I am troubling a lot to get though my charges remove from my bank account but hdfc bank is not helping me in rectifying.. They are not even closing the account or refunding my deducting charges which i was promised.
That is only my bread and butter and bank is consuming my money like this means... Where is the justice.
My bank branch is in karthik nagar and nobody is taking care of my issue.. Deepika (Karthik nagar branch employees) assured me that i will get my refund and now she is not responding now and they are keep on charging the maintenance fee though i submit to close the and remove the charges and refund me. Please help me and refund my money.

    Hi,

    I have a salary account in hdfc bank, acc no -[protected]. Bank has issued me a credit card which i would like to get closed. So i visited hdfc bahadurgarh branch on 23 july 2018 to apply for closure of my credit card. They asked me to write an application and submit it which i did. However even after 7 days i have not received any notification from the bank for the same. I tried contacting cusatomer support but seems like they do not entertain such cases. I request you to look into the matter and please proceed for closure of my credir card.

    I am not sure if card has been really closed because I can still see the card listed in active credit cards on HDFC net banking. Please crosscheck the status.

      This is to divert your kind attention on the above mentioned subject. I have some outstanding which i am not able to pay. I told my problem to the bank and executive so many times.

      One executive gaurav ([protected]) who is coming at my place for the past two months, and threaten all females so badly. I sold my jewlery in the month of june and gave him the payment. Again he came on 27th july at 10am and stood till 5pm along with vivek. They all kept on ringing my bell and shouted. Then they went to the landlord and dislosed the amount and all to them.

      Shame on your # who torture people like this, and threaten. I am lodging an fir against them and writing in nhrc.

      We all family people will suicide if you will not stop threatening. We don;t have money to survive you #, and you are threatening like this.

            This is regarding hdfc credit card bill.i have clear all my bill amount was 14800/ in month of November 2017.than i got next month statement amount of 1500/ when i call to customer care they said late fees you have not paid bill on time so you have to pay the late fees.i fallow up to customer care many time for the same but they give another no of credit card collection team that no never connected.than i have raised a complaint against the bill than i got call from credit card team that i have to pay all the due amount that is 6000 almost also the costumer care representative name Amar from delhi office was very rude.i am in deep stress because of this how come on late fees they are adding amount on me.This kind of irresponsible attitude of customer care and their superiors in credit cards division branch has left me feeling mentally harassed .they are continuously incresing my amount payble from Rs 1500 to Rs 6000/since dec 2017 till date and this is despite that my card acct has been blocked. what am i supposed to do. iam planning to take legal action for mental and financial harrassment against the bank.

              My name is Jigisha Mehta and have an account with HDFC for almost 12 to 13 years now.

              On 26th July morning 5:29 am I received an SMS that INR 8, 700 has been debited from my account against chq paid - MICR CTS-Mumbai.

              This is in incorrect debit from my account and would request for a refund of the amount.

              I have been trying to call on the customer care number[protected] since morning today, but have been in queue for 20 - 25 mins, twice and then disconnected.

              Please provide a refund in my account as soon as possible.

                Hdfc credit card application no - [protected]

                I had applied for a credit card in 14/07/2018 and credit card sent by you through blue dart courier (Waybill no : [protected]) at home address (H no 270, gali-6, block-a, kaushik enclav, burari, near hopital ground, new delhi 110084). But unfortunately the blue dart currier has not delivered the credit card to me at the address as mentioned before. There was construction at the house at that address and nobody was present there to collect the courier packet. Thereafter due to non-delivery of courier, the credit card was returned back to the sender’s address of the bank. On 21/07/2018 i went to the hdfc bank to change the old address (H no-270, gali-6, block-a, kaushik enclav, burari, near hopital ground, new delhi 110084) and application was submitted to the bank drobox (Roop nagar, new delhi).in that application new address (2e, kamla nagar, near geeta bhawan, new delhi, 110007) was mentioned. You are now requested to inform me: if you have received the application for change and let me know when i will get the credit card to my new address?

                  I have disputing the some transaction on dated[protected] from Flipkart for Rs. 14446/- ( to purchase Mobile phone) but due to same technical problem the order got cancelled and mail from flipcart has also been received by me, the same is forwarded herewith HDFC Bank for information .                         Hai sir/madam
                        This is syed sharifuddin sameer having loan in hdfc bank on laptop. I forgot to pay installment due to some personal issues. Some hdfc agent called me regarding this late due amount okay i worth it it’s my fault to pay.
                        But the agents from hdfc were talking very badly is that the way to talk to customer. Does we don’t have any respect. Two people spoken to me like this. Rude behavior from the agent is that way people talk to customer i need explanation to this at any case they are from hyderabad.

                        I got two calls both are ladies from same location one call on the date 26th july 2018 evening i don’t know name but i have contact number [protected] and one call on 27th july 2018 morning i know her name she is janshi she called me from this number [protected].

                        I tried to contact customer care department but they are not responding i have attached screenshot of the my call list that is a proof i tried to contact hdfc customer care...

                          I have hdfc fastag using it from 2017. I have requested for card re-issue on 28 may 2018. Made online payment of rs.200 on 3rd july 2018 to sahaj e-village. Payment reference number is[protected]. I have mailed all those details as a reply to that mail. I have not got the card yet and i am calling the customer care since then for help. Even mailed to helpdesk many times but all in vein. I have even mailed to hdfc. [protected]@sahaj.co.in hope i ve my issue solved

                            I am trying since 3 days. I end up at the last page which shows up repearedly. My demat firm/agent is motilal oswal securities ltd (Mosl) who is a member of cdsl.
                            After entering cdsl, mosl and its id [protected]., i am not able to enter my own dp id number. This is the reason why i am unable to subscribe when i am entering my id in the relevant box, the box is not accepting and is blank.
                            Because of this glitch i am not able to subscribe to hdfc amc ipo. If you clarify immediately at least i can apply today. My mobile number [protected].

                                Hi hdfc team,

                                So recently, i joined a new company and as per the company policy they opened an salary

                                Account on hdfc. The sales person persisted me to get the credit card so i applied for hdfc

                                Credit card & submitted all the required documents and information for application form.

                                I was confident of getting my card application approved. After a day or two received

                                Multiple sms regarding credit card processing, one of those sms was this :
                                "dear applicant your hdfc bank credit card app ref no [protected]n1 is approved in

                                Principle subject to internal checks"

                                But few days later i received mail from bank that they are incapable to process my

                                Application without specifying any reason. Following is the mail:

                                Dear sir/madam,
                                Subject : your credit card application reference no. [protected]n1
                                Thank you for your interest in hdfc bank credit card.

                                "we wish to inform you that your application has been considered in line with the bank's

                                Internal credit policy (Which is based on a combination of financial and related criteria

                                And/or statistically determined scores to assess credit eligibility) and operating/credit

                                Processes (Which include a combination of verifications, credit bureau reports and

                                Document verifications). We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your

                                Application as it does not meet the above mentioned internal criteria of the bank.

                                Please be assured that our inability to approve the credit card application does not

                                Reflect in anyway on your credit standing or your financial stability."

                                What a # response to my application..! If someone is reading this message from hdfc

                                Credit risk team, have the guts to send me the specific reason for rejection.

                                It is really disappointing that after collecting all the docs and verifications still not

                                Giving the reason. This also makes feel insecure about our document to be miss used like

                                Pan card, aadhar card, bank statements, pay slips as all these are private properties.

                                So hoping to get some solution.

                                  Hdfc bank promised to give rs 10000/- cashback for iphone x on debit card loan within 90days

                                  I have also paid all the emi, i have also visited store and meet the hdfc finance guys but no one is helping on that issue,
                                  From last 3 month they are just saying in another 5 working days you will get your cash back.
                                  I am feeling i got cheated by hdfc and reliance digital store

                                  In the bill also it's clearly mentioned the same. Now it's been around 6months but i have not yet received the cashback,

                                  Each time i call them they ask for 5days of time with a new complaint number but after 5days there will be of no solution to my complaint.

                                  Now i feel like getting cheated from hdfc on this aspect. I have not idea how to complain on this aspect so, i am raising a concern here.

                                    I was working in tech mahindra and the salary account for me was in hdfc bank. (Savings account).

                                    I have started the account in 2014 when i joined the company, and left the job in 2017. Hence from the time i left the job no salary was credited and few months later, my account was inactive.

                                    I have never maintained a minimum balance in the account as it was not mandatory and was specified as a '0' balance account.
                                    Now the bank has imposed a negative balance of -5005.64/- in my account as a part of non maintenance of minimum balance or inactive account.

                                    According to below rbi circular, i was not informed about imposing negative balance so that i couldn't close my account.

                                    Levy of penal charges on non-maintenance of minimum balances in savings bank accounts all scheduled commercial banks (Excluding rrbs)

                                    "The RBI had in 2014 revised its guidelines for banks imposing penal charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance in a savings bank account. Subsequently, with effect from April 1, 2015, it had asked banks not to take undue advantage of customer difficulty or inattention and to give an advance notice to the customer before deducting charges from their bank balance. It had asked banks to send notice either by SMS, email or a letter. "

                                    And Please let me know that if,
                                    the Bank reserves the right to change the status of Salary Account to Savings Regular Account without any intimation to the account holder/me and the Terms & Conditions as applicable to the HDFC Bank Savings Regular Account

                                    How the customer get to know about account status before going negative?

                                      Recently i have applied for hdfc freedom credit card online. The very same day i have received a text message informing me me that my credit card application number has been approved and the card will reach to me in 3 working days. But the problem is that i tried to check the application status online through "https://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/credit_card/cc_track" - it shows there is no record found...

                                        I purchased pixel 2xl in mumbai on 1st april using debit card emi for 10k cashback.

                                        It has been almost 4 months and cashback is not credited.

                                        It took 1 week for bank to respond to my mail and now bank is asking for charge slip which is washed out. What do i do now? Why do i provide all these documents? Hdfc does not maintain any records? Is this how our accounts are maintained?
