I am using HDFC bank facilities from last 4 years. Currently i am not working in India and my Indian which was updated with bank is also not working even HDFC blocked my debit card services don't know why. My wife went to India and she visited HDFC branch regarding the same issue and was suppose to join her name with the same account got the replied from officer that is not possible without customer sign. I called and check with customer care same answer. I am facing too many difficulties because all the OTP is going on my old number. Please advise how to do it.

    I have purchased one mediclaim policy in August, 2014. Every year it was auto renewed. This Year in August they deducted Some amount on 19th August, 2017. But when I visited in there site found that they mentioned your policy is lapsed because of non payment. I was surprised. There was a link, saying click here to pay remaining amount. I have clicked and this redirect to payment site saying 120 you need to pay. After payment there is no change in statement. I have mailed to [protected]@hedfclife.com and started chat with simply chat. they assure me they will fix it within 48 hours. But they responded after 10 days saying again you need to pay some amount.

    Now yesterday my wife admitted in a hospital where I have spent 10, 000 rs. Now who will pay this?

    I am just clueless what is going on. How can I go for a consumer forum case? Can anybody help?

      I have a salary account with hdfc and when opening that salary account i opened a demat account also. As told by executive of hdfc at the time of opening there will not be maintance charge for demat but will be charging according to holding value. I never uses demat account but they charged 885rs last month as depository charge. I need to close the demat and need my money back

        Hi, I have added Rs. 19900 from my Axis Bank Credit Card on 02-sep-2017 (Transcation ID[protected].
        Amount deducted from my credit card and not added to my PayZApp wallet.

        I tried so many times to the customer care number.
        it is always busy. wrost app they are just playing with people.
        This is very bad experience with the payzapp. I have added 5000 to my payzapp wallet but the amount is debited from my HDFC credit card and amount is not loaded to payzapp it is almost 1 week I don't get any confirmation message from bank.

        There was a technical glitch which was being identified and it has been fixed. Due to this issue customers were not able to load money and transfer the money. The issue has been resolved from our end. The failed transactions will be refunded to customers in source card within 5 working days time.

          Hi Sir,

          I have a salary account and on 2nd September when i was at my home and my debit card is with me, two withdrawn happen of total 18200 RS with out my permission at SBI jubilee hills, I did the FIR and filled the customer dispute form and submitted in bank as per the bank instruction what ever they aid i did, but from them no action taken seriously instead when i called M ASHOK officer -risk intelligence & control HDFC asked for update he told me to call on Saturday when i called him on Saturday he told there is no reply from there different team and i have to go sbi Jubilee hill with FIR copy and now bank is closed and tomorrow is Sunday, if he would have told me when i called him first time which is on Wednesday I would have submitted all thing, I told him I am in very poor condition as i am not able to pay my room rent and not able to do other thing and it is affecting me very badly, and give me phone number or email id of higher authority he straight refused and said google it and I can go and complain RBI, I am not understanding why I have to do this all thing to go various places for my money as I gave my money to HDFC BANk it your duty to protect it, then why I suffer when HDFC bank is not secure and very bad at protecting customer money.

          It is a humble request to fast the process of investigation and not struggle me in this to go various places and still not getting any idea if money will be refund or not and take stick action against M ASHOK as he is very bad in communicating with me, and provide me higher authority number and email to explain what happen with me.

            My Credit Card billing cycle ends on 3rd of every month.

            For August cycle i made the payment on 2nd Sept which was successful.

            On 3rd sept Bank deduct same amount with name auto pay from my account.

            Again on 3rd they return that amount in my account as i had already done the payment on 2nd .

            On return of amount which was deducted due to there fault they deduct return fee from my account. And in addition they apply GST on that return fee charge.

            I emailed them about this, in starting there reply was fast and confusing. When I made the clear understanding of the amount deduction and GST on email.. It's past 5 days and I haven't even good a single email from there side.

            I got a email from HDFC in reply to my old emails to bank stating
            "This is with reference to your e-mail regarding your HDFC Bank International credit card account.
            We confirm that we are in receipt of the request Your request has been forwarded to the concerned department for processing and we will respond to you with details within 7 business days.
            We appreciate your patience in the interim."

                    I am hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 5779 without my concern on date:18/08/2017. I am not interested in this service and don't want this membership anymore. I have already called to customer service but they are not stopped my service. To cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

                        I m writing on behalf of my mother who holds an acct with hdfc bank, at its branch at h-37, bali nagar, new delhi 110015.

                        In the month of jun this yr, she opted for net banking services which was started immediately.in aug 17, she wanted to transfer some money to me as part of loan through net banking. However, the third party transfer was disabled and thus we processed the same by getting the form signed by her by the end of aug 17.

                        Till today (16 sept 17), the problem has not been resolved. The relationship manager, mr rajan is busy in his own time work so much that he was totally clueless when asked on phone yesterday. Further, he is unable to address the issue at all and keep making excuses.

                        In addition to this, the form for updating of mobile number was also filled, which again has been lost sight of, and no action taken.

                        I apologise to my mom for having trust on hdfc bank and opening an acct there. The agony may pls be resolved.

                              I had made a transaction of 5000 from my indusind credit card. Transaction was successful from indusind but it was not added to payzapp wallet. I had sent the mail many times but there is no response from payzapp team. Why payzapp team is least bothered about customers. I want my money back otherwise will place a complaint in consumer court.

                                  I am a regular user of payzapp, but this time i am very disappointed. Almost 25000 is debited from my card but the money didn't loaded on payzapp. Also on 13th i by mistake i sent 5k to an account that didn't exists. I am loosing trust on payzapp now.                                     Dear sir/madam, i here by inform you that i have taken a personal loan from your hdfc jorhat (Assam) branch for 22months. Every 5th of the month i paid regularly my emi for 17 months. This month also i paid on time. But some technical problem of your bank my emi is not debited by your branch. This problem i came to know by kolkata branch on phone. Even after i replied them that i will pay cash by tomorrow, after that from kolkata branch they are calling me via telephone several times for the day. They are disturbing me very much and pressurized me to pay. They behave very rudely and i got mental pressure.
                                    So i request you to take a necessary action.

                                      Hi hdfc,

                                      I am availing hdfc credit card jetprivilege for almost 1.5 years. Earlier the provided bydefault limit was 45000k but on few further requests they upgraded my limit to 54000k (Upgraded my limit not the card) and they mentioned nothing not a single detail or notification or message nothing about extra related information about the terms like 'overlimit fees' and all. Now when i purchased a product worth of 54000k (Which was my existing new limit), after one month i got rs. 600 as overlimit fees along with my first emi.

                                      Now you let me understand, if there were any charges for upgrading the card limit then sir/ mam you should have told right? Or any kind of memo or mail/message anything. But what you did? Don't you know what were you getting as a request or what needs to be done? What was the matter or what you customer wants?

                                      Without notifying hdfc made charges for overlimit. Now what the hell is that? You better make me understand else i am gonna file a lawsuit on hdfc and you gonna deal with it.

                                        Hi,

                                        My hdfc salary account has been converted to saving account without my consent.
                                        I am not using hdfc account for 3 years, but amount is getting deducted due to non maintenance charges for every quarter.

                                        I heard that account will be freezed if we are not doing any transaction for more than a year.

                                        Please help on how to stop deducting the non maintenance charges since i am not using hdfc account further.
