I had applied for credit card in hdfc bank ambala cantt nicholson road branch. There i met shivam sablok who was very hospitable at the time of application but has been rude after that. First of all i told him the address i would be available at despite that he put another address giving logic of commutable distance. Ambala and haridwar are almost equally far from noida but he entered my haridwar address despite my disapproval for verification. When i called him to resolve my case he told he can't do anything and do whatever you want. He told that call whomever and gave his senior's number. After that i wrote a mail to hdfc to sort my case and as suggested by them i submitted my declaration form to lakshay makhija in same branch who oversees credit card. It has been 9 days but i haven't received one response. When i asked lakshay he told to call shivam on 28th sep. When i called him he said i don't know and why are you bothering me. Despite his rude behavior on earlier two instances i didn't report but now he is using his position to restrict my application by inaction. Kindly help.

Dear HDFC
You are not getting the point. I have given my declaration form as per your instructions to Lakshay Makhija on 19th sep when I asked him about the status he told me to ask Shivam Sablok who in turn told me why are you bothering me. I don't know whether my declaration form has reached the right address or not and moreover your employees are talking rudely over phone saying what can I do why are you bothering me.

      Dear sir,

      My name is kundan kumar. I am customer of your bank from last 6 years. On 26 september 18 i was received a call from hdfc banker name was soumya chokrawarty regarding personal loan. She was offered of rs.50000/- personal loan on 12.5% interest. After her confirmation i was uploaded documents in link who was provided by her.

      But now when i called to soumya, a manager has pick the call and he saying your loan is rejected due to your salary is not in loan creteria.

      Sir i request you kindly tell me if on rs.16627/- salary is not in 50000 loan creteria than why bankers had uploaded my documents for loan.

      Kindly take action on priority basis. I am waiting your response.

          I have paid 466 rupees of amount to swiggy via netbanking on 16/9/2018. Since i received different food from what i ordered, the swiggy team mentioned that they will refund the amount. Also, they have processed the refund from their end on 17/09/2018 16:02:09. But i didn't receive the amount to my account. I request you to kindly check it and refund the amount.

              Hope you are doing well.!

              this is my first complaint regarding hdfc bank sir .
              I would like to inform you that it’s more than 3 year since I left Practo technologies pvt. Ltd. . I’m no longer associate with the company or your hdfc salary account. And i am not happy or satisfied in charge for not maintaining the minimum balance. Below are my account details.
              Once i get contact in branch and they ensure me tht it will be closed within next 4 working days. But after 1 year when i visit to hdfc branch to open a new salary account again then they told me that my account was now closed that time and now its negative balance is around 14000/-so i request you to please wave off my negativie balancce sothat i cn again open my salary account in hdfc. Bcoz its branch staff mistake they did not close acount after my notice so please do some needful.

                        Hi, my sister took a loan from hdfc bank they gave a complimentary credit card from the bank. Now they have sent a bill of 4000/- saying that the outstanding. Whereas my sister never saw and used that credit card. When we check in the bank they are saying you to raise a complaint about it and no one from the bank is helping my sister. Please do look into this issue. I have attached a letter from the bank they have sent my sister.

                              Now i'm received message like, my pol ref no. Hn[protected] is due for renewal on 24-aug-2018 for premium rs. 9867 and will be charged to your hdfc bank credit card in the last 1 day, as one time payment or emi as per hdfc bank guidelines (Interest as applicable).
                              I want to cancel my policy, and already i have spoke with customer care executive, they said ok. But again i received this message.
                              So. Please cancel my insurance policy and please don't charge any amount, if cahraged please refund my money to my credit card.

                                  Every time thir ll be not cashier in thir cabin at bank timings and cash closing time ll be exactly at 4pm.
                                  But why not available right time to start cash counter?

                                  Every time must wait half an hour to cashier to come his counter.
                                  So much developed by ranebennur people hdfc branch but only one cashier desk for both deposits and withdrawal. Cashier having much work pressure to maintain both transactions please add one more cashier in branch.

                                  Really fed up a lot it’s not fair everytime same problem facing in ranebennur branch kindly maintain branch cashier and staffs time to time be in counter.

                                  Once physically you visit the branch then you ll get know how staffs ll be thire.

                                  I hope you ll solve problem as possible soon.

                                      On 24th august 2018, i had wrongly made a payment of rs 13, 000 to a wrong credit card number [protected] through bill desk reference number nscb[protected]. Upon recognising the mistake i had called hdfc credit card customer care same day and was guided to send a form with details to credit card team in chennai. Later on 4th september 2018, i received a response to send reference number again and write a letter on the complaint giving a detail which i did and sent the letter with snapshot of transaction detail acknowledment copy. Today when i again called credit card customer care team, they havent given any clarity on resolving the issue and has given no update on when would the transaction will be reversed. The card where i made the payment by error does not belong to me or any of my family member. Every call attended by customer care team is giving different version on the complaint.

                                      Along with the letter sent to hdfc i had sent the bank statement from where payment was made and that belonged to me only and had debit of 13000 rs debit.

                                      one executive of the CCU team told that complaint will get resolved in 4 days and transaction reversed, another executive is telling that they cant do it

                                        Hi sir

                                        I have purchased a dell laptop on emi was eligible for a cash back of rs. 8000 on the respective credit card. The cashback amount and period of cashback are even mentioned on the bill payment slip of hdfc. 90 days have been completed and till date i havent got any cashback... I request you to please process my cashback as soon as applicable as it is a very bad thing for a reputed company to do all such fraudulent things. Kindly resolve the matter as soon as possible.
