[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Misbehave of HDFC employee | |||
Hi my name is Ambika. I have credit card of hdfc bank and my payment of this month is due because of some financial crunch which I will be paying today. But I received many calls from Jaspreet and Gurpreet who spoke in a rude language and when the person stated i[censored] can't afford credit card then u should not have it. How can a bank employee comment on a customer like this. I have been paying my dues Everytime and this is for the first time that it is due. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am an HDFC bank customer, aged 65 years. My banking branch is Raghunathpur, Kolkata 700069 and customer ID is[protected]. I was persuaded by my designated RM Debasish Chatterjee/ Banerjee to open Demat Account and a savings account in my wife's name with false assurance of no maintenance deduction and closing of the said accounts within a couple of months. These were because he very helpless ( maybe pretension) asked for such cooperation to meet the target given to him. For last two years he didn't close those accounts dedpite a series of reminders and I had to pay the price through yearly deductions. The Branch Manger Mr Vinod Sharma was also intimated through host of mails. Fiinally when the closures came about your bank deducted from my account Rs 600+ GST and Rs 590/-. Debasish assured me several times for the refund of the amounts, but didn't. He continues to harass a senior citizen customer for months together.
I request you to make Debasish and the Branch Manager clarify the harassment mented out to me and arrange the refunds, if required through penalising your employee.
