Dear sir/mam
My account is on hold since i was not able to pay minimum amount of credit card and still my car emi has not been deducted.
Even if have tried to get in touch with customer care and i haven't got satisfactory reply.
Please advise shall i pay my minimum amount so that my account will be unhold since i will not able to pay immediately full amount. If yes please advise on mode if i will transfer in my account it will be adjusted in negative.

Due to which i am not able to pay personal loan and car emi.
And to inform you i have been not using this card and card has not been delivered to my address as well it's with bank.
Please advise to unhold account on immediate basis.
I have never expected this kind of service with hdfc bank from which bank i have personal loan /car loan/cc from last almost for 4 yesrs due to some personal issues i was not able to pay minimum amount also.
Looking for your support.

Also I am having account from 3 different bank but never faced with unwanted deduction just ruined other life and customer care are available for payment follow up and no one is der wanted queries deterioration of services

It's more than 3 days I am writing mail and trying to get in with customer care.
Please help to unhold my account I am not able to do any trancation.
Please help to unhold my account so that I can pay my all pending emI and close my credit card due as well.
Also if possible please share your number so that we can speak directly and close ASAP.

Please help whom I should speak none of the customer care is able to answer. .all might be due to dis.
Would request to guide how much amount I need to pay and please let me know to process to transfer loan to another bank and close dis account ..can't carry with disabilities kind of service.

Hi,
My first complain was on 19th Oct and today it's 28th Oct and I have not received single proper response, I have sent mail as well but haven't received any response and in phone call customer care doesn't know the exact reason...might be because of this ..might be because of that ...u need to speak date department not dis.is this the way of making money ..if I have paid my cc amount has its not reflecting in my net banking
Please help .now it's very much irritating and frustrating

    Made purchase using payzapp transaction failed n they said money refund initiated will be credited in 5 working days but didnt received, so i contacted them they said to contact bank and then i also contacted bank there r saying

      I have been constantly getting calls by a collection agent of yours for a credit card i have been using for years. Extremely rude and abusive, i have told him clearly its a holiday today and to call me tomorrow, however, he calls persistently and talks with a demeanor, i believe not fitting your company.

        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 8354 without my concern on date: 16/10/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

          Hi my name is anil jadhav and i am of the salary account holder of hdfc bank (Account no.- [protected]). I am writing against hdfc bank, of auto deduction of my amount of rupees rs.5299.30/- which is in august 2018 + 32820/- which is on september 2018+ 115/- which on october 2018.

          It was a successful transaction. But, i was shocked seeing the statement, as it showed me a sum of rs. 38234.30 inr was deducted from hdfc bank.

          Now, this was not expected from such a reputed bank. So, i request hdfc bank to kindly refund the amount as this is a simple case of cheating from hdfc bank.

          I have already raised the complaint in customer care and fir copy. I want the case to be solved asap as my complete salary has been blocked by hdfc bank. Please don't let me loose my hope in your bank.

          Kindly, assist me further in this regard.

          This is in regards to the mail i am sending. So, far i have not received any reply from you guys despite, of a auto generated email to hdfc bank, that my case has been escalated. You guys have blocked my complete salary and it is a clear case of fraud. I would request you guys to give me a solution for this asap or i will sure you guys in consumer court for fraud transaction and mental harassment. I wish to get a solution for the same maximum by 24 hrs or you have to face the consequences...

            If you can please provide feedback on this issue it would be great. I have cancelled this order and from the flipkart end it says that refund is completed but today the emi was automatically deducted.
            Please resolve the issue. The return id is[protected].
            Flipkart communicated me that the refund was processed on 21st of september and should had been credited till 2nd of october. But on 5th of october thr emi got deducted. The bank txn id is[protected]

              Hi,
              I have been using credit card since september 2017. I was lured to take credit card by offering me lifetime free membership. I asked them thoroughly that is there any hidden term and condition for which i will be charged. They cleary denied that i will never be charged for my membership. This month i saw in my credit card statement a transaction of 500 rupees in addition to rs.90 igst for membership renewal fees. Since the words from my bank are now broken, i feel the strong urge to make them correct this as per the offer they gave me. I request bank to turnoff this transaction and not charge me for the membership fees.
              Kindly look into it and resolve the issue.

                    Dear concern,

                    I applied for hdfc credit card 4 months ago and the agent assured me this card will be life time free after 3 mobile recharge of rs 100 and i paid 100 for next 3 months to make it life time free.

                    But in the next month bank send me a bill of 1070 as annual charge.

                    And then i make a complaint of it several time but every time bank denied for reversal of annual charge.

                    Now the bank forcing me to pay another rs 1070 without any uses.

                    Concern 1: why bank agent making fool customer if bank not provide life time free card and who is responsible for that either bank or customer.

                    Concern 2: i want to block that card completely because i did not use this card till now but bank denied.

                    Please help me.

                        Today i received a message from hdfc "dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to indianclrcorpltd with value rs. 100000.00 and frequency is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch."
                        I didn't given any mandate to anyone or did any such of transaction. Please help

Also in furture any need call to this number he saying . My question is who is he and how does he knows my mobile number, how do HDFC bank gives my number to call me with unknown person. kindly note it and take neccessary action.                         We have checked our records and confirm that said number does not pertain to HDFC bank. As a corporate entity, our Bank is compliant with all directives, regulations, and laws of the land and we have set in place stringent controls over telemarketing activities. However, it is beyond the scope of our control or authority to identify such freelance agents and bring charges on them. Only the affected parties have the right to take up the matter by lodging a complaint to their telecom service provider so that the matter can be taken up as per the provisions of law. The responsibility to prevent UCCs (Unsolicited Commercial Contacts) has been placed on telemarketing agencies and telecom service providers and we recommend that the matter is taken up with TRAI since the onus to prevent UCCs have been placed on telemarketing agencies and telecom service providers. TRAI's website <http://www.trai.gov.in/> contains all necessary information on consumer rights, how to lodge complaints and penalty for violations of the DNC rules.

                            Mentely harrassed by hdfc and left no choice...

                            My loan number is[protected]. I did the biggest mistake of life that i dreamed buying own house. My life was good and happy than suddenly i dreamed buying own house. I selected the property, paid the booking amount and everything was going perfect i was very happy but suddenly someone from builder suggested me to took a loan from hdfc. He gave me the contact number of hdfc sales executive. Sales executive contacted me to completed the paper work and offered me an interest rate 8.55 % with 85% finance and 3 lac renovation loan after the home loan.

                            My requirement was very cleared and hdfc sales team committed to complete the same without any issue which is recorded on call thats why i applied home loan and decided to buy a property. There were manythings happened before the disbursement of loan which cannot be described and will come out in the investigation after my death. At the time of disbursement they increased the interest rate from 8.55 % to 8.85% and 15 days after disbursement i received an email that they increased.10% interest rate again. I was committed to get fixed interest rate for first 2 year.

                            I made the second bigest mistake i choosed hdfc. Hdfc home loan team pushed me in depression. Its been 3 months they mentely harrassed me in the name of home loan. I was being rolled out between hdfc sales and munirka team. Hdfc sales team committed to give me renovation so i applied for the same. They took rs. 4000 as file charge for renovation loan and completed the documentation. Its been more than one month now, i applied for 6 lac. My requirement was very cleared from the begining when i took first home loan that i need renovation load as per requirement. Sales team checked my eligibility it was fine. After one month and taking file charges from me they refused to give me any loan as i was not eleigible after taking 85% on my first loan. No one informed me in begining seems the hdfc is making money in name of file charges. Their is no policy for customers and such company cheating with customers.

                            No i am in depression and i have no money right now. I already invested all my money. Hdfc left me in the middle and left no choice except sucide. Hdfc forced me to do something wrong with my life hdfc left no choice for me

                            I have been cheated, troubled and bullied twice as per their own comfort of HDFC. I would strongly not recommned HDFC HOME LOAN for anyone. They are bunch of ### and scoundrels who does not care about how a customer trouble for financial crisis and why someone come for a LOAN to Bank or a Banking sector. I have been literrally tortured by these Bank guys, especially Bangalore HDFC is the worsest service that someone can experience. From my personal experience, I have got peace of mind through LIC, Piramal, AXIS BANK and Citi Bank for my LOAN process.

                              I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 1645 without my concern on date:17/10/2018 i am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                              I was using hdfc Food card cognizant for 2 years.

                              Recently I resigned from Cognizant. I have 6000Rs in my Food Card. Now I am unable to use the food card since the registered email address is not accissble.

                              I mailed foodcardsupport.[protected]@hdfc.com multiple times. No response from them.

                              Respected sir, on09/10/2018 I have received a message from HDFC Bank that they have debited amount Rs.1890/.on my credit card ending 4877. I'm not interested in that plan and kindly refund the money to my credit card.Thank you.

                                He is pressurize us for net banking preferred customer, we already told him so many times that we are not interested but by doing so many calls & mails he harass us, we blocked hdfc land line number also but now he is sending mail i sent him reply as "pl. Do not pressurize us by making so many calls & mails we are not interested in your preferred banking programme, pl. Do not call us or mail us i am sending this copy to your top authority also. If you still harass we will have no option but quit."

                                      I am Amir Tamboli writing with reference to deduction of extra amount from my HDFC BANK FASTAG account.

                                      I have traveled on 14th October from Pune to Nashik and back to Pune on same day.
                                      On every toll plaza there was deduction through my fastag but on 17th October extra Rs. 165 got deducted without passing any toll.

                                      I have crossed total 4 toll plaza in the whole journey.

                                      1st toll plaza is Hiwargaon Pavasa crossed at 7.43am and deducted amount Rs.75

                                      2nd toll plaza is Nashik Sinnar crossed at 8.32am and deducted amount Rs. 25

                                      On return journey same day

                                      1st toll plaza is Nashik Sinnar crossed at 6.51pm and deducted amount Rs.15

                                      2nd toll plaza is Hiwargaon Pavasa crossed at 7.49pm and deducted amount Rs.40

                                      My fastag details are as follows:
