Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the blockade of my salary account with HDFC Bank, which has been inactive since July 22, 2024. My account number is [[protected]].

The issue arose due to an undelivered welcome letter. Although I initially missed the delivery, I contacted the delivery person who assured me that the letter would be delivered the next day. Unfortunately, the letter never arrived.

Upon visiting my home branch, I was advised to contact the person who assisted in opening my account, Ms. Sangeeta (Mobile Number: [protected]). Despite several attempts, I have been unable to reach her as my calls remain unanswered.

Recently, I received a call from Ms. Sidhu Jaya of the Adheri Branch (Mobile Number: [protected]). She informed me that a verification request would be raised to resolve the issue. However, as of now, my account remains blocked, and my salary, which is critical for my household expenses, is stuck in the account.

Given the urgency of this matter, I kindly request your immediate intervention to expedite the verification process and unblock my account as soon as possible. Your prompt action will be greatly appreciated, as it will help alleviate the financial strain caused by this situation.

    I have a salary account with HDFC and was showing Rs. 530 on hold due to no reason. When I checked, it showed EAW charges on 4/8/24.There is no explanation of such charge or notification or clarifications.when I emailed customer service team on 10th August, they replied to me "We checked and checked the credit transfer transactions is related to ATM withdrawal transactions from your account." I am a poor man and don't even have money to pay my emis. Please help hdfc

      I have salary ac in hdfc bank ac no [protected] branch CIT Road 6M kolkata.
      I have opened a salary ac which was converted to salary ac without giving me any prior notice and a sum of Rs 967.47 is been showing...
      and even deducted Rs.383.90 from my account without my consent.
      Please kindly help me to retrieve my money.

          Hello,
          my name is vishal varma, I am a International Canadian student from taluka Chalisgaon, zilla Jalgaon, Maharashtra. I have been an Hdfc personal bank member since 4 years now, and have been a trusted member making all my payments in time.
          i came to Canada in year 2022 in October and lost my access to my phone number registered with my bank account. this resulted in me getting locked out of my account back in December 2023. i have been calling my branch managers, head office of Hdfc bank, trying to get a solution so that i can get access of my net banking and make my payments, but have not gotten any help from any Mangaer or Headoffice, and been going in loop for these past months,
          today a collection agent was sent to my house and embarrassed my dad about my missed payments, this has made me feel very embarrassed infront of not only my dad but a lot of people who have trust in me since i have been alone here in Canada for the past two years.
          i have no option but to file a complaint against my bank with you guys hoping if you could help me with anything, this is my third month of missed / defaulted payment of my credit card.

            Dear Sir/Mam,

            It is regarding my complaint of deduction INR 649/- 12 times which is around 7788/-

            I pay 12 SIP’s to Groww app from HDFC bank account. Actually I needed to change the account for some time from HDFC to SBI due to some personal planning. The changes was already made in Groww app but e-mandate was pending somehow hence deduction from SBI could not happen. When I realized about it, I immediately managed the HDFC bank account with 12000 on the same day in the morning so that SIP amount can be deducted but It was not deducted from HDFC account, nor I get any information about it.

            The deducted amount is almost 65% of total scheduled SIP which INR 12000. It is approx. INR 7788 and big amount for me. I request you to please reverse my money.

              It's sunday and i am enjoying my weekend and suddenly i received a sms that UPDATE: INR 10, 000.00 debited from HDFC Bank XX6357 on 04-AUG-24. Info: MCTF ATW 02/08 526099XXXXXX6817 GURUGRAM. Avl bal:INR -9, 941.00. even i did not use my debit card . i don't know why this amount got deducted, kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. and refund this amount in my account.

                Myself Gurpartap Singh’s/o Modan Singh R/o village Landa Roda tehsil &distt Muktsar, was availing a KCC limit under account no [protected], [protected] and [protected] from KK road Muktsar branch. I wanted to close my limit account all due payment was deposited by me in April 2024 but bank has still bank has provided me the proper NDC for these accounts. There are 2 rapat in revenue record for said limit but bank has not provided the NDC for Rapat no 415 Dt 07/06/2017.

                  Please resolve asap
                  ransaction disputed on 31 july 2024 MCTF Debit (no reference number) for amount Rs.13000
                  Reason: original transaction of the same amount was made on POS in bimal bengaluru, 29 July 2024 and redebited on July 31 again.. i have raised a complaint two days back and have not received any update. It has happened to many clients MCTF transaction debited without consent. There aren't responding to it. They tell us to follow up with the concerned team.

                    In my hdfc bank account I have seen there was some money deducted due to not maintaining minimum balance after that I deposited some money such that it's more Rs. 10, 000. Even after this money keep deductions due to low balance for previous months and now my balance again went less than 10, 000 thereafter I was deducted lot of money every month. I don't no why this happened eve though I was maintaining correct balance. The bank page says required average monthly balance is 10, 000 but I was never informed about that and they were charging me a lot of money every month. I got my 1st AMB charge in the month of november 22nd 2023 they deducted money 2 times that was 601.80 and 377.87. After this there was another AMB charge on 11th jan 2024 that was Rs.45. As I got to know about this I deposited Rs.11, 000 on 14th jan 2024 after I was deducted money on 7th feb 2024 and so on a lot of money was deducted on 8th feb 2024 and 8th march 2024 and also so on in april.
                    I have attached screenshots for all of these please look at it and give me refund as soon as possible.

                      This side Ritik Gupta I'm holding bank account in HDFC bank ltd and was opened 2 to 3 years back and took the look due to Covid-19 and already did the payment but still my account still in -tive state when I visited the branch they told me there is no due and for further details please connect with customer case but when I've connected with the Customer care they told to connect with the branch but no response from there end.

                          The documents for the NRI CUSTOMER UPDATE FORM FOR RE-KYC have been submitted by and twice in person and at least twice by email. Our account has been blocked for two months and we still have not received any response from the bank. My wife has been to the Vrindavan branch in person several times, unfortunately with no result.

                                My loan was closed on 5th June and till date I have not received the NOC. I have been told that my vehicle number is not updated in your records and I need to send the self attested RC copy to loansupport email. I have sent the RC copy 5 times till now but they are keep sending the same email and close the request. They provided phone number for Malkit Lamba but it is also not valid. Could you please help to get it solved at earliest.

                                  Hi,

                                  In the month of March 28th 2024, I have cleared all my balance/debt, and No Due certificate is also issued. But I have applied for a loan and came to know that Cibil bureaus it is still reflected as "Settled or Written Off" previous state.
                                  In the month of April/May/June, I have been in touch with HDFC grievance with multiple mails and I hear only that HDFC team has update the credit bureau and it should reflect "NIL" or "Cleared".
                                  Last Grievance[protected] update received by me.
                                  I have informed my lawyer to go on with legal case for providing me false details it is updated. 8th July 2024 when bank people tried to fetch report for loan purpose it is observed the status remains as "Settled" and loan is rejected.

                                  I need an quick update on my consumer complaint here with quick resolution or else led to legal action with notice.

                                      [protected] saving act PERVAIZ AHMAD NAIK my HDFC bank account I had paid all my loan amount in credit card instantly calling Customer care HDFC bank and as advised by them paid all the amount in one go instead of paying 12 months EMI with interest of Rs 34000 tentatively on purchase of Rs 42000 cost of a laptop.Surprisingly I received a EMI OFFUS charges of rs16479 as credit card bill kindly investigate it covering the truth.
