I have applied for hdfc fastag sticker on 28th aug-19, reference number hfr222328. Still i have not received the sticker. I tried calling the customer care number [protected] multiple times but no response. I'm a preferred hdfc customer and this is the first time i'm facing very bad experience with hdfc bank. Kindly request to look into this.

I have paid inr 500 from my hdfc account thorough online and inr 200 has been recharged. Below is the email i received from hdfc fastag

Dear customer,
Your fastag has been successfully recharged for rs. 200 on 8/28/2019 7:42:17 pm. Our reference number for the transaction is[protected]. Balance amount in the account is rs. 200.00 - hdfc bank ltd.

The address is same, the courier guy told he will come the next day but he didn't come. I have no clue about the courier so I just ignored. Can you please resend the courier to the same address again. I have sent my address details to this email id fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com
I have applied for hdfc fastag sticker on 6th Decembee19, reference number hfr923432. Still i have not received the sticker. I tried calling the customer care number multiple times but no response. I'm a preferred hdfc customer and this is the first time i'm facing very bad experience with hdfc bank. Kindly request to look into this.

I have paid inr 500 from my hdfc account thorough online. It's already been a week.

    I performed the imps transaction on 9th september for amount rs. 9900, from my hdfc savings account to other bank account via hdfc mobile banking app.

    I received transaction timed-out message on my registered mobile, however the amount was deducted from my account and was not received by the beneficiary as well.

    Please check and let me know if this amount will be refunded or will reach the beneficiary. Please let me know the status.

      It's almost 22 days have passed from the date of my application for fastag. The application was made through your bank branch, but still i am waiting for the same..
      At the time of application it was confirmed by your representative that i would get the fastag within 7 days, but i am still waiting for the same.
      I have written three/four mails to 1pay, your customer care and your branch manager but in vein and still i am waiting for the response

      Please don't make false commitment to your customers, and try to maintain your standard of service.

        Average Monthly Balance is calculated out at the end of the month. This is the average of the closing credit balance in the Account at the end of each day during the calendar month (i.e. a total of the daily closing credit balance divided by the total number of days during the month). In case this average is less than the minimum prescribed for your account, the charges for non-maintenance will be levied at the beginning of the following month along with the GST at the applicable rates.

          Hi team,

          Finance charge has been deducted rs.833.61 on aug 14th.

          For that i have dropped many mail to reverse or give emi option but they denied to refund and refused to give emi option.

          And late fee has been deducted rs.800 on sep 6th.
          Then overlimit fee has been deducted rs.500 on sep 7th.
          All charges deducted with gst.

          Totally rs. 2133 + gst.

          Note: in the beginning, they given the emi option for 19, 000 and i paid without any due for all amount in given time. After that i used to buy something in thought of emi option. That time they said that emi is not available in my card. So, i used to pay only minimum due because of my financial issue. At the same time they had been charging the same finance charges & overlimit fine also. But they have refunded the same which i requested. Now they refusing to refund and asking to pay full amount 24k. And deducting charges heavily. My salary is 16k. How can i pay full amount in heavy interest rate with them. I'm a old customer, i have adviced many friends to get credit card because of service was good. Now it's totally disappointing ☹️. Even i'm raising the complaint means, they will come with terms and conditions. I need solution.

          I need my money back or positive value in my card. I'm going to close this hdfc credit card service with settling 24k. I don't want to pay for these services provider. Check my credit card transactions. I have done many more. But they are not ready to offering the emi option for whole amount or partial amount. Only deducting the charges. I'm not supposed to pay these charges. I want to close the credit card immediately with settling once deducted money given back or card should be in positive. Now it's showing rs.-1312 (Negative). And i will share my feedback to all my friends circle about this service.

          Needs:
          1. Emi option for 23k.
          2. Refund of rs.2133
          3. Or else positive amount should be reflect in credit card to settle and close my hdfc credit card.

            Hi,

            I have noticed that my credit card has been used for unauthorized, illegal transaction on 08/09/2019 for withdrawing cash of RS. 20000. I have attached the screenshot of the SMS I have received and I have also raised a complaint with phone banking for the same and the complaint reference no. Is [protected].

            I have also sent them the mail with all the details, including the dispute form provided by their bank to cc.[protected]@hdfcbank.com

            But there is no response from HDFC Bank regards this. They are not giving any proper guidance to resolve this.

            I request you to look into the case and let me know the status of the same asap.

              Most of the customers already complaint about "mandate referenceno".
              Why the problem is arising again and again. It is giving panic to me.

              Today, i got the message from ax-hdfcbk as below,

              "mandate reference no:hdfc20192.. Issued to lic housing finance ltd with value rs.35000.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing."

              Please help me to resolve this.

              three years ago hdfc bank manager abohar has two years 24 insalments on my credit total pending payment 90, 000, near about 4750/- month, i have transferd all insalments of my credit card, but now credit card payment is outstanding and my hdfc bank saving account has gone to negtive balace, please solve my problem quickly, thanks

                I have done 2 transactions.

                1. Irctc : i booked the ticket but later i cancelled the ticket & got a message from hdfc bank that my account is reversed/credited with the amount, but it is not reflecting in my bank account.

                2. Makemytrip (Amazon pay payment mode): i have booked and cancelled a hotel, for this also i got the reversal message but the amount is not credited back.

                  I am trying to login on fastag.hdfc.com but not able to login.
                  i got the message the day i got my fastag with my new car but i have tried to open with using my customer id and wallet but it is showing no records available for this customer id .
                  i don't know how the car dealer recharged this account let me know this card is valid or not so i can apply some other bank or paytm.
                  it is waste to use from hdfcbank

                  But i am not able to reset password and not able to login

                      I held a credit card bearing number [protected] with HDFC and closed/settled the credit card. I did not receive the settlement letter and need one now.

                        This is complaint against advocate amit kumar, who have send a letter on behalf of hdfc bank, at my home town where i am not leaving,
                        My loan account number is 4414865, i paid all emi on timely manner, but i missed two emi, after that i am regular,
                        His letter stated that i have to pay full outstanding amount within a week,
                        He stated me as a defaulter,
                        His letter didn't mention where to deposit and how to deposit, wat are the process to clear outstanding balance,

                          Sir,
                          I had a credit card from hdfc no [protected]. Again that card i some health insurance was attached without my concern. Even i had given written mail to the concern for cancellation nad they had done the policy cancel but the amount had been mounting up since 2013 and regularly yearly basis send letter for settlement. I visited the hdfc bank malda regarding this but the executive who handled this department was not at all helpful. Least interested in helping me out.
                          As not having any transaction done thru credit card when how i'm going to pay such a huge amount which they are claiming now.
                          I am having all the soft copies mail printed out which can be produced for inspection along with the statement
                          Kindly look into this with high priority.

                            Hi,

                            I have had a super annoying and non responsive communication from hdfc helpline as well as relationship manager named "mayur".

                            Firstly, my credit card was blocked without any intimation and post that i have been trying to re-apply or ask for help from both the helpline and my relationship manager but in last 2 weeks i got absolutely no help.

                            If you try to open new account or cards then they are super helpful, they will even send representatives to your house, but in case you need help with existing stuff the team is absolutely helpless and annoying.

                            On top of that, i have always got this response that we will call you back but i received no calls.

                            With this experience, i am planning to shut down my hdfc accounts and rather switch to the banks who pay heed to their customers.

                            The problem is just not with the new card, its also about the existing card. I have used this link already but its of no use as the caller has no idea regarding NRI customers!!!.

                            Also, the relationship manager has been made aware through mails but there has not been any response. I have availed loans, cards both debut and credit for about 5 years now therefore the above response does not help as I have tried the same. So, providing the link above does not solve any purpose. Would be great if you can help with changing the relationship manager.

                              Hello team,

                              While was applying for commercial loan in hdfc bank. Executive told us we will approve 24 lac loan as per calculation they decided i trust them and we start processing they taken 15000 rs cheque from us and after doing some process and taken 2 month time period they said we can sanction only 15 lac loan they cheated us as there commitment and sanction amount was very huge difference. They have all documents updated always and while refund they have just refunded 8000 rs to us

                              They have wasted our 2 month time and tell us dont process with other bank we assure you to sanction your loan as 24 lac and sudden another day they said officer not sanctioning the said amount

                              They do harassment us by taking 2 months and not responding properly, and taken our money and not giving loan also as they promise 1 lac or 2-3 lac difference in sanction amount is acceptable but there is 10 lac huge difference.

                              We did not get loan and 2 month hurrasment with 7000 rs loss of money we want our all money refund now

                              Please help us i have all officers name who behave badly and given wrong commitment.

                                I had applied for my debit card on 27th august and it has been 10 working days and i have not received my debit card yet, my online transactions are on hold because of this delay. I have received my ipin on 3rd september. The customer care number is useless, i want a human being to speak not machine. Kindly acknowledge my situation. Thank you for your time and consideration.

                                  I want the refund. Without any notification. Any clarification hdfc bank decided to put fund on reserve conveniently, also i can see some monthly decision of 5₹. I can’t understand why. This was my salary account. It is supposed to be a zero balance account.
                                  Hdfc bank has never done this. My account was a salary account back 2 years a ago. After that i use it to make normal transfers. I thought of keeping this account active as hdfc service is good. However in these years my account had zero balance in number of occasions but they never charged or put the fund in any kind of reserve.
                                  I am really upset.
                                  I tried reaching hdfc on customer care
                                  It not helping.
                                  I think these fund reserve plan of hdfc is unfair option for hdfc bank to generate revenue from their customers.

                                    This incident happened on 31st aug 2019.. Hdfc collections representative called and asked for the payment. I told them it will take time to process the payment as there was network issue.. A month before i was not able to make the payment as i lost my job. When i didn't made the payment on 31st aug they harassed my dad. Called my dad about the payment. I called that agent and requested not to call on any number. He said mam apka number not reachable tha to hume kisi na kisi ko contact krna hoga. I told them i will make the min. Payment just give me some time, there is a network problem. So, next day 1st sept that agent again called my dad and i requested to delet that number but they keep on calling on that number and harassing me saying i[censored] will not pay we will call your dad, we will send a person at your place. I already explained the situation and they agreed that they are not going to call on any number apart from my number but still they keep on following the same practise and keep on harassing. Still they called my dad 5th sep. I always answer there ph calls but still they are harassing me like hell. This harassment can lead to any majore action. Please help me and i also requested to convert balance amount into installments but they are nt helping me out and deneyed rudely for the same. I need a resolution and help. Today also they were harassing me saying payment nhi kroge we will call ur dad. Ph no - [protected]

                                      1. Loan disbursed rs 1125000 for 216 months emi as on 23 rd august 2017.
                                      2. As on 8th september 2019, still pending 214 months emi after paid all the emi's and after got home loan subsidy rs 2.49 l
                                      3. While interest go up bank charged extra and increase the tenure but while interest gone down bank not charged low and not decrease the tenure.
                                      4. Not provide the proper transferant statement according to tenure.
                                      Last but not the least ever i will release from this home loan b4 die?

                                        I'm not interested in your one assist membership and don't deduct any fee/charges for this membership... Otherwise i'm activating my credit card ending with 7112... I have received the hdfc credit card at 07/09/2019... And don't want to activate one assist service... And also hdfc bank persons and there related attached policy's person are irritated me for continue calling... Please deactivate my one assist membership
