i am Gaurav, i have got fraud with HDFC debit card date on 06 Apr 19 17:32
physical debit card with me. but don't know how to withdraw 22000/- in my a/c ( 10000/- 10000/- & 2000/- BOI PAHARGANJ NEW DELHI.
I have complaint with bank Ref No MUM[protected] but now 10 days days over not any respond from bank side.

        My name castro Mb and I am a Hdfc credit card holder past 3 years

        As I had some personal problems and loose of my job was not able to pay my card on time but even tho I was paying my credit card dues I got a call from mahesh and his number ending [protected]
        Regarding the payment I was very clear that I will do the payment on 29 th if this month in spite of me telling him he started abusing me in very wrong manner and very wrong words like I ##, what ur mother is a both or what, for how many dad u have etc etc and I was telling him very clearly don’t use those words and don’t talk to me like u don’t have right to talk like that even tho he started abusing me more in very bad words I request you plz take a action on this and the person who was talking to me like this am dam sure he has some personal problems and he is showing that anger to the customer

            2500 was credited to my account on april 14th through phone pe app and i have checked with the phone pe support team they have transferred the amount from their end. Also the sender has received an update on hdfc account and even the amount is debited from their account and even the account statement has been updated as debited for them. I was notified on phone pe that my account was credited with 2500 but hdfc statement does not show any details as amount credited neither i have received it.

                Today at hdfc atm i was about to withdraw money but during cash receiving moment atm power went off and cash deducted from my account and not credited yet, the person at atm somehow manage to take out the card from the atm but told me cash to be credited which not yet happened, kindly help me to get back my 5k cash as I need it urgently.

                Why my claim won't work ? Why ur atm have no facility of power backup? Why people are working in atm not put board outsite work in progress? Don't u people think security of people money? It should be credited automatically as transaction was failed. I am very upsate with it service.

                However I have raised complaint to icici bank for claiming from u and please maintain some ethics in atm, don't allow person in atm while people withdrawing money and if work in progress put atm shutdown.

                    I had salary account in hdfc bank, after i left my job due to no salary credit for 3 months, my account turn to be normal saving account. And bank started to levy penalty for non maintenance of minimum balance and deducted my money.
                    But even after reaching zero balance in my account bank keeps on levying penalty and as of today my account shows negative balance (-10k).

                    But as per rbi guidlines.
                    Rbi/2014-15/308 dbr. Dir. Bc. No.47/13.03.00/2014-15

                    Any bank can not levy penalty charges if balance reach zero as per rbi.

                    Now i want to close my account but still bank officials says to pay penalty

                      We are getting rental for an edc machine tid[protected] which is not installed with us. When we complained to the bank, they are giving us a monotonous reply that its installed with us and we need to check our premises.

                      When we asked for transaction/ service history to prove that machine is installed with us, they are not able to provide the same. We want refund of the entire wrongly charged rental along with service charge, service tax/ gst and interest.

                      I have looped in the managing director (Hdfc bank) also in my mails, but to my surprise there is no response from his team also.

                      Hdfc bank has got really pathetic and insensitive over the years.

                        I just want to understand whats the problem with your bank.. With the said reference to the application for credit card status showing declined. I have not applied my own but ur representatives called me and asked for card, so that i provided all the requirements what they asked that too 2 times ur executive came to me to collect documents (One is asusual and second time after the decline of the card) see i have very good cibil score and 100% on time payments related to all my existing card.. And i have offers from other bank cards.. But hdfc seems customers are fools by their irresponsible agenda, in ur website i am at least unable to go for customer care to speak up whats the issue! Monopoly is not good for instance..

                        Expecting some reply, if you approve the card or that left to you guys but give me a valid reason upon that i have to decide in future whether to use ur services or not..

                            This is regarding fraud transaction from hdfc bank to apspdcl online electricity bill payment. From the month of feb, march, april total 842+1051+793 amount has been deducted automatically by system with out my knowledge. I raised the same concern to hdfc support. They gave a weird answer like it is the mistake from my end. I asked for proof, but no response from them. I attached the screen shots of mail conversations as well. I escalated this issue top level management like managing director (Mail id i found in google, not sure it is valid mail id or not.), no response.

                            Please help me in this case.

                                I had already paid my Airtel mobile bill amounting to 506 INR on 2nd of April. A revised bill by Airtel was sent of amount INR 571 was sent to me for which I intended to pay the differential amount in next month. However the entire amount of INR 571 was debited from my HDFC credit card via smart pay to Airtel on 15th April. However the end date of payment was till 21st April. No notification was sent to me before making the debit so that I can make the necessary changes. Now I am facing double payment issue. I raised a complaint to revert the INR 571 amount debited from my credit card. But yet it is unanswered by the customer care team of HDFC. I have simple question don't you cross check with the payee or the vendor before making the payment. If we don't notice the payments there may be multiple double payment in various customers' accounts.

                                  why am i being charged month on month for one assist. i have never opted for it. what is going on? cancel it ASAP. credit card ends in 2125. i do not live in India anymore. resolve this asap. i have tried contacting you several times and i have never been able to reach out to anyone with any solution. i should get the confirmation by the end of the day!

                                  10421 Rs. deducted from my credit card but not showed paid to school fee. I did transaction on08/04/2019 to pay for school fee and it shows the deduction but actual transaction did not happen.
                                  I received this message:

                                  ALERT:Rs.199.00 spent via CREDIT Card xx1535 at AMAZON1258399 on[protected]:13:53:33 without PIN/OTP.Not you?Call [protected].

                                  I have not done this transaction and I'm not getting any option to report this transaction on the number mentioned. It only has option to block card.
                                  We send 2 consignment against awb no J[protected] and J991Z156733 but yet its not been delivered.

                                    Today I visit the Bengaluru HDFC branch (RBI Layout) located at JP Nagar 7th Phase . The person at the front help desk (A telugu speaking person) was busy talking to few women (Telugu speaking) and totally ignored me . I have no issue to what language he speaks or where he is from . I gave it a good 15 minutes and he was least bothered . When I finally took courage to ask him to tend to me, he didn't even pay heed and treated me like i'm in a cheap bank without any standards . I then asked him to please listen to my request and then he just walks off . Then a higher position banker came to the counter is who asked if what I want. I raised my complaint stating that this attendant at the desk didn't even bother to listen to my request (I had to just have a document stamped with my bank details) and then lies on my face stating that he told me to wait . While I replied stating that he never even bothered to listen to me 2-3 times when AI showed my document to him and he blatantly says " if you have hearing problem then it is not my problem". I was shocked in the way he spoke to me and was appalled in his crude low thug behavior . While the higher positioned banker was right there and he was just letting this attender speak more rude things and insult a customer and then tells me to stop talking back to the attender ? He wants me to stop talking to fight my own dignity by supporting his staff who behaved like a thug . What in the world has HDFC bank come to to hire such uncouth people who treat customers worse than a dog ? I never ever have encountered such behavior from anyone who treated me this way . I hold an HDFC salary account for 10 years and have been a loyal customer . I am really in shock on how I was treated and would this to be addressed . I need this to be escalated and he people responsible for this to be answerable . I will not have any other paying customer be treated this way .

                                      I have got a call from HDFC bank for Credit card about a month ago, they told me about the offers and benefits then asked about my salary details. After confirming my eligibility for Credit card there representative visited my place filling in form and took all my required documents. Couple of days later i got SMS with my ref number. then got 2 3 verification calls one my Mobile and office numbers. I have received as letter from bank to which i have to acknowledge with my NAME/CONTACT NUMBER/ADDRESS details. I did that.

                                      Then thereafter i have not received any further update from bank not a mail or call. Then i called up customer care to enquire about the status. They simply said my application is declined, when i asked for the reason, the answer was don't know or cannot tell you.
                                      This is pathetic and stupid answer, being eligible with authenticate documents they are not giving any reason for my application decline.

                                      I am highly disappointed with HDFC bank service and Customer care support.
                                      Pathetic pathetic.
