Hi,

This is to divert your kind attention on the above mentioned subject. I have a business loan going in your bank. Due to severe business loss i am not able to pay the amount.

Your executive Leena called me on 19th of July 2018 from ([protected]) number and misbehaved. She is not doing for the first time and provoked me today to say something out of the box to her.

Then she started threatening me that i will raise a complaint against your misbehavior.

I don;t expect this from HDFC. I will lodge a case against this mentioning your bank name in police station and higher authority, the way you people harras. Not only this LEENA has sent me threatening personal text messages on my number.

Take some action against this chick or i will take an action. You people are threatening the customer, and stressing the customer, why so. Do you want that your customers kill themselves becasue of such nusance.

I need email id of concerned person to whom i can send those audios.

    Rs 472 has been withdrawn from my Debit card in narration of 'DEBIT CARD ANNUAL FEE-Jul[protected]MIR[protected]' . I have never been charged since my usage of this card for years, Why without informing me charges is being levied at once? Please credit my money ASAP. This is totally unacceptable. I have never been informed about any particular charges on this card ever.
    I called the support exec. and she said you amount will get reversed.She gave me this refid :delc[protected]. When i contacted again after 1 week, they said this complain no. does not exist. What kind of customer service you are providing?Its really hectic and waste of time for customers like us.

      Not Happy with the 4% charges levied for repayment of personal loan outstanding..My 12th Emi got over in June 2018 & as I had to arrange a sum of around 1.75 Lacs for the repayment I now come to know that after 13 months 4% extra will have to be paid for the same..As it is hdfc doesnt provide part payment option & now that after 12months its possible to close and after arraging all the funds I am getting to know about this extra charges that i have to pay..this is not expected on part of HDFC especially for a customer who is holding a credit card a salary account a home loan & also a personal loan for so many years.. my current outstanding is 1.75 Lacs but I have being asked to pay 1.84 lacs for closing the same when I have already paid an interest of Rs.28500 for 12 month now this additional 9k to be paid without any reason as I was communicated that after 12 months i can repay the loan without any extra charges...EXTREMELY MISLEADING AND MISGUIDED ON part of HDFC

        Tried to book a tatkal ticket from bangalore to sagar .. amount of rs. 770 is deducted from account but tickets are not booked.. status shows as pending from bank end in the irctc website.. neither received a message about refund from irctc or the bank..

        Have sent a mail to irctc as well but did not receive any reply from irctc or from hdfc bank .. Received a reply from irctc that the amount is not debited to irctc.. Hence its on the HDFC bank
        .

          I had requested for change of branch and my mobile number more than 10 days back. And it was told that everything will be done within 7 days and every time i ask, the answer given by the bank was it will be done today evening or tomorrow. But everyday it is a big disappointment. There is no way in the hdfc website to give customized feed backs or complaints. Debit card too is not delivered to me after making so many requests.
          I had a very good opinion about hdfc bank and now i am scared to deposit money in the bank. Very poor customer care. Bad experience . And i want people should be cautioned about this. And should be published on social networks. Totally unreliable service.

            I refer to charges which have been applied to my account by HDFC Bank, which amounts to 2800+

            I have been a customer of HDFC bank for last 2 yrs.
            I was not in the city since last 6 months so the my account was not maintained so i am requesting you to remove those charges so i can re-maintain the account.
            As per rbi bank will not charge non maintace charge in saving or sallary account so i request to you please provide reversal of charges and stopped non maintance charged. If i am not given reversal so i will give a complain in banking ombursment or rbi.

            I bought gold from 16 April 2018 from Tanshiq and there was a cashback offer of 5% max upto 4k for using hdfc Debit card.

            Why no cashback till date?

            I am a prime banker.
            There is no support emailID, phone no from HDFC . There is no way to reach out.

            I will remove my salary account from HDFC bank. Its frustrating.
            This is pancham Narayan and i've ordered mobile phone from flipkart and i've returned it back and the refund is initiated from flipkart, but i didn't get my refund into my account. I paid through hdfc credit card.
            They sent a refund reference number but i couldn't contact the customer care. Please get the complaint resolved as soon as possible.

                Respected Sir,
                After my 4.8 years of service in HDFC Bank (as Relationship Manager, Agriculture loan), I had resigned from my job on 04/06/2018 which was informed to my both supervisors (Cluster head & Regional Head) in well advance almost 20 days prior my formal resignation so that they not get any sudden shock.
                After resignation, immediately I had requested my both supervisors and HR to arrange for my early releasing, considering my career and family matter and accordingly I had also completed my any pending works as directed by line manager within limited period of time.
                I had already informed to all of them at very 1st day of my resignation that to pursue an another career (other than banking) I won't be able to serve 90 days notice period and communicated with all of them through mail, whatsapp, mobile to arrange for my early releasing and I had served my notice periods for 40 days and I had already 30 days PL leave pending in system and for rest 20 days I had proposed for payback.
                In last 3 years, I had got contineously T2 rating for my performance and in my total work tenor I have not contributed any NPA/LNPA account to my portfolio. Moreover during notice period, I had worked in second saturday, sunday, eid holiday also to done maximum work before my leaving as per my supervisor's instruction. My supervisor never told me that I have to mandatorily serve 90 days notice period and it is not also as per Bank HR policy. After all work done and already give commitment to my newly joining organisation, at last moment both my supervisors & line HR said me that they can't release me and they rejecting my phone calls not reverted my official mails. Sir, as I had completed my all works, not a single bad a/c I had contributed in my work tenor so as per my personal interest to pursue an other career I tried my best to co-ordinate with my supervisors & line hr but the worst part is that they ignore all these like anything. I have all my mail communications with me to justify my right to release me from HDFC Bank after serving 40 days notice period and rest adjustment as per Bank HR policy.
                Atlast, after not getting any resolution from any of my supervisors upto the last moment and to save my career I had informed all of them in advance through official mail that I won't be able to continue my job with HDFC bank from 13/07/18 and on 16/07/2018, I had joined in my new organisation as per my commitment.
                Sir, I tried my best to co-ordinate with my every supervisor and gave my best to the organisation and done every work properly and do informed everything them through official mail. Now after pre-informing all about my final day of working (13/07/2018) now both my supervisors and line HR asked me to join again in bank and warned me for strict action against me and said me that they will abscond me from their system and not give me releasing from bank.
                Sir, still I am not able understand what is my fault ? Is this a reward for a employee who dedicatedly served for the bank for almost last 5 years ? Is it my fault that I had choose an other career option? Is it my fault that I am able to serve only 40 days notice period to grab an career opportunity as per my personal interest and I asked them for waiver ? Or is it my fault that I had not withdraw my resignation ?

                Issue still not resolved and no revert from HDFC Bank yet.
                I faced the same thing two minutes ago. He harassed me and my parents just because I rejected to join because I am not an adult yet. He even said that he has put a red stamp on my legal documents (aadhar card, ICSE ISC marksheets). Please look into this matter.

                    I had applied for hdfc credit card& submitted all the required documents and information for application form.

                    After a day or two received multiple sms and calls regarding cc processing, one of those sms was this :
                    "dear applicant your hdfc bank credit card app ref no [protected]PH is approved in principle subject to internal checks"

                    After that received telephonic verification calls & physical verification at office & residential address.

                    But yesterday i received mail from bank that they are incapable to process my application without specifying any reason. Following is the mail:
                    "
                    Dear sir/madam,
                    Subject : your credit card application reference no. [protected]PH
                    Thank you for your interest in hdfc bank credit card.

                    We wish to inform you that your application has been considered in line with the bank's internal credit policy (Which is based on a combination of financial and related criteria and/or statistically determined scores to assess credit eligibility) and operating/credit processes (Which include a combination of verifications, credit bureau reports and document verifications). We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your application as it does not meet the above mentioned internal criteria of the bank.

                    Please be assured that our inability to approve the credit card application does not reflect in anyway on your credit standing or your financial stability."

                    It is really disappointing that after collecting all the docs and verifications still not giving the reason. This also makes feel insecure about our document to be miss used like pan card, aadhar card, bank statements, Income Tax returns and compensation of income as all these are private properties.

                    So hoping to get some resolution i am posting it here.

                        We the customer of HDFC Bank Purnea Bihar Branch are facing lot of difficulties in depositing and withdrawing the cash. As there is only two counters- one each for Male and Female. We have to stand in queue for hours and hours for that. Please find some way to increase the counters. Its not only complaine of only one but I hear from many while standing in queue. Hope for positive response. Thanks.

                          Hi Team,

                          I had purchased a pixel 2 xl smartphone with my hdfc credit card on april 16, 2018. I was eligible for a cashback of 10000 rs/- which was due to be credited within 90 days of purchase. It has not been processed so far.
                          If you cannot comply with own terms and conditions why fool the customers.

                          Kindly resolve this at the earliest.

                          Iam a HDFC bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited RS 1899/-from my credit card number ending with 1467withot my concern... I am not intrested about this services and dont want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and and refund this debited amoumt of RS.1899/- from sanjay kumar anchliya

                            I am HDFC CREDIT CARD Holder, even I having salary Account in hdfc.

                            I got call from collection Department agent name RAHUL, , he was calling me continuously for remaining dues which was rs, 210/- only.

                            Even this amount is added in next bill due.
                            Then also he was calling continuously.
                            From mobile number was :[protected]
                            And also from landline :[protected] but no one this giving response.
                            Call Quality department have to check it.

                            I want strict action on such agent's. I want mail that what action you taken against such agent's.

                            This people are harresing HDFC, s customer, S very bad.

                            I will share this experience with my friends also on social media, as well as I having record of calls history. How much time he called me.

                            Very disappointed.

                            I was thinking HDFC is best in CREDIT Service But I was wrong.
                            If I have not paid rs 210/- for single month, I am fed up with collection calls .

                            What will happen if I will not pay any dues, , god knows..

                            Its like suicide. If your applied for HDFC CREDIT CARD.

                            Apply it on own risk.

                                I Humera khot had registered a compaint against hdfc for job offer as i last i had paid 258000 which still is not yet refunded now since on th mr maish agrawal who contacted asked me to pay amount for GST for which i have done the payt on 12th july but still today there is no call from hdfc bank as i am trying on mr manish number his mobile is ringing but he is not picking my phone my agent mr sanjay thakur also has swithced off his mobile no since i am calling on his 2 different numbers [protected]/[protected]. now i am helpless since i jobless and from whom i had borrowed the money is torturing me please its a request call me or refund my money back .

                                I Humera khot hsd registered a complian against shine.com on 3rd july wherein on 5th july MR Manish agrawal had called me and told that i need to pay 22k for gst wherein i managed to pay him 19900 and then told me he wll call me for job in hdfc my agent mr rajeev is not available now mr sanjay thakur me stating that i need to pay for gst then only i will get the job opportunity.Now siine i have paid gst money nor sanjay thakur is responding nor manish agrawal .I last spkoke with manish on 13th july wherein he told me is calling on the same day after that there is no response his contact no is [protected] and sanjay thakur number is [protected] and this person does not know which branch mr manish agrawal sits in mumbai . I am in lots of problem wherein manish agrawal is aware of the same. Please call bck as soon as possible

If any such entity fraudulently representing HDFC Bank approaches you, please refrain from responding to them and do not pay any fee / charges / payment to them. HDFC Bank will not accept any liability for the actions of candidates on spoofed mails / communication. You are requested to immediately lodge a police complaint against the said person for cheating.

                                I applied cradit card before 15 days but I didn't got my card till now . I'm try to contact customer care but they didn't talk me. Then Is there any one who tell me about my card status.

                                      still waiting.
                                      118Rs were deducted from my bank account. The statement inquiry describes as ADHOC STMT CHGS I have not taken any manual statement from bank.please check this unauthorized charges
                                      Without any information HDFC bank deduct my 590 rupees as per ACH Debit return charges may I know why that amount will be deducted from my account just in one days just refund my total balance which have to deductted by HDFC bank
                                      The behaviour of manager of sadhu vaswani chowk was very rude and not professional at all ...I closed my account with the bank...it is the worst bank with worst manager
                                      Money got deducted automatically--- rs 1000 ... i did not opt any services..
