I have did an online complaint reference i'd 1121186 on july 29th later i have called customer care many times but no response from them worst service from hdfc customer care.     Hi,
    My company opened salary account in HDFC in 2015, after 3 months i quit the job and joined another company from then, i stopped using HDFC Account created by the old company in which worked in.now i got a message saying that your account is debited for 640 rs. When i logged into the Account i can see a negative balance of 3313 rs, how can you do this without any Notification ? I dont want to pay this penalty..Please help me..

      I getting frequent calls from various branches of bangalore regarding personal loans. I got almost 250-300 calls since 1 year. Everytime different branch and when i ask details of employee they simply cut the call. Sometimes they say they remove my number from database. It was always good to call if i required loan once in 3months not like everyday and irritating. Seems like scam i thought. So can you please take action. I'll provide my details of phone no in private as i already fed of with hdfc unwanted calls atleast 5 per week.

        I got a call from this number +[protected] the representative asked me if i need a credit card. I clearly said no and asked him to remove my number from their database he asked me to visit the bank and get my number removed. It is pathetic, at first i never asked them to give me a call, and now they are telling me to visit personally and remove my name.

          We note that the transaction is debited from our end. The transaction (i[censored]nclaimed by merchant) will be reversed to your account as per VISA / MasterCard turnaround time of 16 days.

          Incase, if transaction is not reversed on 16 day, kindly submit a Charge-back complaint along with the proof immediately that you attempted to resolve the dispute with merchant i.e. any e-mail communication or letter, etc.. Please fill in the Card holder Dispute Form. Please note that to initiate dispute for the mentioned transaction a signed customer dispute form with exact nature of dispute is a must to take up the matter with the acquiring bank.

          Kindly provide the dispute form duly filled and signed by account holder in this regard. You can send the duly filled and signed CDF form on the Fax number or address mentioned on the form or e-mail us the scan copy at [protected]@hdfcbank.com.

            I have been working with HDFC Bank ltd for the last ten years. I had resigned from this job on 4th Sep. 2016. But I have not resigned of my own free will. I was constrained to tender my resignation as I could not bear the harassment being meted out by Kapil Sir any more. The mental and physical torture, the extent of overtime in office was hurting my family life and mental peace.

            As of now I do not have an alternate job and that is why I will serve my entire notice period.

            I had received a mail from the Exit Team on 06.09.2016 wherein they asked me to fill and submit a Hard copy of an undertaking format.
            It was clearly mentioned in that format that without the undertaking my salary for the m/o September would not be released. I have clearly mentioned therein that my date of relieving would be 04.12.2016.

            If my salary can be released on the basis of that undertaking it further implies that my last date of working is 04.12.2016. Today, i had received a mail from Mr Kapil bansal that 5th Oct is my last working day. How is it that the management has suddenly changed its decision.

            I need time to find alternative gainful employment and hence need to serve my notice period. Pls help

              Hi,
              My name is Sagar Bhise. I joined a company in the year 2014 and that company opened my salary account in HDFC bank in 2015 but didn't gave any basic terms and conditions of salary account also fill the demat and trading account form.(I closed the demat and trading account now). I left that job after few month because of study reason. At that time my account balance was less than Rs.10, 000 and after 1 year i saw that Rs. negative 4136 is being charged on my account as deduction. It happend without any notification or SMS, my salary account they directly converted into saving account. I am totally shocked and worrying about the same. I went to home branch to close this account but the bank member(manager/cleark) avoid to take a form they told me to pay negative balance.

              Can You please suggest me any way that what should I do. Can it be waived or I will have to pay all these amount..

                Sir, I applied home loan with Munirka Branch of HDFC through their representative namely Mr Sumit Kumar and Mr Ashok Kumar. After lapse of more than 07 months Mr sumit Kumar MSG me you withdraw your loan application as Credit Officer Miss Gunjan not sanction your loan. Sir all required documents already submitted by me and found correct as stated by Mr Sumit Kumar and accordingly he was commitment to me your loan was sanction with in 10 to 15 days. But after elapse of considerable time I contact to Mr sumit kumar regarding not sanctioning of my loan then he reply me "sir please provide your May month salary slip after providing the same Mr Sumit Kumar and Mr Ashok Kumar again asked bank statement of last six month and pay slip of June month. ( Bank Statement of Last Six already provided by me during the submission of documents) As my bank AC running at SBI bikaner a fee of Rs 350 charged by SBI CGO Complex for providing bank statement . After provide the same they again asked pay slip of Month of July after providing the same they again asked pay slip of Aug Month and Sept Month. Representative of HDFC Bank Miss Gunjan Batra, Sumit Kumar and Ashok Kumar harassing me Presently I am serving in Border Security Force and I have very Bad experienced of working style of HDFC Bank employees. Keeping in view of my problem a appropriate action have been taken against him above stated persons.

                    We are preferred customer of hdfc bank shankar nagar bank. There is a false information given by the branch staff at the time of account opening. Our nre and nro accounts have been charged heavily inspite of fulfilling all the criteria of preferred banking. Kindly reverse the unnecessary charges levied so that we can use the accounts. Amount of rs. 12000/- has been levied for no reason. For branch staff inabilities we are not going to pay. Also, when we want to contact the branch staff, he is not available for different excuses. Kindly resolve urgently.

                      Hi this is Rajitha and my credit card number is [protected] had a credit limit of Rs20000 which was a due to bank and people from hdfc bank reached my home to collect the same and spoke a settlement amount of Rs5000 to close the card on april 2016 but that was not done, and 22000 was deducted from my account till july and again for the same reason again 28000 is kept on hold in October 1st. For this reason I have contacted their customer's care several times in this number [protected] they said they cant relese this amount insted 3times they convinced me as arranging me a call back but its 3days late and I dint receive any calls yet, they also have these contact numbers [protected] velu, [protected]naresh, [protected],[protected] and few more numbers, No one picks the call in these numbers. Pls help me to get back my rs50000, as I am ready to settle this card in april2016 itself.

                        OTP, OTP, OTP, OTP. EVERYTHING WITH OTP and that useless stupid otp comes only to mobile. You guys want your customers to die when they abroad?
                        This is like hell. Feeling irritated to be HDFC customer. I can't add beneficiary, can't do netbanking, can't do imps transfer. Don't you guys know we have email ID?
                        Why the hell do you guys need my email ID then?
                        Suffering a lot because of having useless HDFC NetBanking.

                        OTP OTP ...disgusting! Unable to do netbanking online purchases because of OTP system through mobile number. HDFC must send OTP on registered email of customers. We receive promotional, unwanted emails from you. Why dont you send OTP on my email id to enable transactions.

                          HDFC has done this fraudulent act by making me a fool by not passing me the loan ! first of all HDFC promised me that it will make sure that it will pass the loan for B KHATA and by buttering me the agent took the lump-some amount of 14000 by cheque ! after two months i get an email stating that the loan cant be passed because of my site being a B KHATA ! if thats the case the associate person could have informed me while taking 14000? right ? he didn't ! now what i want is the amount which i have paid to them (14000) with interest ... only because of you guys i had to pay the token amount for the site ! which is also because of your fault ! make sure the action takes place at the right time or else it wont be a good deal ...this issue can be proceed ahead to consumer court as well !

                            1.HDFC credit card doesn't provide/disclose the service tax it is levying on one of its smart pay options which it advertises as very convenient option for paying your bills.
                            2. They levy service and other charges making the service expensive, while other service providers give a net cash back on such payments.
                            3. When you try to cancel and delete the billers through smart pay. Though at the top of the section they write ADD/Delete billers, there is no provision to delete them. On searching painstakingly the whole page, in fine print it is written that these can be deleted only through phone banking.
                            4. There are no phone banking call numbers provided in the credit card log in page and otherwise also these numbers are not very well advertised.
                            5. even if you happen to establish contact with phone banking it takes ages to even talk to a single phone banking executive.
                            6. Even if you happen to contatct a single phone banking executive he takes ages to restrain you from cancelling this option again camouflaging the dishonest practices by sweet talk.

                              My name is amit and i applied for hdfc credit card and their representative called me and took all my details, and then one guy came to my house and collected my existing credit card (Axis bank) pencil mark, my existing credit card statement, address proof, pan, signature on form etc. The hdfc bank representative assured me that i would get credit card on the basis of existing credit card (I have axis bank credit card for three years and never got into any trouble)

                              After that, i got call for verification which i verified successfully and they told me to wait for few days and you can check your verification on hdfc site. After 15 days, i checked my application status and it was denied.

                              I called hdfc customer care that why my application was denied because i submitted everything like my existing credit card statement, address proof, pan, pencil mark of my existing credit card (Axis bank). They did not give me any answer and cut my call.

                              After that, i did little bit research on internet and found that they are doing this scam for many persons and i got an email from one forum that i should write to [protected]@hdfcbank.com. So, i wrote all details and sent an email to them. I got reply from them that they want to review it again. I said ok.

                              After that, i got call from same representative and again they took all my details. I handled the situation calmly to find out, how hdfc bank is doing fraud to many people and collecting their documents and wasting their time. I wanted to know the outcome of this fraud/scam.

                              Now, one guy came to my house again and took pictures of my house and asked all my details which i verified successfully. After that, again i got call for verification and i verified all my details successfully and i was asked to wait. After that, i got message on my phone they they want to verify me digitally like through connecting my gmail and facebook account to their servers which i did successfully. I got another message that i can check my status on hdfc site. After 10 days, i was denied again, this is second time, guys after doing tons of drams my hdfc bank, i wasted my precious time.

                              Another drama by hdfc bank.

                              I sent an email to [protected]@hdfcbank.com again and asked about why i am denied again. After discussing with them they told me i need to sign on two other documents and sent hard copy to their office through courier. I told them why i need to do this again and again, you already verified me two times.

                              After that, i got call on my phone that one guy would come to my house to get signature on that form. I told them ok. Another guy came to my house and got my signature on that form. Guys this is third time.

                              I got another call for verification and i verified successfully. Again after tons of drama, scam, fraud done in the name of giving credit card they denied my application again.

                              Guys, if you are looking for hdfc credit card never ever go for that, you would waste your precious time, embarassment, your money on phone calls, photocopies etc.

                              I say no to hdfc bank in my life, i got horrible experiences with them.

                                This is Ravi Kishore from Bangalore.
                                I transferred an amount of 10000 from my HDFC to SBI.
                                The amount got deducted but not credited to SBI account.
                                I got a message which states that "your fund transfer for RS.10000 on 01-10-16 is declined due to technical issue at beneficiary bank end.please refer to the beneficiary(imps ref no.[protected]".

                                    I have initiate the IMPS transaction to non HDFC account from my HDFC salaried account. money [50, 000/-]is deducted from account but not credited to the beneficiary account

                                    there is no response from Bank Manager, personal banker and customer care.
                                    relationship Manager is so arrogant that he not even thought to talk to me.

                                    There years of trust is lost in few interaction.

                                      I had opted for click2protect policy from HDFC life 3 months ago. I paid 3 months EMI ( Thank god I haven't paid one year amount ). in the online when i filling the details. I went to medical tests also as they asked also for issuance of policy.

                                      Till date I haven't received any policy documents. Every time I need to call customer care and dropping mails to [protected]@hdfclife. ( They do not have any dedicated phone number or proper channel to interact )

                                      there has been no proper response, .every time they are telling we need height and weight details document and some other info which is already done during the medical examination

                                      Though I have replied more than 10 times to the same repeated pending documents, they Haven't issued the policy.

                                      by this experience, I can say how they will handle claims settlement in case o[censored]ntoward incident.

                                      my suggestion would be don't take any policy with HDFC life. Please see my attached document how many mails communication happened ( I am not attaching all )

                                      whether he will get his insurance claim money or not or the money will go to the hdfc life personal account, give the answer?
