I had applied personal loan for the amount of 100000, however i had submitted all requested documents. Still i have not received any call from verification team.
I had check with the concern person he is not responding on the same.

as .ach Debit return charge on 7 July, 2018. It hsa been cut twice first as Rs. 539
and another Rs. 51
I even didnot notify by sms, email. here with I enclosed the screen shot that transaction.

    Please return back/ waived off annual maintenance charges levied in my credit card ending xxxx xxxx 4927, as at the time of issue credit card, a hdfc sales representative ensure me that this is life time free card for me and no any charges i have to bear., but still bank has charged me annual maintenance fee of rs. 1180 (Rs.1000+18% gst) which is totally unauthorized, for sales promotion whatever commitment given by bank sales executive and at last customer has to suffer. So please either close/cancel my card or refund me waived of annual membership fee.

      My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account as hdfc option was not available. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me). Lots of my money deducted from my account because of this reason.

      On 19/07/2018 i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account. They are saying i have rs -6600 in my account and they will arrange call from bank but still i didn't received the call.

      I visited the bank as well but they are not listening and forcing to pay the money to close the account. There behavior with me on this request is worst.

      I request you to please take action against this bank.. They have no right to do whatever they want without informing the customer.

        Sir i have hdfc credit card since many years. From starting i paid credit card bill by "auto pay mode".in last month your bank deducted only minimum amount rs.500.00 and put the finance charge rs.887.23 on 22 jul 2018 on me which is wrong. That is not my fault. I have maintain sufficient bank balance. You should deducted total credit card bill amount. I never choose for minimum bill amount. Therefore this is my humble request please reverse or waive off this charge.

          Unauthorized transactions done by using my credit card for which i am not at all responsible. This has happened the second time with me. As spoken with your customer care executive my card has been blocked with immediate effect for security reason but for issuing new credit cards primary as well as ad on i am asked to pay charges which is totally injustice. As i have been very good in making purchases & also paying them very regularly i request you to issue me new credit cards without any kind of charges levied on me.             It's has been 3 months since this issue started. I have called customer service severals times and recently i received an email from anushree. [protected]@hdfcbank.com with some case number i suppose
            Banc[protected].in short the email says that it is due to the telephone service provider.

            1. I have onshore accounts for which i receive otps on this very same number.
            2. I still receive transaction messages each time the card is used.

            I am really unhappy in the way this issue is being handled so far and therefore resorting to this forum. If this still doesn't get sorted, the only option left is to reach out to ombudsman.

            I sincerely request hdfc to take customer service a bit more serious and help me out.

            Note: i have already tried to switch sim to other mobiles and so on; basic common sense troubleshooting is already done.

I requested to customer care to block my account but nobody didn't take any action. Now salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me). I logged into my account for some reason and i see that i have rs -2743/- in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer.

                This is Manjunatha U, i have account in HDFC bank, I was using HDFC credit card my card number is [protected], due to irregular payment my card was blocked permanently and card expired May 2016, i use to get so many calls and my SB account went to minus so I paid complete amount in 2017. but still i am getting bills and additional charges from HDFC bank I went to branch office but no responded they told me to call customer care. I called customer care many times and they didn't give any replay many times they disconnected my call.
                Please give solution for this.

                  My company had opened a salary account in hdfc bank on february but due to some accounts problem company did not able to credit salary directly in my account but from june onward company started crediting salary directly in my account but bank had charged amb charge of rs 2121/-. When company had submitted letter to bank they had only waived of rs. 1198/- and when i ask them about the balance amount they are telling we are looking into it and soon it will be resolved but till date the matter is unsolved.

                        I have applied for home loan on last year feb 2017 and debited 8740 rs for processing fees on 14th feb 2017 via cheque. They promised they would exempt the processing fees whether loan processed or not but after that loan not processed and i am still waiting for refund of processing fees. I have waited almost 1 year and 5 months. No one responding from the bank.

                        This month, bank paid back 5200 rs only what about the remaining money?

                        This is not fair and if a customer has to pay any pendings they are forced to pay with the penalty. But this applicant is waiting for such a long time so now bank has to pay him with the interest.

                                I applied for hdfc credit card but it is showing disapproved. I have wasted 10 - 15 days in this process but now it is showing this status. Even i had submitted all the documents required for the same. Can you check an let me know that why it is showing this.

                                  Hi. I have a salary account with hdfc for last 12 years. Last thursday i tried to withdraw amount from my account but it was saying insufficient funds. I was shocked to see this msg as i am already running short with month end and when i checked my balance on netbanking, it shows only 237 rs where as actual balance was. Around 5k.

                                  Don't your bank have any rules or regulations. Is it not under rbi guidelines that you have to follow. On top of that when i called customer care, the lady exei was so rude and unprofessional that without resolving my query she disconnected the call. I dnt have a single penny now and feeling so awkward in this situation which has never happened. Inspire of doing kyc now i came to know details are not updated.

                                  Another important thing to be noted as i mentioned earlier is that noessages no information has been sent. No phone calls or discussed anything. When i tried to explain this to the executive she was shouting on me and not listening anything. Is this the customer service that hdfc gives to customer and we get all non sense calls that too you have been given a banking officer good knows for what reason then.

                                  The card was called and informed to be cancelled. If you bank are leying unnecessary charges and are calling as per your convenience and not with me he aim to resolve the issue i am sure and no wonder people must be paying their hard earned money unnecessarily to you guys because you are interested in taking huge amount from customer which are not even ethical.

                                  Can some one please tell me the process for your recovery as in how many years your guys would call that to every time different executive, then explain the situation again, what happened, then he/she will say i will check and call back and then they will disappear.

                                  I have my commitment s and i would like to know about thus so unethical process of so called reputed bank.

                                  Kindly get this sorted asap as i don't want this to effect my other commitments.

                                  I am expecting to get this closed at the earliest with the right and ethical solution with better customer service.

                                  I am regretting and wondering if a 12 yr customer can get this kind of behavior what a new customer will get. I will make sure not to recommed hdfc to any one and i will also close all possible things with hdfc. Pathetic customer service and hello lot of nusiance i am facing.

                                  Hope this will be addressed immediately.

                                    I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 7770 without my concern on date:21/07/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/- as soon as possible

                                      Hi one assist team,

                                      I received an sms from hdfc bank that i have been registered to one assist plan on 22/07/18 (My credit card 4893 * *0929).
                                      I have already sent an sms "stop oa" immediately to the mobile number [protected] to stop the membership.
                                      Please take the necessary action asap and cancel my membership from one assist, and refund if money is deducted, otherwise i will have to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.

                                      From next time don't register me in any membership without my permission.

                                        I have an existing account with hdfc. Account no. Is [protected]. My husband deposited 1500 rs on 13.07.2018. I did not get the money. My husband's account details shows that the amount has been debited. He contacted his bank and his bank said that the payment was cancelled by hdfc. They have provided a transaction reference number[protected]. It was an imps done via mobile banking app.
