Sir i searched for job in quicker where i got a job for data entry in hdfc so i applied. Then i get contact with that advertisment then they demand 1000 rupee for registration fee then they demand for 2500 for documentation then 2850 for call letter. As i pay all amount they blocked me please help me for get my money back.

    Now i'm received message like, my pol ref no. Hn[protected] is due for renewal on 24-aug-2018 for premium rs. 9867 and will be charged to your hdfc bank credit card in the last 1 day, as one time payment or emi as per hdfc bank guidelines (Interest as applicable).
    I want to cancel my policy, and already i have spoke with customer care executive, they said ok. But again i received this message.
    So. Please cancel my insurance policy and please don't charge any amount, if cahraged please refund my money to my credit card.

        Every time thir ll be not cashier in thir cabin at bank timings and cash closing time ll be exactly at 4pm.
        But why not available right time to start cash counter?

        Every time must wait half an hour to cashier to come his counter.
        So much developed by ranebennur people hdfc branch but only one cashier desk for both deposits and withdrawal. Cashier having much work pressure to maintain both transactions please add one more cashier in branch.

        Really fed up a lot it’s not fair everytime same problem facing in ranebennur branch kindly maintain branch cashier and staffs time to time be in counter.

        Once physically you visit the branch then you ll get know how staffs ll be thire.

        I hope you ll solve problem as possible soon.

          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited amount from my credit card number ending with 5103 without my consent on date:27/09/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of as early as possible

            On 24th august 2018, i had wrongly made a payment of rs 13, 000 to a wrong credit card number [protected] through bill desk reference number nscb[protected]. Upon recognising the mistake i had called hdfc credit card customer care same day and was guided to send a form with details to credit card team in chennai. Later on 4th september 2018, i received a response to send reference number again and write a letter on the complaint giving a detail which i did and sent the letter with snapshot of transaction detail acknowledment copy. Today when i again called credit card customer care team, they havent given any clarity on resolving the issue and has given no update on when would the transaction will be reversed. The card where i made the payment by error does not belong to me or any of my family member. Every call attended by customer care team is giving different version on the complaint.

            Along with the letter sent to hdfc i had sent the bank statement from where payment was made and that belonged to me only and had debit of 13000 rs debit.

            one executive of the CCU team told that complaint will get resolved in 4 days and transaction reversed, another executive is telling that they cant do it

              Hi sir

              I have purchased a dell laptop on emi was eligible for a cash back of rs. 8000 on the respective credit card. The cashback amount and period of cashback are even mentioned on the bill payment slip of hdfc. 90 days have been completed and till date i havent got any cashback... I request you to please process my cashback as soon as applicable as it is a very bad thing for a reputed company to do all such fraudulent things. Kindly resolve the matter as soon as possible.

                  Respected sir/mam,

                  With due respect i would like to bring your kind attention on the fact that how the collection agencies appointed by hdfc bank are harassing us by calling and threatening our family members and relatives. I am a credit card holder in hdfc bank.in few months i was not able to pay the bills on time because i was jobless but still somehow i manage to pay the bill with the late fee. I explained the same to the agent from the collection agency hired by hdfc that there are some financial issue going on, it is taking time but still i pay my bills.in the meanwhile the collection agencies call my mother and threaten her about the payment. I think hdfc bank collection agencies are completely neglecting the guidelines set by the rbi that they can call the relatives in extreme situations only to locate the debtor and not to disclose anything about the debt and threaten them about the consequences. On moral values even a person should not threaten a lady who is a senior citizen for the debt of his son. Kindly consider it and please talk to the bank so that they can give proper training to there agents to set up the proper guidelines so that they do not breach the guidelines set by the rbi.

                    I had purchased a apple air laptop from flip-kart with debit card loan emi option. But the order was canceled and still the first emi get deducted around 5400 appx. From my account.
                    I had contact with flipkart customer care the told me that this situation can only handled by through the hdfc bank.
                    I have also contact in hdfc bank and bank but they also not able to resolve my issue.

                    Please let me know what should i have to do.
                    I experienced the hdfc customer care service is too too bad.

                      I took credit card from hdfc 3 years back. Whatever I used from it paid next month at least minimum due. In between I got into an accident and dues increased to a level I can't pay at once or thrice. June 2018 I quit my job and asked for a settlement their manager who know nothing about professionalism argued me and told me to pay minimum due and they will arrange a settlement next week or emi offers.I never got a settlement. Then I stopped paying after 3 months they called and similar stories they told me. I told them clearly no minimum dues I am gonna pay. Give me full settlement. If a person don't have a job how they r gonna pay. And the way their managers talk is like I am someone took their cash and run away. I took all their calls till now.

                            Hdfc is playing me around since last couple of months. they keep on saying that email us and we would respond to you and solve the query within 5-7 working days but every time you respond to their email they would again take 5-7 days just to respond. during one of the last email, they wrote in the email that someone contacted me, but truth was no one contacted me as specified in the email, it was all lie. i told this to their dept as well and again got promised senior would call you back. i am really not happy with the service.

                            this was in regards to a refund.

                            How many times do I have to go and sign . Why you just copy paste same emails again and again .

                            I need your someone higher authority email or phone . I’m really not happy .

                                I applied for credit card and i was assured that i will be getting on certain date while the verification agent came my office to verify but then my application was rejected and i was not informed also. I checked at the website and got to know that it has been rejected when i called the agent. She said that as there was no 1 at my home so it showed negative. I m working at new place mysore and my home town is bhubaneswar so aviously when i was at office there won't be any1 at home. And more over i didn't got any call as i got one when the agent came to my office. I said them the issue but no action has been taken place. After giving my valuable documents and getting assurity this is what we get

                                    I was an account holder of hdfc prahladnagar branch Ahmedabad. Hdfc bank has wrongly deducted amount from my account. On complaining to the executive named Denis about the same he responded that the amount will be refunded in 30 days.its been 3 months my money is not refunded. Now the executive is not responding to my call. Then I complained to customer care when the raised a complain and informed me that I will get call from branch in 24 hrs. It's been month I have not heard from branch. When I again complained I heard the same response. Pathetic service from hdfc branch. I have closed my account with hdfc Brach with a loss of 1600 Rs.                                       Hdfc guys has been harassing me by making repetitious phone calls that are intended to annoy me, even though i have requested an extension for the payment of the due amount.
                                      I have been facing this issue for 10 days, i tried requesting them, that payment will be done by next month but, they wouldn't listen.
                                      I humbly request them to please allow me to make the payment in the coming month. But they wouldn't listen.

                                      They are making more 20 calls in a day to make me say that i can't do it right now...

                                      And after multiple requests, today i receive a message from hdfc that, they are sending some executive to collect the payment at my office address.
                                      The number was +919833*5*7
                                      Also, the connecting number they ask me to call is[protected]

                                      It is making me hate being a customer of hdfc

                                        This is a complaint i first made on 9 august 2018 to the gurgaon (Sector 53 branch) and the complaint is still not fully resolved despite repeated requests.

                                        I have been charged "debit card charges" every year since 2015 for an amount of approximately inr 460 each year.in total, since 2015, i have been charged inr 1, 827!! The debit card i hold is the easyshop debit card, the most basic card on offer. I only realised these wrong charges recently when i was going carefully through my bank statements and immediately raised this issue with the bank. The bank has reversed 1, 295 of the total charges but 532 still remains to be refunded, plus lost interest.

                                        There is absolutely no basis for these charges because i maintained a balance of over 1 lakh in my account during 2013 to 2015 and since 2016, of 30-40 lakhs! Hdfc should have enrolled me in the appropriate hnw customer programme as my account balance kept increasing, but they did not. For accounts having a balance of over 1lac, there should be no debit card fees as per hdfc's own guidelines.

                                        Not only was i denied the privileges associated with being a high value customer by being enrolled into the hnw customer programmes (Such as a higher value debit card and reduced banking charged), i have on the other hand incurred baseless charges and so much inconvenience thanks to hdfc's fraud transactions and incompetence.

                                        The relationship managers i spoke to at the gurgaon branch said that the debit card charges were justified and they have reversed inr 1, 295 as a "service gesture"!! On what basis can you charge a customer holding over 1 lac in their account, debit card fees for the most basic debit card???

                                        I have been thoroughly disappointed with my experience with hdfc bank. Not only did the bank personnel not seem to understand how serious a matter these wrong charges are, they have been more like cars salesmen in their behaviour, often providing misleading information and trying to weave long stories based on sketchy facts. This complaint has been outstanding for over 6 weeks and i have faced much mental harassment and stress over this. I have been shocked that hdfc does not understand what proper banking practices are and are out to fleece their customers and mislead and dupe them. This is nothing short of fraud dealings.

                                        If this is not rectified by hdfc asap, i will take legal action including complaining to the rbi about hdfc's fraud transactions and unethical banking practices.
