Dear Sir/Madam,

I was not aware regarding One Assist or Unintentionally they debited the amount of Rs1399/-
now when i contact with them then they told they will refund only Rs.400 out of Rs1399/- which is given discount for one year protect but i was requested them for minimum 50% refund but they deny and i am not interested regarding their plan. Now they are cheating with me only they are giving Rs.400 out of Rs.1399/- and i am not satisfied with consumer.

Please help me HDFC Bank cause I'm your loyal custer since 2013 and till now...

Today i got HDFC Credit card Statement date[protected] which HDFC debited Rs.1899/- One Assist Membership Fee even i didnot subscribe One Assist but HDFC Bank debit the amount without given any message or any notification which is not professional at all!

Please i am requesting here to Unsubscribe from my account and refund the same as soon as possible.
