After paying for amazon product in online transcition.. My money of 7435 is deducted from my account but after few minutes transcition is declined due to some technical issues.. Sep 30, 2016 MsChahat's response Dear sir, This is in reference to application no. 42601060, I have applied personal loan on 21/08/2016 by Mr.sumeet kumar for meeting of some work in your bank after discussing all paper related matter with him.now your sanctioning authority is rejected my case without given any details of it. The transaction (i[censored]nclaimed by merchant) will be reversed to your account as per VISA / MasterCard turnaround time of 16 days. Incase, if transaction is not reversed on 16 day, kindly submit a Charge-back complaint along with the proof immediately that you attempted to resolve the dispute with merchant i.e. any e-mail communication or letter, etc.. Please fill in the Card holder Dispute Form. Please note that to initiate dispute for the mentioned transaction a signed customer dispute form with exact nature of dispute is a must to take up the matter with the acquiring bank. Kindly provide the dispute form duly filled and signed by account holder in this regard. You can send the duly filled and signed CDF form on the Fax number or address mentioned on the form or e-mail us the scan copy at [protected]@hdfcbank.com.
