Dear Sir, I had taken loan from Centurian Bank and HDFC Bank back in 2006 & 2007 in Jamngar. Consuquent upon of long leave after that period and my transfer from Jamnagar to Kolkata in 2009, I was not able to pay the loan in total. Honestyly I tried to pay the loan in 2008 but by the time there was merger of both banks and I stayed for 4 days, but bank could not trace the files. I came to kolkata in 2009. In may this year 2014, I started getting calls from [protected], for loan repayment. First of all they pressed me for settlement of Centurion Bank loan. When I said to give some time, they started calling on my office numbers abusing each of my colleagues. Even they did not spare my head of office, Director. To save myself for the harassment I paid 90, 000/- on 20/6/2014. after one month they again called to repay the loan of HDFC Bank, settling the amount at 36, 200/-. Again they pressed me to deposit any amount till 25 Augst and I deposited 10, 000/- . In the month of September 2014 m they raised the rest amount by 5000/- and get me promised to pay the amount till 25 of the september. My mother was ill and I was away from the office and when they did not find my number as I had lost the cell phone on the way to my home town, they again started abusing office colleagues accusing them that they were lyeing, abused my higher officials . Sir I work in Central govt Deparment, when I was repaying the loan on time, this was just nonsense thing done to me, causing me mental harassment. with reagards vijay bahadur singh, [protected]

      Sir my name is Ravi Chaudhary in the year 2012 at HDFC Bank, Mundra Gujarat branch one of there officer issued me one HDFC LIFE INSUARNCE POLICY with a premium of Rs.25000/- per year for 5 years telling me that i will get Rs.320000 at the time of maturity, but when i came back to my native place Kota(Raj.) and visited there office to pay my next premium i came to know that i will only get Rs.125000/- at time of maturity then i stopped paying the premium.Latter last year i received a call from HDFC life Jaipur office they will addject my old policy premium amount into the new police if i will do 2 policies of Rs.25000 Each for 5 years and i will get Rs.520000/- for each policy at the time of maturity and finaly i paid Rs50000/- to HDFC LIFE last year, but again i found that it was a fraud and misselling.This time i visited there kota office and was very much sirprised that these policies are for 10years and maturity amount is only Rs.175000 for each.           Dear Sir, This is to bring in to your notice that on 4th October around 6 pm bill of my Vodafone no [protected] has been paid directly from my credit card even when my card is not linked and ecs service has not been activated and i have not initiated the payment still the payment has been received by Vodafone . I came to know about this when i received the below mentioned message"We have received pymt of Rs.1844.5 for your number [protected].Your outstanding amount now is Rs.0.Dial *111# (toll free) or 1111(toll free) for Payment, unbilled amnt & Credit limit info." When i received message i called hdfc credit card customer care center and informed then to decline this payment as this is not done by me and i have no prior information nor i have activated any services to pay directly. Customer care executive assured me that my money will be back and this payment will decline as it is under process . But to my dismay i received one more message on 5th october, 2014 that payment has been deducted by hdfc bank credit card to pay your smartpay bill for the amount Rs 1844.5 . I called them immediately and asked them to decline it . But they refused this time saying it has already been deducted and added to my monthly bill. When i check with them who gave them instruction for smartpay they informed me they have no details with them and they have to check with departments . . They also informed me that vodafone themselves has shared my bill with them that's why they have paid. Both the companies HDFC & VODAFONE starts blaming each other but nobody resolved my matter & problem .Till today i have received no information / No mail/ no message from HDFC to clear situation Kindly take action against HDFC Credit card .             Hi I am Satbir Singh has taken the HDFC money back Policy for my son Amandeep, Policy no.[protected]. I am eligible for money back this year (11 Sept 2014 as due date) and have submitted all my documents on time . But I did not receive any cash back yet i.e. Around one month after due date. Please help me understand the delay and process my moneyback immediately along with Penalty. I have been calling to Mumbai office and other customer care numbers but did not receive any satisfactory resppnse. If the same continues in future and my money back is not received soonest, I will be compelled to take Legal Action. Hoping for a quick resolution.               It’s been approx. one month since I made online application for a new credit card. Following which your executive Chandu called from Ranigunj, Secunderabad branch to collect all the requisite documents and process the application. I’ve provided each and every document that was asked. I had even offered to provide address proof but Chandu informed that is not mandatory. Thereafter, I’ve waited for 2-3 weeks with no information and only after several follow-ups (with Chandu and Kiran Kumar who collected the documents) and inquiries with the call center I was told that the application is ‘On hold’ for no address proof. I again reached out to Chandu and he informed me that this is a new process and that address proof documents are now mandatory. On knowing this I immediately arranged address proof documents on the same day of 25-Sep and it was again collected by Kiran Kumar from me. It’s been ~2 weeks now and when I inquired with the call center today I was shocked to hear that the application is rejected without any information nor valid reason. I’m now worried that the documents collected from me are for reasons other than credit card processing. Hence, I’m not interested any more in getting my credit card processed but instruct your team to return all my original documents with a declaration that none of the information would be used for purposes other than credit card processing for which they were originally collected from me.                     Hi, I can not login into netbanking, if i try to generate OTP to change password I'm not at all receiving the OTP message. I'm not even receiving the transaction messages from bank know. It is been almost a year since I'm facing this problem. Dont know how many times i called customer care to resolve this issue. they say that it is network service provider issue. I changed my service provider through number portability.                         HDFC Security and IPO company jointly responsible, they block user to trade shares one IPO listing or near by date.Making people fool using power. For small mistake of customer they charge heavily and here they not ready to take any responsibilities.

                                The Purpose of this mail to draw your kind attention towards a issue about duduction of INR 5000.00 for non maintainence of my salary account (Ac/No- [protected]). This is my salary account of Wipro Ltd. But In this particular month of September 2014 INR 5000.00 got deducted. I called up to phone banking for the same issue where I got to know that it's being deducted for non maintainence of minimal balance and guided to Home Branch (Rajarhat, Goplapur) for the same, where I need to inform the bank personnel about the same and the mentioned amount will be reversed. But still I have not received the same. Please look into this matter on an urgent basis. Moreover, one more concern is the bank officials who were there for the customer service are not well mannered. I am bound to pen these lines because when I visited to the branch for my issue they were rude to me and not even in a mood to listen my query/complain. They were going on repeating the same line every time that " Paisa aapko wapas nahin milega... jo karna hai kar lijiye., , hamare paas bahut customers hai, ek customer chala jayega to fark nahin parta". At that i felt like whether i Made a mistake to join Wipro Ltd. whose salary account is at HDFC bank or I made a mistake by visiting my home branch. When I felt that my issue is going to addressed here i visited to another branch at kestopore and they helped and guided to raise a query/complain in HDFC Bank portal and no need to worry, my amount will be reversed. I have filled up a form "convert my saving account to salary account" even then I am receiving sms stating that:- 1. Banace in A/c xxxxxxxxxx0229 has gone below your specified limit of INR 5000. Check A/c for currenbt balance. 2.Banace in A/c xxxxxxxxxx0229 as of 27 sep 14 is INR -342.69. check A/c for current balance. Sir, I belong to a poor family. My father is bedridden (Paralysis patient). I do have a plan for every month for my expenditure. when INR 5000.00 got deducted from my account I had to sell my mobile phone for the medecines of my father. Hence, I request you to be please kind enough for the above matter and get mu money reversed ASAP and please instruct the bank official to be kind and approachable to the customers.

                                  Despite being a Classic customer, I was persuaded to open another account with HDFC. They even promised me to gift an umbrella. HDFC opened the account instantly but for the umbrella, I had to follow up 4-5 times with the branch executive. Furthermore, every time I enquired about it the senior executive laughed about it and only said "we don't have it in stock, we will let you know as we get it". This was getting frustrating. So, I lodged a complaint on their call center. A week later, I tried to get the status of the complaint I had lodged. Much to my surprise, they said there was no complaint from my end. Finally, I had to take it up on their web portal and fortunately, the issue was resolved in a week's time. Although resolved, I didn't expect HDFC to behave in such a manner which truly depicted that they didn't stick to their commitments.

                                  Anay, as mentioned above the issue is now resolved when I took the case with HDFC on their portal. I had to wait for 2 months for the umbrella. Moreover, the complaint ID is such it cant be remembered. You should send an Sms of the complaint ID.
