apple ipad - cashback offer not credited after 6 months of purchase

I purchased IPAD on 13-Feb 2018 on the cash back offer on going and promoted by HDFC bank. I was to receive the cashback within 90 days of the offer availing. Till date, I have not received the cash back even after following up for last 2 months from customer care and last 4 months from the HDFC bank loan representative. I have reached and put up a complaint with customer care in Bangalore and I failed to get any feedback since last 2 months....

cheque wrongly deposited at bank branch

I had deposited cheque of rs.1 lakh into hdfc bank branch at borivali west. This cheque was to be deposited at canara bank but wrongly deposited at hdfc bank as we had account with hdfc.
As a product aggregator i had received order on behalf of home revise. I had to deposit this cheque in canara bank account of home revise but was wrongly deposited in hdfc bank.
Bank informed that i can collect a cheque with authority letter...

incorrect account charges

My salary account is with hdfc bank. I have a mutual fund associated with this bank account. But the sufficient balance was not present for a particular month on the day of sip amount deduction. I have been charged ach debit return charges of rs 590 in july 2018. I have never been informed that this would be charged due to lack of funds. What are these charges for & why are they so high?? Why should we continue with regular savings account...

I'm using hdfc credit card. I was going through credit card statement and found that without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card on 31august 2018

Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1399. Please deactivate one assist membership & refund me all the deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist mfee without customer's info....

forex transaction was declined and customer service were not helpful

I got forex card on 10th august 2018 when i was traveling to united states.
I went to bank of america and swiped card to transfer money from forex card to bank of america account. Transaction was declined and when i went and talked to custom they kept saying no issue and all looks good.

I went to HDFC one of the branch in bangalore for addition of surname in my name and the personal banker sitting there told me to submit document that was used to open the account with the old name.

But i see and understand that, documents with new name is required.
