[Resolved] HDFC Bank — refund is not credited into my account

Hi,

I have done an online tranasaction using my credit card. For some reason, i have return the item and i have received a refund of 7200 and 630 rs from a merchant but the amount is still not credited in to my credit card ending in 6179.
Please find the reference no. 5bed136c11db and let me know when will i get my refund. It is very difficult to talk to a customer service agent from hdfc bank.

HDFC has stoped crediting the amount in my food card as i have not updated my KYC of food card plus and provided the link for updation which is worst link though which am not able to update my information i just want a proper link for updation of my KYC for food card
