You are entitled for a refund of 699/- for the current year because as per the policy the complaint should have been registered within 30 days after deduction whereas in your case it was 75 days. Your refund will get credited in your account within 5 to 7 working days. We cannot initiate the refund for the previous years as per our conditions. Apologies!
