We are visit our branch for opening a new accout but our bank staff is not attanded properly we are waiting more than 1 hrs but ur bank staff is busy in his personsal ph or intefair in others staff work but not attend to us which is uneexpected. And staff asured that his name is mr halder and he also provide the employee code and say raise complain but bank cant take any step against him. So plz confirmed that it is your bank atmosphere....

unauthorized transactions from debit card while it is still in my possession.

Debit card is in my possession and still 25000 got debited from my salary account on July 03 2018 at around 03:00 am, from an ATM in Delhi while I was in Gurgaon at my home.
It happened in 3 transactions of 10000, 10000 and 5000 rupees.
I had never shared my account or card details with anyone, and never gave someone else possession of my debit card....

hdfc fastag website worst!!!

Everytime i try to login for recharge, i find problems either in login page or fasttag portal. Hdfc top bank in indian provides such an useless website when crores of money involve.

Eventhough many people have complained about this no proper action is taken.

I had applied for HDFC diners credit card but received HDFC regalia first credit card. I have made compliants and escalation but no response received for the same. The amount of rs. 1399.00 was debited to one assist service provider... Any confirmation message like otp or if any, are not sent to me... How can debit amount from my account to service provider one assist, bye pass the my opinion... I loss rs. 1399.00 due to fraud transaction... So please resolve and refund the amount of rs. 1399 to my account. This is first fraud transaction since one year. So please response the refund amount....

There is no proper contact numbers for credit card issues related to complaint about my issue.

I saw that credit card was issued in 21/mar/2006, but neither received and nor used the credit card, but it was updating into cibil that i have not paid the amount.

In cibil, it appears balance amount and sanctioned amount was same....

Without any otp sent to my registered mobile... The amount of rs. 1399 was debited to my hdfc credit card account. How to debit my amount without my confirmation towards otp or if any... At what basis you accept these type of transactions... I loss an amount of rs. 1399.00 due to your lack o[censored]nderstanding of fraud transaction... Cancellation of one assist membership i am a hdfc bank credit card holder. Today i got a sms that "thanks for choosing one assist plan.. Plan fee will be debited in your card statement... The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 4047 without my concern on date:02/07/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount...

I have a personal loan with HDFC and is running from last 7 months.
Few days back I have applied for top up loan for my personal reasons.
The loan amount of 529058 is approved and they called me for confirmation then I asked them to wait for 2 days time for my confirmation regrading my deision to take loan or not..The next day itself the loan amount of 529058 is credited to my account without intimating me and without taking...

amount to be debited on one-assist membership

Hi team,

This is related previous complaint id for reference as followed : 1975071.

I just want to cancelling the one-assist membership. I have already complained twice on the same. Then also there is no response on that even i have updated my registered phone number as well through mail to [protected]@oneassist.in. Amount of 2999 has been deducted from my account.
