Dear sir,
Here with i informing you that, on 18 10.18 5. 3.15pm the call from [protected] unknown is saying he is taking from HDFC bank and telling your account is in salary based account like that. Also in furture any need call to this number he saying . My question is who is he and how does he knows my mobile number, how do HDFC bank gives my number to call me with unknown person. kindly note it and take neccessary action. How do i know he is realy taking from hdfc bank.

We have checked our records and confirm that said number does not pertain to HDFC bank. As a corporate entity, our Bank is compliant with all directives, regulations, and laws of the land and we have set in place stringent controls over telemarketing activities. However, it is beyond the scope of our control or authority to identify such freelance agents and bring charges on them. Only the affected parties have the right to take up the matter by lodging a complaint to their telecom service provider so that the matter can be taken up as per the provisions of law. The responsibility to prevent UCCs (Unsolicited Commercial Contacts) has been placed on telemarketing agencies and telecom service providers and we recommend that the matter is taken up with TRAI since the onus to prevent UCCs have been placed on telemarketing agencies and telecom service providers. TRAI's website <http://www.trai.gov.in/> contains all necessary information on consumer rights, how to lodge complaints and penalty for violations of the DNC rules.

    Cancellation of One Assist Membership
    I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 4311 without my concern on date:18.10.2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-

      Mentely harrassed by hdfc and left no choice...

      My loan number is[protected]. I did the biggest mistake of life that i dreamed buying own house. My life was good and happy than suddenly i dreamed buying own house. I selected the property, paid the booking amount and everything was going perfect i was very happy but suddenly someone from builder suggested me to took a loan from hdfc. He gave me the contact number of hdfc sales executive. Sales executive contacted me to completed the paper work and offered me an interest rate 8.55 % with 85% finance and 3 lac renovation loan after the home loan.

      My requirement was very cleared and hdfc sales team committed to complete the same without any issue which is recorded on call thats why i applied home loan and decided to buy a property. There were manythings happened before the disbursement of loan which cannot be described and will come out in the investigation after my death. At the time of disbursement they increased the interest rate from 8.55 % to 8.85% and 15 days after disbursement i received an email that they increased.10% interest rate again. I was committed to get fixed interest rate for first 2 year.

      I made the second bigest mistake i choosed hdfc. Hdfc home loan team pushed me in depression. Its been 3 months they mentely harrassed me in the name of home loan. I was being rolled out between hdfc sales and munirka team. Hdfc sales team committed to give me renovation so i applied for the same. They took rs. 4000 as file charge for renovation loan and completed the documentation. Its been more than one month now, i applied for 6 lac. My requirement was very cleared from the begining when i took first home loan that i need renovation load as per requirement. Sales team checked my eligibility it was fine. After one month and taking file charges from me they refused to give me any loan as i was not eleigible after taking 85% on my first loan. No one informed me in begining seems the hdfc is making money in name of file charges. Their is no policy for customers and such company cheating with customers.

      No i am in depression and i have no money right now. I already invested all my money. Hdfc left me in the middle and left no choice except sucide. Hdfc forced me to do something wrong with my life hdfc left no choice for me

      I have been cheated, troubled and bullied twice as per their own comfort of HDFC. I would strongly not recommned HDFC HOME LOAN for anyone. They are bunch of ### and scoundrels who does not care about how a customer trouble for financial crisis and why someone come for a LOAN to Bank or a Banking sector. I have been literrally tortured by these Bank guys, especially Bangalore HDFC is the worsest service that someone can experience. From my personal experience, I have got peace of mind through LIC, Piramal, AXIS BANK and Citi Bank for my LOAN process.

        I was using hdfc Food card cognizant for 2 years.

        Recently I resigned from Cognizant. I have 6000Rs in my Food Card. Now I am unable to use the food card since the registered email address is not accissble.

If you still harass we will have no option but quit."

                I am Amir Tamboli writing with reference to deduction of extra amount from my HDFC BANK FASTAG account.

                I have traveled on 14th October from Pune to Nashik and back to Pune on same day.
                On every toll plaza there was deduction through my fastag but on 17th October extra Rs. 165 got deducted without passing any toll.

                I have crossed total 4 toll plaza in the whole journey.

                1st toll plaza is Hiwargaon Pavasa crossed at 7.43am and deducted amount Rs.75

                2nd toll plaza is Nashik Sinnar crossed at 8.32am and deducted amount Rs. 25

                On return journey same day

                1st toll plaza is Nashik Sinnar crossed at 6.51pm and deducted amount Rs.15

                2nd toll plaza is Hiwargaon Pavasa crossed at 7.49pm and deducted amount Rs.40

                My fastag details are as follows:

                    My self narendra today i got call from one of hdfc bank credit card recovery agents call in my number and he ask me that i want to talk your brother rakesh i said regarding what matter, than he told that some amount is pending 37k around of your brothers hdfc credit card. I said than what should i do if he is not picking your calls than why are you disturbing me for all these things. He is very rude on call and ask me you will be resonsable for all these things and you will pay this amount. Why should i pay. Who authorised to him to talk like that with family members even my brother intermedeately paying his bill with minimum amount. If he will not paying than collect all your dues in legal way instead of harassing family members who are unaware about these things. I have also multiple banks credit card but never got such call from recovery agents. Even i have also hdfc credit card holder. Hdfc recovery agent are talking like underworld don. Who authorized him that they are torturing me against of my brothers pending bills.
                    This is very dissoppiting that we are facing behaviour like that from big reputated bank like hdfc. This is not the legal way. Please take the action against the guy who is talking like that and my brother also trying to pay all your dues asap take some time to him instead of torturing family members. And be sure i don't tolerate such type of calls in feature from hdfc agents. Please take necessary action against him. If due to this any of my family members get harm who will be resposable. If i will got such type of any call in feature i will take legal action against this

                        Dear sir,
                        Whenever i try to create a new beneficiary for funds transfer via the netbanking in the hdfc retail website.
                        I am told that an otp will be sent to my registered mobile number.
                        I never receive the otp though. I've been trying for the last 2 months and the result is the same.
                        I'm unable to create new beneficiaries due to this.
                        Highly inconvenient and wastes a lot of my time filling up the new beneficiary details and then finally unable to complete the process because of not receiving the otp.

                          deducting 600 for not keeping minimum balance

                          HDFC bank is deducting Rs. 600 every month for keeping minimum balance in my account.

                          Even though RBI suggested not to penalize for non maintenance, why these banks keep on deducting money from accounts.

                          I request you to please take action against this bank.

                          Incident happened with me in last week from my hdfc account total 78000 has been debited against Flipkart transactions which was I never done. those transactions done on 6th and 7 th Oct 2018 and i got to know when i logged in mobile app of bank then strait way i went to the bank and they given me some customer dispute form. I have filled and submitted same. After that I have filled complaint in Cyber crime(not FIR). also called flipkart and told all transaction details to cancel it. after 1 day I have received some amout its around 28k by flipkart. flipkart sent me 1 mail which states that whatever transaction were pending those only they cancelled so they given refund. but orders which were delivered already those they cant refund they will give that info to police.
                          on date 16 Oct 2018 After flipkart mail received me, I again went to cyber crime they checked that flipkart didn't replied yet which mail they already sent on 8th Oct to flipkart regarding fraud transactions on my account.
                          When I am going bank there employee saying that our team will contact you nothing in our hand.
                          when i am calling hdfc pnone bankers they are saying our team is investigating the issue.
                          In my case i didn't share any pin otp to anybody. I have opened account in month of April 2018 so that debit card has chip so its too secure.

                          So my quetion is will I get my money back which is remaining 50k? Cyber crime officer is saying that bank has to give your money if you haven't share any otp or pin.

                          On Date of 19 Oct 2018 I have again received OTP for unauthorized transaction is done by fraud person. But I am surprised Debit card which i have blocked on 8th Oct 2018 for that debit card I am receiving the OTP it means after blocking as well that fraud person is using that debit card details and OTP is generating means HDFC bank is lacking there security somewhere. My luck that much amount not in my account so that transaction declined.

                            Recently i have applied for hdfc freedom credit card online. The very same day i have received a text message informing me me that my credit card application number has been approved. But the problem is that i tried to check the application status online through "https://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/credit_card/cc_track" - it shows there is no record found.

                              I had applied for hdfc bank credit card. I was told that i would receive it within 7 working days.
                              The representative is not picking up my calls and not replying.
                              It's been already 7 days, there has been no communication from the banks end and the status on hdfc bank website says "not found".

                              I have already completed my contact number verification and digital verification.

                                asd charges

                                Hi my name srinivas .2100 was deducted from HDFC bank account as ASD Charges without my intimation .How this is possible.

                                Actually I don't what is ASD But this bank deducted the amount 3 times in one day .This is really very bad cheating.They behave like hackers.

                                Bank has deducted my money in a wrongfully manner without informing me via email or message not even on call. I raised the complain, then they said there is due on hdfc credit card which was already settled during last year (2017) in october. When i provided receipt of settlement then after they told me there is a tat of 48 hours to resolve this issue but 5 days have been passed and i did not get any solution or proper reply except insult by the bank manager named aman raghav at cyber city hdfc branch. This is the clear fraud by hdfc bank and how they are treating their consumers. I have been told clearly by hdfc manager, that hdfc don't resolve issues in case you do not hold salary account with them.

                                  Hdfc bank create lot issue to me, providing my personal details in the open space. I have received one phone call stating that, they are calling from hdfc bank and offering free credit card.

                                  In the phone itself, i have refused to accept the offer.in spite of that you have sent credit card my residence. And also i not accepted courier and return back to hdfc bank.

                                  If this continues, i will take necessary action against you through consumer forum.

                                    I ordered hdfc fastag aprox 1.5 months before, my reference number: hfr077631. I still have not received the tag but received messages stating my account is active etc… on following up many times, got the tracking number to realize that the tag has been sent back due to incomplete address. Address shared by me is the same as mentioned in my aadhar. The concern is that why is that service provider is not aware of this, the service in the call center is pathetic. I would suggest that anyone planning to get fastag to have it procured directly from the toll and not waste time with hdfc. I am not really sure as to when my tag would be dispatched again…

                                    As mentioned, my address provided is the same as my official address provided through Aadhar. I did email the Aadhar again to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com.

                                    In your reply, I do not find the TTU number.
