Fastag was issued and the same was billed at the time of purchase. Inr 500 was charged and the sticker was put up by the car (Mody ford) representative. No follow up post that. It's been 6 months. No one called regarding activation. There's no way to follow up now.

    Hdfc bank — unethically charged for the credit card membership

    I had opted for hdfc bank regalia credit card recently and as per my personal banker this card will be free for me because i am hdfc bank classic customer
    And there wont be any yearly membership charges or yearly fee for this credit card.

    However when i received credit card and i did first transaction and i can see rs 2950 has been billed for me on my credit card as a yearly membership fee.
    This is just cheating with the customers and duping the money from customers. When i raised the complaint with hdfc customer care as per them this is conditionally chargeable and you had to link the credit card with payzapp account and then it would not have been chargeable and so on.
    And now i must have to pay membership fee.

    I did get false information from personal banker and bank is unethically charging me rs 2950 as annual membership fee.

      Sir my name is ritesh ashok magre i have recived bill for credit card which i have not used
      Customer care saying it is annual fee and you have to pay it but at the time of taking credit card it was told me it is free card. I have not used the credit card from the date when i have received it. Marketting department decived me for this card. The process of card closing is also complicated. I have to close the card and i will not pay the bill which is generated.
      Please help me.

        I ordered a mobile in amazon but i cancelled with in 2 min. But the amount is cut from my credit card as an emi.
        I call to amazon they saying that your amount is not reached to us because it is cancelled with in 2 min please call your credit card bank they tell like that.
        Then what can i do please take necessary action on it.

            Hdfc bank car loan department is charging 5.9% on outstanding principal as prepayment charges after payment of 13 emi on time. According to them they have drafted this in the loan agreement which is signed by me. They gave me a hard copy of the letter stating the prepayment charges which is attached. The letter also states that prepayment charges are conditional. I had given a three reminder mail to hdfc loan support to remove the charges but nothing is been done.

            1. Is this legal?

            2. What can be done to waive off such charges, if this is legal?

              Hi team, hdfc pl loan support is very poor service.

              Past 19 days i am try to close the pl with home loan sanction letter and checque, 4 times gone to chennai branch but today also they seeking approval from loan department. Each time half a day lost and more frustration for this closure process.

              Please try to understand my pain. Day by day interest is leaving from the loan amount, end of the day i lost my money and time with you.

                I was in delhi and i have taken a car loan form hdfc bank in september 2016. The car i bought was maruti suzuki wagonr (Commercial numbwe delhi/ncr passing) for extra income purpose, all the intallments was very much clear and on time, in march 2017 i come to know about my promotional transfer to pune, since it was delhi/ncr passing number and cant be transferred on any other name before 3 years so it was impossible to drive this car to pune and also difficult to sell someone in delhi to a unknown person, i have taken lot of suggestion from colleagues and bank peoples also, hdfc bank people suggested me to surrender the vehicle to bank instead of selling to unknown person. I have surrendered the car on 31 march 2017 to hdfc bank, and now after more than one the hdfc year bank people is calling me that i have to pay 1.56 lacs amount to bank when i refused because i have given the car to bank they have hold this balance in my hdfc bank account my hdfc bank saving account is showing -1.56 (Negative balance) this will effect on my credit score. Request to you please help to resolve this.

                Hi, thanks for responding to my complaint. As mentioned above in my query my account balance is not showing in negative mode it's looks fine now. But I did not got any mail about my loan closure and for NOC. When I have already surrendered the car in 31 march 2017 then why my NOC did not provided to me till date. Request to support team please help in this regard and provide the NOC for loan account number 42558480.

                Hello sir, today I have checked my HDFC bank saving account now the hold balance is not showing in my account, it's bill now thanks a lot for your support.
                But still I got call from bank person for payments and he is forcing me to do payment and asked for legal proceedings.
                When I have already surrendered the car then what and where my role is.

                I request to you kindly provide me NOC for the loan account number 42558480. Because after surrender the car no where my responsibilities is.

                Since my saving account was a salary account and now no salary deposit in the account therefore I want to close my saving account as well.

                When I have already surrendered the car on 31 march 2017 to HDFC bank, and received the NOC also then why again after more than one and half the HDFC bank hold the negative balance in my saving and current account. warning kindly solve this issue with immediate effect, otherwise i will proceed for legal action on bank and the employee involve in it. Already complaint this in past also then why the same incident is repeated by bank. this is last time else i will proceed for police complaint and legal action from court through consumer forum.

                  I was issued a credit card when i went for a emi finance. But since then i have not used my cc. Now i recieve msg saying i have to pay due amount. No customer service is responding properly. I now doubt on continuing my other accounts with you. Somone has debited it without my authorisation. Its been debited 2 times. When spoken to customer care each one keeps giving the other numbe, and i end up nowhere. I need this resolved as early as possible. Please please check and get back on this

                        I am receiving threatening and abusive phone calls from the collectors of hdfc bank constantly day after day. Even though i am not the recipient of the credit card. Despite me telling this to them repeatedly that the relative (Whom they wish to speak to) doesn't stay with me they continue to call. They have been abusive and threatening in calls which is an offense if this is not looked into i am going to the police. Look into your staff and the way they're speaking to your clients.

                        It is not my credit card it is my relative's. Stop asking your callers to be that disrespectful and abusing your female callers.

                        One Assists app deducted the money from my mother's account today (September 16, 2018) without any information and she hasn't applied for any such service. Please get it rectified.

                            This is a complaint against some charges in my HDFC Credit card, no. [protected]. I took this card in the Month of November 2017. It was a sales lady who called me many times to take up the card. That time that lady mentioned, its lifetime free card, no need to pay any yearly fee for the card and no interest will be charged for purchases if the minimum due amount is paid within the due date. This is life time benefit. So I thought its good, no interest charges or annual fees and agreed to take this card. But from Feb 2018 there is always a transaction saying 'Financial Charges' found in my statements every month. I was wondering what it was and recently called HDFC Bank customer care to know what it was. Then I came to know that it was the interest charged on the total due amount. I don't understand why in the beginning it was said no interest charges and later charging interests. This is really cheating. It was agreed and confirmed that no interest charge will be levied if the minimum due amount is paid within the due date. Then later charging interests without any notification is purely cheating. Pls resolve this issue as early as possible.

                                My hdfc regalia credit card has unauthorised transaction of 1916.73 and double gst of 345.01. Initially there were four unauthorised transactions out of which they have refunded just one of rs. 1916.73. All these transactions have no record of any text messages or where they have been done. So without card being used at all they have come up with such unexplained penalty. Hdfc is neither refunding nor seem to explain why is that. This is the treatment after being a classic customer. My advice better to dumo their cc and get a better one from other trustworthy bank.

                                  My self bhalodiya nirajkumar devrajbhai.
                                  I am visited hdfc bank kalawad road branch at rajkot, gujarat on 10th september at 11:30am.
                                  I am applyed application on that day.
                                  If you think i am lieing please checked cctv footage on that day.
                                  I am meet the vishal sir.
                                  And his mo +[protected].
                                  He said that i am submitted your application and courier your physical application form to chennai branch on that day.
                                  He gave me form application no cc36036537.
                                  After 3-4 days not received any kind of sms from hdfc bank track my application on hdfc bank site.
                                  It always shows no record found.
                                  Then i call vishal sir, he said me that i am already submitted your application to my senior ma'am.
                                  He advised me that you wait 3-4 days more.
                                  So, i am waited 3-4 days.
                                  After that i call ahmedabad nodal officer.
                                  He said me that your application not generated since that day. (19th september 11:00am)
                                  So, i call the vishal sir and tell him to all the things.
                                  He said me give me 5 minutes i talk to ma'am what is your application status.
                                  I said okay.
                                  After 5-minutes i received a sms.

                                  "we have received your hdfc bank cc app 18i[protected]w8. Pls type twv with passcode 501670 and sms to 5676712 to process your appln. Passcode is valid for 2 hrs"

                                  Then i realized that vishal sir and ma'am play with my emotion.

                                  Today is 20th september i checked my application status it shows no record.

                                  So i am humbly requesting you to please proceed my application.

                                    Hi,

                                    This is regarding my personal loan that i have applied.. I had an earlier existing loan going in hdfc bank. Now, i required a top up of 60000 on my existing loan. Bank had sent an executive to my place who had no knowledge of loans... He promised me that i will be charged with same interest i. E 10.99 as per ny earlier loan and emi wilk be same as tenure will be increased.. He took my signaturenon the form and now they have charged insurance money as well as high interest rate of 15.75 on my loan... I am so pissed off as nobody is listening to me. The loan manager mr. Saurabh kapoor not picking my call also his subordinate who filled my form mr nikhil gulati is also not responding my calls.

                                    Would request you please look into this matter asap.

                                      I applied for regalia first credit card but instead i received money back card.
                                      This is of no use to me. I tried calling customer care but there is no option for such thing in automated teller. Then i called grievance department but they also told me to call the same customer care.
                                      Now, i have no idea that what should i do next to get my original applied card and return the received card.
