I am kulbir kaur, one of the customer of hdfc bank of (Ghansali branch) reliance corporate park. At the time of opening the account employee confirmed me that my account is a salary account and he also conveyed me that thier won’t be any annual charges of debit card pertaining to this account. But last week my account got debited with rs.885 as annual debit charges fee. And when i approached the hdfc bank, icame to know that my account is not a salary account and i have been issued platinum debit card instead of normal debit card. Iwas misinterpretted regarding my account details. I want my debit card charges to be waived off as soon as possible, and want my account to be converted into salary account. Being a new customer of your branch, every employee need to be loyal regarding the terms and conditions of the products of the bank, instead of misguiding them, only to fulfill your bank targets. It is my request to branch manager to resolve this issue to take this on priority and resolve it
