I got a call from hdfc bank for recruiting. They asked me to pay money for security and stuff. I paid it. Then aaking for lot more money. I refused to give. Now they are not returning my money. Plz help.. I am out with lot of money. Here are the details.

    I blocked my debit card on 8th january. After that i applied for new debit card in the hdfc bank and got new debit card

    The person at bank activated that card in my current account instead of mysaving account.

    From that time i am going to bank everyday they tell me that it will get resolved i don't have to worry for 1 week after that he told me that i need to fill a form and it will be changed in 3 days

    Again i have to go to the bank and call him everyday. Now i am told that it is on hold. I have used services in other banks also and have never faced such worst management. It is 4th week now and i have to go to bank and call them everyday still my issue is not resolved

        I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1350/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

          Last time i received call from hdfc department about payment and paid all the amount to close card. But few days back i received a call after almost a year that i have balance payment of around 5000 something. I called cust care and they informed that after my payment there was a balance of 400 rs something on that they applied interest and all charges and now it is 5000.in my life first time i used hdfc services. It made me literally cry that i have paid almost double n triple amount of what i used and even after the complete payment it is not let me leave my life. It's just unbearable that for rs 400 they did not call for a year and now informing to pay 5000. I just can not pay it. Kindly assist. I have never faced this kind of cheat or fooling people situation. I can't make a payment of 5000 for the balance of 400 rs. Please please please... Request you to provide proper solution as i can not bear this much money.

          We wish to clarify that, as you are aware payment of atleast the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Hence, we request you to effect payment towards the total amount due within the payment due date to avoid further levy of charges.

          On 8 th Jan myntra refund my amount but till now I didn't get my refund in my account.
          I was personal loan from hdfc bank which was closed on march 2017. I dont receive any No Dues Certificate from bank. Also account status shows closed but current balance shows 30657. my loan account number is 26938029.

            Hello there,

            Please note a payment made by me on 02/jan/2018 is not credited in my credit card account.

            For this i am struggling with hdfc bank and given them proof of payment also but no credit has been given to me till now.

            In addition to above i am getting calls from call centers asking to deposit money and each time i am asking them to please credit above amounts but they have no clues and only asking / pressuring me to deposit money.

            I am getting a regular call from cell no [protected] a girl she told me name as archana chug and given her mail id archana. [protected]@hdfcbank.com
            Is calling me constantly and asking so many details such as bank you paid id no amounts, mail id etc. I have a strong doubt about authenticity of her positions in hdfc bank.

            On the same time i have written so many mails to hdfc website mail id and asked them to resolve the issue but its always a reply of delaying matter is coming and matter is still hanging some where.

            They are always pressuring me to pay some amount, even that i have already paid full bill amount. Also putting financial charges in my bill.

            I am using hdfc card for more than 10 years and never delayed any credit card payments, this you can also check in your records.

            Kindly look into matter and help me to come out of this stressful conditions and take a strong action against hdfc bank for not managing their operations correctly.

              This is Kamal preet Kaur. 4 yrs ago, I had a credit card with # [protected]. I was over charged with high interest rate, I kept complaining. When noone resolved my issue, i stopped making further payments. Then, finally one person suggested that if he will wave off some amount if I pay in lumpsump and close the card. I did the same and paid Rs. 29000 on 22/06/13 and got the card closed. He said he will issue NOC and i wont face any issues in future for any loans or cards. This guy and the bank deceived me as the letter they issued showed amount settled on my CIBIL. It's been 4 yrs and all my applications for loans and credit cards keep getting rejected. You have made me your prisoner. If you don't resolve my issue now I will go to social media and file a case against you.

                I opened a new salary account in your kalyan branch hdfc bank on 12th jan but till date i didn't received the welcome kit. Your representative (Mr. Shashank) called me in 19th jan regarding for my sign is not match in pan card sign after visiting i verify my pan card sign & fill form for new sign after that your representative told me your kit is dispatched 4-5 days in your home address but still i didn't received any kit from your bank....

                Hi, this is very disappointing that i have been trying to call for a reversal of an amount. I had actually taken a consumer loan against a phone for which the emi was delayed i had called the consumer durable team to come and take the payment for inr 3636/- but i paid inr 3650/-, but due to their negligence they had not updated the same in the records and debited inr 4167/-. I had visited the bank and they had no clue as i had a valid receipt for the payment made and i also spoke to the manager and she had provided me a number for ms. Sangeeta tiwari[protected] on 15th jan and she assured me that the amount will be refunded. But till date neither she had called me nor the refund is their and i have written to hdfc bank but still no response. I will be posting this forward to the mouth shut if i don't get the refund, i am very upset and will not recommend hdfc to anyone for sure.

                  Hi,

                  This is to inform that there was an deduction of rs 5162 towards inter-brn cash chg incl gst 170118 on 22nd jan 2018 from my account for withdrawing x lakh through cheque on 17th jan 2018.

                  This charges which was applied was not informed to me by any of the representative at the time of withdrawal and was agreed by hdfc0002377 bank officials (Abdul and anil) that this was their fault.

                  I have been called by suchitra (Similar name) from hdfc whitefield branch - hdfc2377 and told the money will be reversed and later on the same day i received the call from bank manager - murali subramaniam imposing on that iam the person who is telling lie. He was faulty accusing on me of telling lies so immediately i travelled to the respective branch to speak to branch manager. The branch manger called everyone linked towards this – anil, cashier support lady and jackson. Then again i narrated full scenario in front of them and to the bank manager.

                  Nobody had anything to say. Mr. Anil who was the cashier that day is telling “i might have told you” and the bank manager is narrating based on that “he has told” – that means iam telling lies - this is clearly not acceptable. It is falsely accusing the customer and showing no interest on what the customer has to say. The bank manger should be moderate, he should be a problem solver not problem creator. He does not have rights to behalf indecently with the customer.

                  Please return the deducted amount of rs 5162 to my account. I want the full amount to be returned without deducting any gst or charges as this is purely the negligence from the hdfc0002377 side and share the details on which date amount will be reverted.

                      I am subhikshaa ganesh and i had opened a salary account with hdfc bank, besant nagar, chennai branch during feb2017. I quit my job during may2017 and my account has been non-operational since then. It has since been converted to a savings account and presently there's a negative balance of rs.2150/-. I found employment with another organization during dec2017. When i approached the bank then, i was informed by an executive there that it could be converted back to salary account and that the negative charges would be waived. I submitted all the necessary documents they asked for during december itself. I have been following up with emails since then but the negative balance still exists and when i approached the bank today, they informed me that the charge cant be waived. Salary accounts become non-operational due to unemployment and i dont comprehend this policy of the bank in levying such a huge amount on an account that is held by an unemployed person. I request you to take up this issue and resolve it at the earliest.

                        With reference to above subject, it is to inform you that some information leaked from your bank related to our policy no. 16285046 & some unknown person fraud called to me as hdfc agent & debited rs. 23000 from me. It is highly regretted because of leaked information from your side i am facing financial problem.
                        It is a big fraud & very much shameful also for your company to leaked information and also subject to your security.

                          I availed the below offer and purchanged for 80, 000 on 8th dec 2017.

                          Credit card + tanishq: purchase 80k for 5% cashback, max 4k cashback

                          I have still not recieved the cashback.

                          I called the customer care just now and talked to neelam but they have not idea about this offer.

                          This is totally unexpectable behaviour and i am thiking of closing my hdfc credit card.

                            Hey don't go for hdfc bank at all. They are not at all customer centric, me being 7 years old customer with a saving account, but i will say that these people will never help you. Today i was trying to book flight tickets from make my trip, we entered my husband's credit card as we r a jet privilege member, so we wanted to take miles benefit, but whenever entering it was giving an error stating invalid card. I called up the customer care 4 times for the same reason but they said the card is active, try after sometime, as expected they didn't had a proper answer so. I went back after sometime and it again gave me the same error. So i logged into smart buy so that i can try using other applications, but there was no option to enter credit card details then i called up the customer care again, i spoke with ashish yadav, associate created his own iternary just to check if he is getting this option to pay via cc or not, he was also not getting so he told me to select netbanking, after logging in i will get an option to select my credit card, so i thought to login back into make my trip, there i clicked netbanking so that i will get an option to select card as customer care associate told me but after logging in i didn't got any option and the payment was directly deducted. No otp no card selection nothing. So the associate fooled me, if you don't have the knowledge then why do u give fake information to customers. Post that i called mmr as my booking was confirmed and i. Never wanted to make the payment by netbanking. Mmt was ready to help me completely but they told they cannot revert the convenience charge as it was charged by the bank rest they will refund, when i called the bank to explain what happened, i asked for a waiver of convenience. Fees so that i can do a fresh booking from cc just bcoz of the benefits and i m a frequent flyer but they totally denied it and said that i made the incorrect choice and they can't do. Anyhting apart from regretting
                            It was just a matter of rs 545 for them. We spoke with floor supervisor also but he was also useless as there associate. These people never try to retain there customer he said he is ok if i close the account and take any action. He said it's my call, they r not even bothered. Bcoz of all this i didn't get any benefit, i spent rs 7300 without any benefit. I would have used my debit card but just bcoz the associates misguided my payment was done through net banking which is of no use. So i will be switching the bank account and credit card to kotak or icici, at least they value there customer. Pls don't go for hdfc at all. I am writing all this bcoz there behavior is intolerable, they r hanging up the calls.

                              Dear sir, my name is binapani keisham i have raised so many complaints regarding about my credit card blocking and charging an amount on every month without using it. I am really fed up of hdfc credit card bank since the day one i apply this card i am facing lots of problem, they are charging me without my knowledge and even after telling them to deactivate the plan and blocking the card, still its pending and didnt get any revert from hdfc bank. I wrote so many emails and phone calls to customer care but nothing is happened. I am really disappoint with the hdfc bank service.

                                This is in reference to fraud transaction in my account no.*
                                Of rs. 75000. Today i was aware about this issue through a msg on my registered number. Kindly look and matter and take necessary action to refund my amount at earliest. Also these transaction were done using atm card but the original atm card is under my custody. How these can happen??
                                Is this is case of duplicate atm??
                                If yes then bank has to refund this is amount on immediate basis. As this is a responsibility of bank to secure bank balance of a account holder.

                                  I have a car loan running with hdfc bank loan number #47506533 vehicle reg dl1cw6374. Last month my emi cheque was bounced on 7th, now according to your policy it was supposed to be presented in bank after 10-15 days but it was presented after 7 days and it happended for the 4 times in that same month after every 7 days the cheque got presented even after i had a word with one of your collegue that i would be paying the emi on 27th, now because of this illogical action which was even against your bank's policy i have to pay penalty to my bank for the charges of cheque bouncing 4 times. Who is reeponsible for this stupidity? This is the first time i have taken services from hdfc bank and i am highly dissapointed with this, i demand the waiver of the penalty or any other way because i dont deserve to pay that penalty. I would be paying penalty of 750 to hdfc bank for cheque bouncing and 1300 to my bank. Is this the way your bank works by making fool out of your customer, i need imediate response in this or else i would take this matter further

                                    Hi team,

                                    I had made the payment from hdfc credit card, and after 15 days i treid to payback the due amount. However, i was facing an error while doing a transaction and also i never received any statement in last year 2017. So i made a complaint to customer care. After calling several times in 2 months they resolved that error of transaction. And then why they are penalizing me for the finance charges. I m not going to pay those extra rs 3000 as a finance charges. I will just pay my that amount for which i hv made the payment.

                                    Kindly provide the resolution.

                                      Hi,

                                      I called many times to hdfc bank complaint department hyderabad 6160 6161 to log a complaint and i found that they are just playing around with customers. Thats not the way to treat the customers. They are picking the call and just looping back to menu options where it again starts with selecting the options from beginning.

                                      Again i reached the complaint department and they did the same. It happend for more than 5 times.

                                      I called them from 2:00pm - 2:30 pm on jan 28, 2018.

                                      Do they thing its a joke?
                                      They don't care about customers?
                                      What for they are getting paid?
                                      Don't they respect customer's time?

                                      I never expected this from hdfc back, and this is the worse experience i ever had with hdfc.

                                      I belive complaints department should act more better tan anyone else.
