    I have not applied for any loan in hdfc portal and am staying in abroad for more than an year now. An approved insta jumbo loan was added to my already existing savings account. Amount of 1.85lakh is deposited into a new savings account is deposited without me applying for it.

    I have closed my loan and paid the preclosure amount but then the amount gets continuosuy deducted from my existing savings account. I have already lost around 50k without any fault of mine. i have talked to the customer agents they say they dont know any.

    i demand my money back and a proper explanation for this irresponsible stunt by hdfc.

      Sir I am apply Tata new HDFC Bank credit card . Take care verification executive form HDFC Bank branch he came my house and take picture my house and he told you ask business and job I am submit business and he told I visit your business Store but he is not visit my store my card verification is not complete and 5to6 day hold my verification but verification executive not come my store and not verify my credit card and. And I call the executive and he is talk to me wrong way.

        Savings account blocked from transactions | Unable to perform Debit/Credit

        Address: HDFC BANK LTD GROUND FLOOR SHOWROOM NO 2 ARISSA AVENUE S NO 58 2 1 AND SB 1 KHARADI PUNE 411014

        I had applied for an address change for my savings account, but failed to collect the address intimation letter, as I was out of town. Due to this the bank has locked my account. Also, customer care considered it as a fraud/suspicious and blocked my account. But i had called to query not to block my account. So now my HDFC a/c is locked. Debit card is blocked, net banking is blocked and I'm unable to perform any transactions.

        Please help, Without prior notification HDFC Gachibowli Home branch has blocked my transaction rights. The reason bank is saying they couldn't send my welcome letter. While this account is active from last 6 years, who is even asked bank to send welcome letter and why blocking the account without any prior notifications.
        Now I can't transfer any money to my father who is retired and staying alone in India.
        I have repeatedly said this information to customer support but they are not helping.
        Even HDFC Nodal office complaint portal and Grievance portals are also not working to take any complaint. Please see the attached screenshots.

        Could you please wake up. you might have copy pasted documented template to send each time same e mails but have you ever read any e mails?
        the day you guys hire someone who is sensible and educated enough to read e mail and look in the issue the life will be easier.
        the mental harassment i have got from HDFC bank is hell. from past 1 month every day i feel like should die in HDFC branch so someone will work at least now.
        check with your team and ask them (shilpa)customer have raised how many e mails and calls. you guys played dirty game of insurance coverage really who asked for that? now i need it my money must cover by HDFC either by insurance or by working with beneficiary bank, its benn 35 days + so HDFC worst bank is responsible for my life.

          I am unable to complete UPI payment via any UPI app from last more than a month now.. getting “YC” error while sending money.

          I have already raised multiple complaints ( offline and online) and it seems no one is helping..

            This is regarding an Dispute where Bank supposed to Reverse the amount and keep in Freeze or on hold where even fraud people cannot use that amount till investigation complete.
            But HDFC is the laziest bank ever visited regrate to having an account there.
            its been month they haven't done the work rather than doing work unnecessary free ghan they gave and speak about which is not necessary.
            Speaking about insurance and where Cyber crime personally visited bank to tell reverse the item and keep on hold but do the work still no use.
            People must stop using HDFC bank and it should be closed soon

            what you guys are expecting ? money us to work? its been 35 days where i am dying like hell to get justice and HDFC least bothered.
            what is this audacity you guys have ? any how customer money let it go? in case customer die in branch will you waka up and work at least ?
            being a women i have visited every day base to branch and sat there for many hours. Your e mail support is one big trap never get reply.
            after a month which fraud will be keeping money and waiting when HDFC will wake up and ask for reversal and will return it ?
            HDFC dont even respect law and police personally visited still they pretend like only they have work and rest all jobless.
            HDFC Bank is not at all working and every day they need follow ups are many many follows 1 reply will come the e mail with this date will take some working day will get back.
            then they send simple copy pasted documented template which might received during their training.
            Bank really you need to wake up now we are no more stays in 90's and world has changed and more crimes are happening. India achieved to reach mangal where HDFC cant even reach to their work and desk or take up responsibility.
            without reading an e mail replying was never entertained. as mentioned in the e mail you need trainings on how and when to work. your irresponsibility and laziness is effecting me.
            let world know what ego you that made you not to work not to response and but to do credit card and loan calls every day? just taking deposit and using those money for loans and earn profit not only your responsibility.
            people never take HDFC bank account. the day they find you are in trouble they will trouble more and never work and get the things done and they dont even bothered about anyone life.
            they are money makers and not at all public servants.
            Is HDFC bank closed the business ? why cant employees work in HDFC Bank? as per e mail communication let me know incase required a training will speak to other bank as you guys dont know to work or not interested but making clients to suffer.
            people stop taking accounts in HDFC they are very bad service provider.

              Not giving NOC for jumbo loan

              Hi

              i took insta jumbo loan on my HDFC credit card i closed this loan on November 30 2022 and i am asking for NOC no one is issuing only they are sending mail confirmation . I called, mailed and visited branch also no one is issuing i thought of closing credit card ans salary account and move to icici bank...

                  Hi my name is Kavitha i paid credit card bill payment via phonepe upi 2 days ago but amount is still not received at the bank account i talk with the phonepe helpline but they said payment is successfully processed to the recipient account i tried to call the HDFC Bank helpline number but no response please help me, i paid rs 21200 is not small amount for middle class family please help

                    I got my address updated in my HDFC account. The address for successfully a updated and I received the confirmation mail and message on my registered number.
                    Post few days, I received a mail from
                    [protected]@hdfcbank.net on 6th December, 2022 stating that the ‘ Address change Initimation Letter has been undelivered and for security reasons UPI, Nebanking and Cards have been temporarily disabled .’
                    On 6th December 2022, I was unable to do any payments or receive payments on my HDFC account .My Internet banking/Debit cards are blocked completely.I visited the nearby branch and inquired. They were clueless ..
                    It is a salary account and I am worried that my December month salary won’t get credited as no payments are being accepted .
                    I feel so helpless being locked out of my own account .
                    I have tried calling and visiting branch but no help!
                    Please resolve my issue ! This is a total harassment of the customer !

                        I have applied for zip ride two wheeler loan on hdfc net banking online.
                        since it was instant approval i went to dealership to received my scooter.
                        i went there and showed dealership person(ashish-[protected]) mail .
                        he handed over scooter to me on same day after consulting hdfc representative about papers and i asked me to hand over papers for processing at your branch of salary account.
                        then i went to branch for processing and they told me that they do not have any part in it.
                        now i contacted mr swapnil patel for more query in this because he is the person for contact in mail i received attaching mail snapshot also.

                        now mr swapnil directed to me hdfc bank representative at dealership for loan processing, and that repsentative mr aplesh asked me to provide document for different manual loan process not that i have applied .

                        when i contacted again to mr swapnil([protected]) about this he suggested me to do as per mr alpesh.
                        i argued with him that your name is in mail and with documents .as per him because i did zip ride myself this is all happening.
                        i have become football in all between .

                        loan account is also generated mo:[protected]

                        so how can i go for another loan as suggested by mr alpesh (hdfc repres)

                        i am stuck . nobody wants to process my loan even after i got scooter.

                          My HDFC bank account has been blocked for no reason.
                          No resolution from the phone banker,
                          No resolution from the relationship manager
                          In fact, they do not have anything to explain for the account blockage.
                          Account is blocked after 5 o clock in the evening without giving any single breathing space, and tomorrow is my EMI due date. If they block the account then how does my EMI amount get deducted?
                          This is very pathetic situation, being a valuable customer for more than 10 years, this is the response that HDFC bank is providing.
                          Very very upset situation right now.

                            Hi,

                            i have not asked for any loan on hdfc card still got credit card limit reduced to 11000 on 3rd december without my knowledge .

                            there is no clear way to address this issue,

                            why bank should drag into technicality which is customer dont understand. 2nd worst banking experience with hdfc bank.

                            please help me to resolve this issue.

But on the delivery of welcome kit through bludart, i was out of town...After that the status was Delivery unattempted on bludart. And welcome kit is returned to Chennai HDFC.
