My hdfc bank customer id is 4747234, my name is hariprasad k v, i have 3 account with hdfc bank, 2 account n mumbai and one in kerala-palakkad, 2 years back i shifted permanantly to my home town palakkad from mumbai.so i thought close one account there at mumbai.so i went to palkkad branch and filled form and submited there on march last 2015, but there is no action taken after 1 month also, then again went there and asked about them, they told me they lost my form so i need to fll again, again i filled all ths form.this is my 3 in 1 account.i have to fill different form to close my demat and trading account.so filled that also.but again they dont take any action.then again i went there on may also again filled some other form but still no result yet, at my first visit on march they told me account will close within 15 days so transfer all the amount from this account to other account.i done this thing also, but the next day from i received daily emails and sms to me for warning me not maintaining minimum balance in account and also they deducted 830 each last 2 quartes and my account balance is now -3000 rs.i complained 4 times on customer service and talk to branch manager and all othetr employees in palakkad branch.still not taken any action yet.please give me needfull help .i lost money time and mental pressure.my account details given below
