Till now it's not updated in my bureau reports.

HDFC trains its collection executives to fool customers and then their customer relationship officers lie to cover it up. Customer's money is not for looting. HDFC should be ashamed to indulge in all kinds of fraud. Unlike other banks, HDFC does not publish the contact details of its grievance redressal cell and nodal officers. unauthorized mobile bill payment

I want to close my jumbo loan.

Hi I am going calling customer care hdfc, they are least bothered to lift the call.I want to close my jumbo loan.This is so ridiculous, HDFC bank customer Mallesh is least bothered to call me or lift my calls, as his purpose is done of giving loans .

Emi date is 15th of every month and they debited before 5th and charged me 500 extra charges on next month payment.

DEAR CARDMEMBER, PAYMENT OF Rs. 5438.66 RECEIVED TOWARDS YOUR CREDIT CARD ENDING 0123 THROUGH Autopay ON 4-7-2018.

My account was debited with the amount of 5438.66 as an auto pay for the cc payment card ending with number 0123 which is not mine. Auto pay option should be authorized by the owner of the account.

negative balance in my account

I was a user of hdfc salary account till 2017 jan but afterwards i joined another company as well another bank salary account but now hdfc salary account is not in use and when i was about to close the account, then there negative amount and that is totally unfair because i've not used that account in a long time and i am not able to pay such amount.

I never declined to make the payments and the delay in the payment was due to have no job for past 6-8 months. fraud commitments by hdfc agent
