But it was parked in trust Account. so i can't view my pf passbook through online. i've Some money requirement thats why i need to withdraw my pf money.         Hi team,

        I had a salary account in hdfc bank few years ago. I switched company and my new company opened salary account in axis. I had also hdfc credit card still i am using it. But they charged approximately 8k as some average non maintenance charges.

        Now again i changed to new company so i am decided to use hdfc bank as my salary account because of its good fame in the market.

        So i went to home branch (Itpl park) to speak with the manager regading this. I told him i am unable to pay that much huge amount because of my financial issues then he agree he will give 50% wave off and other amount he ask me to pay immediately. I have paid then and there only and i wrote request letter also but still that negative amount is reflecting in my account not waved off.

        Now i am not ready to pay remaining amount and whatever amount i paid i want that amount also need to be refund. I will also close hdfc account and will change my salary account to other bank.

        Please help me to solve these issue to be solved asap.

        Note : bank people are giving wave off crores of crores for top most persons i dont want to mention that and for poor people charging unnecessary charges.8k matters and its very huge amount for middle class and lower middle class family.

          On november 6, 2018, i had booked a single room for ms. Swayampurna mishra, she was travelling to doha (For a trip organized by lonely planet magazine india, a times of india group of publication) at holiday inn express, terminal 3 for november 13, 2018, for which she got a confirmation, that the room was available and i had given my credit card details and amount of rs.5900 was deducted.

          Also on november 6, 2018, i tried to book a room at holiday inn express, terminal 3 for swayampurna mishra for november 19, 2018, (Return from doha, she had to take a 8.30 am connecting flight from delhi to raipur) but ms. Mishra got an email from [protected]@hiexdelhiairport.com saying that, they cannot give her a room, since she is taking a flight from terminal. I called the holiday inn express the very next day, and asked why ms. Mishra was not given a room, i was told there was no room available for november 19, 2018 and also she boarding the flight from terminal 2 and not terminal3.

          Yesterday around 9.30 pm, i get a message from hdfc that rs.6399.98 has been deducted from my credit card by holiday inn express. Since there was no confirmation of room for november 19, 2018, i want know why my card was swiped.

          I spoke to holiday inn express yesterday, they said there was a confirmation for november 19, 2018, ms. Mishra got no email confirming the availability of room at holiday inn express.in fact she spent the night of november 19, 2018, at the airport lounge.

          I had to block my hdfc credit card. This is a clear cheating and misuse of my credit card by holiday inn express. I dispute this transaction.

          Today i get a email from cc. [protected]@hdfcbank.com (Query reference number: [protected]), that i have to deal directly with the merchant and get credit/refund note from them. When my credit card is blocked, how am i to get the credit note? Also if i have to fight for misuse of my credit card, then what is point of having hdfc credit card dispute section.

            A certain lady called from [protected] regarding issuance of new credit card. She asked my age, income and dropped phone on my face, in such a way that gave me a feeling "you are not that good enough!" i called her back and requested to check her behaviour. She shouted on me asked me to keep the phone. Truecaller search found the name of 'ranjit da.'

            Who are those people calling from personal numbers? Frauds? Or did you appoint agents as such.

            If so, please retrain that person.

            I am your so called, 'preferred customer, ' maintaining an entire 'green record' with you. This much cooperation i may expect from you.

                Hi, this is pavan, i had a hdfc credit card till last year. My card was hacked and misused from abroad and spent 20k with that on dec5th 2017. On the same day, i called customer care and blocked the card and raised a dispute about it. They said they will take care of it.
                But they did not do anything and adding interest to it and finally added to my cibil. I have all the complaint number and emails with me. But they are not doing anything on this. Please remove hdfc issues from my cibil.

                    I am heera jagadish singh an ex employee of hdfc bank ltd. I was been given my credit cards to your employee mrs. Deepa chandrika who is presently working as a personal banker in hdfc bank ltd at kondapur location, hyderabad, telangana state. The limits used by mrs. Deepa chandrika was sbi credit card 2, 00, 000rs, hdfc credit card 25000rs and axis credit card 75000rs. Total 3 lakhs of my limit is being used by her and her husband by giving me false reasons. She is not at all paying my credits after using the limits. Where as collections team coming to my home and doing harassment’s then she updated mobile number and address of her husband in all the three credits cards by doing forgery of my signature. She know my customer id as 43813257. By using my customer id in flexcube she done forgery of signature. Later her husband was absconded from home and came after 18 days then she said she will again update her contact number and address in hdfc credit card to avoid collection team harassment.

                    I given complaint to hdfc bank managing director on this. Later what happened i don’t know. She and her husband started doing blackmail to me by saying to withdraw the complaint else mrs. Deepa chandrika would attempt for suicide. Because of this fear i withdrawn the complaint. Two months completed again she is doing fraud by not paying credit cards. I visited hdfc bank ltd at kondapur location to meet branch manager mr. Venkat kalyan. Branch manager is also supporting to his staff mrs. Deepa chandrika as she is completing her revenue as branch manager is fully dependent on her as she is completing the branch target.

                    Mrs. Deepa chandrika is one of the talented person who knows how to do fraud. She changed her home 3 times in past 6 months. She stayed in a flat for 4 months she did not paid rent again she shifted one more home stayed there again for two months with out paying rent. Recently she changed one more home from past 1 month till now she did not paid rent for that owner. I don’t know again where she goes also.

                    When i ask them to give their address they did not given me at last with the support of credit card collections team i got their address. I spoked to branch manager of hdfc bank ltd mr venkat kalyan more than 5 times about the fraud done by mrs. Deepa chandrika. He did not taken any action on her. I think he is encouraging her that’s why she is fearless when i was giving complaint to branch manager in hdfc bank ltd at kondapur location.

                    She and her husband mr. Rahul who worked early in hdfc life insurance are one of the biggest fraud persons in india. Most of the credit card collections team are complained to me on them as they are fraud they will not pay credit cards. They are paying their own credits cards & loans instead of paying my credit cards.

                    I can write a 100 pages of book how much fraud they have done to me.in future also after if she lefts hdfc bank how many customers and non customers will come to hdfc bank by stating that mrs. Deepa chandrika who borrowed money from them and did not paid it.

                    My only suggestion is to terminate the fraud employees it will be good lesson where she and her husband will not do any fraud to anyone in future. Bank means trust by seeing such employees i am loosing trust in bank. Why hdfc bank is still keeping fraud employees in organization.

                    When ever they are angry they say i will not pay your credit cards what ever you want to do you can do to whom you want to complaint you can complain no one can do anything to me.

                    Please terminate her and ensure she does not get any employment in any organization else hdfc bank ltd will looses its reputation in future because of this fraud employees.

                    I visited to police station also more than 4 times including cyberabad police in hyderabad. They suggested me to file a case in civil court.

                    She and her husband continuously depositing cheque’s for doing credit card payments as it was been bounced as not sufficient balance.

                    The below are my credits cards still it is with them only. They are not giving my credits cards i have blocked them by calling to customer care numbers.

                    Axis credit card-[protected].

                    Please take strict action on these employee and publish it so that no employee will do any fraud in future.

                        I have opened salary account with hdfc during 2011, i gave changed job by 2014 and continue with different account. Suddenly when i check last week account having negative balance of 2500. I went to nearest branch to request to make balance to zero as i am not communicated with these changes.

                        Its very disappointing, i will never think of hdfc bank again, there were other private banks which were not imposing any charges eben though minimum balance in account not considered. I will go with them.

                        Could someone please help me to resolve this issue with hdfc bank?

                              I am hearing many fraud incidents on priority pass all relates mumbai location..

                              I have been charged 2k on 8th nov 2018 for swiping priority pass on mumbai lounge on 25th aug 2018.

                              But i have not traveled to mumbai during the duration, something really fishy going on mumbai.

                              I informed to hdfc asking to provide the proof of who is used my card they unable prvoide the info surprisingly i have not even open from the card from courier cover. Hdfc relationship manger i used it.. But denied to provide proof and not able to take action.

                                  While Booking Train Ticket on date:08/11/018 from IRCTC Website, i made payment through HDFC Credit Card. But Amount(1838.68 rs.) deducted and ticket was not booked.So i waited for 10 to 15 days for refund but debited amount not refunded. Then i called to HDFC customer Care, they told me that it takes more to get refund. Again i waited for refund but amount not reflected in my credit card. so after these i called again regarding the same then they told me to file dispute form.I filled CDF on 21/11/18 and mailed to [protected]@hdfcbank.com.I called again on 26/11/18 to HDFC Customer Care then they told me that now it will take 90 days to process. While Filling CDF they did not tell me about Dispute process time and all.Now i need help from you to resolve my issue asap and help me out to get refund from HDFC Bank

                                    My First EMI due on 06-Nov-2018 is Rs 6573 on HDFC Bank loan account no. 60884321
                                    Due to punjab govt pay software problem my salary not deposit on time and my salary account was freezed/on hold in between my emi cheque return to hdfc bank.
                                    I paid my emi cash in hdfc bank account given by their patiala head manager who in Incharge of this region.
                                    But on 20/11/2018 emi again through cheque no 799831 deducted from my salary account 2nd time.
                                    I am many time requested to manager that solve this issue i daily phone to manager but nobody cares.
                                    My problem stands as it is.
                                    Why Hdfc bank deduct installment 2nd time.
                                    I am requesting you to please solve this issue immediately and return my amount with fine. Why these banks harassment people like these type of things.
                                    My Hdfc bank deducting emi two times and making people fool.
                                    Solve my problem as early possible.

                                    I am many time requested to manager that why ur bank again deduct emi second time they not reply properly as these banks do i request and say solve this issue i daily phone to manager but nobody cares.
                                    My problem stands as it is.

                                      I, rahul jagtap am a credit card holder with your bank since the year 2016.
                                      I regularly pay the amountbut since last few months i am facing some financial problem.
                                      But i atlease pays minimum amount. For last month i was unable to pay the minimum amount. I told your representative, this month i will pay minimum amount for both month befor 8th dec 2018. And clear the remaining dues asap. I do want to repay all the amounts owed to the bank.

                                      But still thety are calling me daily after specific time interval. Even they talk rudely. It is like harasment. I got disturbed and it is affecting my work.
                                      The name of person is seema who is calling frequently. Also her manager talks very rudely.
                                      Below arer the numbers from which i am getting the calls.

                                      My credit card got activated with cardsure package policy and deducted 900 from my card. I don't need any policy. Cancel the policy and rollback my amount.
                                      Cancellation of One Assist Membership
                                      I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 6408 without my concern on date:09/11/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-

                                        Hi,
                                        I wanted to lodge a complaint about hdfc collection activity.
                                        Firstly yes, since last two months ive not been able to pay my minimum due.. However despite letting them know about my situation and comming on mutual consent to pay the dues they are harassing me to make the payment which i am am. Unable to since m. Jobless.. Moreover o am. Geting calls and messages at 3am and 5am for the collection guy payment which is absolutely shocking. I have attached screenshot with the number and the messages. Collection agency are going to my home and harassing my mother despite informing them. That i don't live at that address and also gave them the right address and contact where they can get i. Touch with me.. Whilst me being g on shift i get 28-30 calls back to back. From the collection nunber [protected]
                                        Firstly i dont wish to not make the payment.. I have used the money so i am liable to pay the debts with interest.. But youll will need to understand consumers situation and work on a mutual. Consent rather then harassing them which is illegal.. Agencies are going to my house on sundays and threatening my mother for payment.. I need. To take this matter up way ahead and wanted. To know what bank is going to do. About it

                                        Customer care numbers had no response as we called to talk with executives mainly Andhra Pradesh number calls are not available and they are saying that incoming calls are blocked.. such a worst service I had never seen with any bank
                                        My credit chad not yet received
                                        I purchased jewellery from tanishq worth rs. 55000 through my hdfc credit card on 22nd August 2018. As per running offer i was supposed to get 5% cashback if paid through hdfc credit/debit card. 2 months already passed but till date no cashback received.

                                        Please look into this & revert.
