc ergo to please refund emi fee of rs. 100 + any taxes which were charged to my credit card. Please cancel all the policies and smart emis permanently as i don't want to buy any as of now.

                    I head applied creadit card (R/no is 18I[protected]N5) i did not get the card info or status of the card and i called customer cear on 7 oct 2018 .
                    Again customer representative said contect appliead is still in progress.
                    Till now i have caled 5, time for the status.
                    When i called HDFCrepresentative is saying still in progress and cheak after 2 days.
                    Sir, Mam i am very disappointed due to responsed to creadit card the bed part is whenaver i call the customer cear represantative says cheak after 2 days.

                    Pls help me resolving this issud..

                      Hdfc bank savings a/c no : [protected], airoli branch payment failure occurred at amazon.com on 17th july, 2018, due to which rs.25810 were debited from my account, should have been refunded within 5-7 days to my same hdfc bank account. But, it did not happen and i wrote to amazon for refund and they confirmed that money is still with hdfc bank. So, i complained to hdfc bank and after several complaints they gave me customer tat (Turn around time) commitment date as 17th sep, 2018 for refund of money. However, they still failed on their written commitment and did not refund money and handed over 2 more complaint number after every 5 days. Complaint summary : this was a simple transaction failure happened due bank/system issue between amazon and hdfc bank, but, i have been waiting for more than 2 and a half months for refund. Now, i want full refund of rs. 25, 810 along with proper compensation from the guilty party. New commitment date with same ref. No is 09 nov, 18 which is 115 days from transaction (It is again just a delaying tactic)

                          I have been deceived by the executive that if i will open an account in hdfc bank i will get credit card and unlimited account transaction for whole life period even though he himself deducted an amount of rs 1100 from my account for insurance policy but he cheated me i totally lost the faith on hdfc back because they are deceiving the public at large. I approached 100 times before branch head for refund my illegal deduction amount which they have deducted more than 30000 for excess transaction and other related issues but he and his executives did not bother plz help me to get the amount back

                              Bank called number of time for providing free credit card and when availed it card came within 7 days and then after 2days called came from bank that it was not free have to spent some money to make it life time free. So, it was done accordingly but after 2 days again called an executive from hdfc bank told that there will be annual charges and when it denied as they have n't said before applying, she used abusive language and talk so roughly to me and said if i don't avail the medical claim, they will charged me 13707 rupees and made me convinced to forcefully avail it and even after denied also she said whether we want or not bank will charged 13707 rupees and so i talked to their ergo medical health, they said it's not mandatory and so as i was busy with my hospital work, i just said yes in 2 verification call and 3rd verification i didn't attempt and kept the switch off due to annoying frequent calls from hdfc bank and when i again switch on that executive called again and used abusive language and i handed my mobile to my senior, she scold that executive and told her that we will file rti.

                              Being and 6 year of customer, they used abusive and rough language and harass me and like that she might have harass other customers of hdfc too. This type of executive should be dismissed from bank duty.

                              Though I didn't complete 3rd verification call, I got this message and she threaten me that bank will charge 13707 ... She was so mean .Before talking an customer, people should be polite and understanding but like her and you won't show respect to us there are other banks too which are far polite and understanding customer needs.
                              Respect begets respect . If you offering something then mention it thoroughly in talk and sent mail with all benefit but shouldn't be too fast and force other to avail such facilities if he/ she is not aware / ready for it .

                                After opened the ppf account i got anna nagar chennai branch.
                                Please transfer this account to nearest branch at delhi, because it is very difficult to maintaining the account at such a long distance.
                                And also i didn't get the passbook yet.

It was sent through Blue Dart courier on September 28, 2018 vide reference number [protected] . The same is returned undelivered to the Bank with the reason CONSIGNEE'S ADDRESS INCOMPLETE . Kindly visit your nearest branch for address updation and re-dispatch of card. Please carry your valid photo identification proof and address along with you.                                       I received statement from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan o]. Without my permission. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. Kindly deactivate this service and refund my balance 1399/-. How you can auto debit from card without knowing to customer
