MISLEADING INFORMATION

I RECIEVED a call at my mobile no. [protected], from hdfc credit cards division and i was offered to convert my whole outstanding balance into emi's, so that i get rid off the finance charges that gets incured every month on the card, i agreed to tht, next day an executive came to sign a particular document regarding the same i did that, after 10-12 days i called customer service to enquire the status of the same and i was told that there...

Did not receive salary yet from last 3 months

I am employee of HDFC bank in marketing sector.
I was appointed on 1 July 2008 as a Contract sales Executive.
My job code is CG09067.

I worked with this bank till 15 september 2008.
The matter is that i didn't receive my salary yet.
Which i am legally liable to get.
My one months salary is RS.6500
And my 2 months and 15 days salary is remain which is not given by departmet.br...

Stop Payment Instruction

I have preclosed my personal loan with ICICI Bank and IngVysya Bank. I was told by the two banks that i need to contact my banker to give a stop payment as the current month's ECS would hit the SB Account. They mentioned that the closure letter would be mailed to me within 15 days. As per their suggestion I visited HDFC Bank, where i hold an SB Account and the ECS was getting cleared every month with a request letter to stop payment...

Account Payee cheque cleared in wrong name

Hi,
I have a savings account with HDFC Bank.
I had a cheque received account payee (crossed) in my name drawn and i deposited (on 15th June 2008)it in hdfc Malad Link road near mindspace branch atm. by mistake in filled the credit card no. of my brother in the account no. column. the card is in suspense status as my brother has closed the card.

I had applied for a credit card though HDFC bank, meanwhile you had send it to me also through Blue Dart Couriear, the AWB No. for my card is :-[protected]. It has not been deliverd to me, Kindly look at this issue and help me out.

Not providing loose check leafs

I have applied for the check book with HDFC banks online portal and that showed me that it would take 4 days to get the check book, now when I called their customer service and they are telling me that it would take 7 working days. I need 5 checks urgently when I approached the bank they are telling me that they could not provide any loose leafs and the check book will take 7 working days, I am getting loses in my business....

About my original Insurance papers

I have my Car od account (CIN=[protected] recently opened.
I have received my RC totally in damaged form. not only that They have not returned my original for Insurance paper. I have telephoned at least three times[protected] . Every time they have taken my mobile/ Res. no. and said they will get back to me They have not yet contacted me nor they have informed about whereabout of my original Insurance paper....

Problem with the Banking operation in Branch Code – 282

I am very unfortunate to late you that having A/c in a branch of yours in Konnagar I am getting harassed day in and day out. Here are three instances which has changed my life towards Neorocycosis.

I am getting daily or mostly one call in 2 days
I have informed the team not to call for any loan and OD and credit cards.
It is causing the issue to my mental health, and I am not able receive important call.
I have kept my phone in silent mode and missing calls from my mother.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Last time when I went for an account conversion, i asked clearly about the charges for my debit card, and Priyanka told me that due to this conversion of your account, no annual fee will get deducted for the first year, today morning you people have deduct it.

    I am just fed up of you people, because you say something else and do something else. In case you want me to forward these mail to senior authorities, I can very well do that.

    So, reverse my amount. Attached is the screenshot of the deduction, reverse it. Or else i won't mind shutting this account and would give the reason o[censored]nprofessional behavior of your bank.

    Customers are not free enough to visit to the branch everytime to solve this nuisance and when mail is dropped than your staff threaten by asking again and again "why did you drop a mail", something that i faced .

    Return this amount or this time I will take strict action against your branch.

      Hi Sir/Madam,

      Am holding a imperia account with good transaction. And I applied for home loan though I am eligible got approval for that they mislead on products and the employee nagaraj behaved so ridiculous, he gave me wrong mod on the registration date he behaved like gundas and saying u can't get a loan cheque and me wait for 5 hours with retired IAS Senior citizens.

        Hi Team,

        I am having fastag account with HDFC bank (Login ID: MH14GS1932). On 24th December, I had done a fastag recharge of 2000/- INR but it got failed. Next day, 25th December, I did a recharge of 1000/- INR and it got successful. For both the transactions mode of payment was ICICI Net Banking.
        Till today, I haven't received the failed transaction amount back to my ICICI account.

        I am attaching the bank transaction statement and fastag account payment history. Kindly update me when I will get my money back.

        I raised complaint to HDFC portal ([protected]@1pay.in) but they haven't provided any justification on this issue.

        Please help me resolve my issue as its been 5 months and my money is not been refunded yet.

        Here is my ticket which i raised from HDFC Fastag portal[protected].
        As per there latest response. they told me that the recharge was successfully credited to my account but that was the second transaction which I did the next day.
