Hi, Some agent called me and offered me one combo policy (Super Income plus Retirement plan) and asked you are going to get about 30% discount if you pay from Credit card.I provided them one cancel cheque and HDFC card copy.Now I got the policy but only for super income, retirement plan not mentioned also the maturity value was different.I visited HDFC life office and also called customer care they denied the agents offer.However I have undergone 5 level verification.I cancelled the policy, then agent threatened me that we will not allow to cancel your policy wait and watch what we can do.Now I am getting rs 30000 deduction request alert from HDFC life from my SBI account.I think from SBI cheque I provided .I written complaint to HDFCLIFE but no body responding.Pls help ASAP.

HI Team, I already registered a complaint to [protected]@hdfclife.com, no body responding and its 6th day.
Can you please share to whom I can escalate and get my cheque and other document back.As mentioned some trying to forcefully deduct from my account. I blocked my account due to security reason.

Please help on this.

    I made the following transactions on 29th july which should have counted towards the 5% cashback offer with tanishq, but i never received the cashback and it has been more than 4 months now.
    My first transaction was for rs.1, 00, 000 in my hdfc regalia credit card, and two transactions on my hdfc debit card for rs.80, 000.00 and rs.45, 000.00 respectively. According to the terms and conditions, i should have received 5% cashback for both my credit as well as debit card accounts.

I have cleared all the emi's in the year 2017, but still, i have not received the noc letter.           I have applied for internet banking and debit card. My account number is [protected]. The debit card suppose to send by post but i have not received the same. If the bank authorities send by speed post then definitely i will receive it. If they send by by the courier then there is a possibility that then will got deliver it as the courier service in village is very poor.

            I have an HDFC Credit Card (# ending 1309) which I have been using for several years. From the last couple of months I have not been able to pay my dues as I lost my job in September 2018.
            I request the bank to kindly waive off the loan amount (Principal & Interest) on the credit card as I am in no position to pay back the amount.

                Hello,

                I have applied personal loan, received on 24/07/2018. From the day i raised complaint for breakup details. My sanctioned amount they said 5 lacs. But i received 4, 62, 507.00 only into my account.

                Further i continuously asking the loan details and give me details about detected from my account.

                Hence, i didn't asked to close my existing loan but they said it closed. As i mentioned i requested only parallel loan. Its mistake of the bank communication.

                And moreover, they said 0.99% processing and 10.99% is the agreed interest and detection.

                Finally i got breakup through my own risk, now i could see the problem where they cheated through bank.
                I neverever request insurance on my personal loan account, still i could see detected around 5735.

                I surprised about breakup, my loan account amount stolen around 13500 through the hdfc bank guys professionally.
                And, my cheque are claimed for loan collection without my knowledge and it was bounced, still i cheated here 701 for bouncing.

                So, please clear onething, why they charged for
                Gap interested booking
                Insurance
                Processing more than 1%
                Sanction more than 5 lac.

                Please respond its big issue.

                Finally cheating personal loan account number is 58905222 they accounted.

                Its strange you people. But for me 13500 tragedy.

I have blocked the card through NetBanking by stating lost the card but card is in my possession. Request to take necessary action. I will do all the formalities tomorrow morning.

                  I have done an online tranasaction using my credit card. For some reason, i have return the item and i have received a refund of 7200 and 630 rs from a merchant but the amount is still not credited in to my credit card ending in 6179.
                  Please find the reference no. 5bed136c11db and let me know when will i get my refund. It is very difficult to talk to a customer service agent from hdfc bank.

                    Hi,
                    I had hdfc credit card (Ending-4104) which expired on oct 2018. I dropped email to customer care for not interested any renewal. But they renew new card and generating statements. I don't want to continue the card.
                    Already have another bank credit card.
                    Now i received hdfc credit renewal message and getting bill statements.

                    I don't know how the hdfc credit department work. They issued or renewed old card with new one without my permission. I have not taken new card. Means as of now i don't have any hdfc credit card. Please let me know, how to stop receiving this.
                    Just simply say, i don't want the hdfc credit card.

                      On 20 Nov 2018 i have ordered Mi ear phones in amazon india[protected] and on the same day i cancelled that order and received a mail confirmation from amazon india on the same day with refund reference number[protected] and it is mentioned in the mail that refund will be credited to my account on 28 Nov 2018 but till not i haven't received any refund and am attaching the documents for your reference. Called hdfc customer care multiple times but they are telling amazon india have not initiated the refund and when i call amazon india they are telling that it is pending since hdfc people haven't processed further.

Address updation through Netbanking : Please follow the below steps to update the address through Netbanking: Log in to your NetBanking account Click on “Update contact details” on top of the page Click on “Update address” Click “Update” tab. You will be redirected to upload the self-attested scanned copy of document. Update your address under "Address details" Select the document type that you wish to upload from the drop down menu under "Address proof" Click "+" and select the document Click "upload" Type the code shown in the box Select "I/we confirm that we have read the Terms & conditions and that all details provided on the form are true & correct" Click on "Submit" Following are the documents that you can upload as Address Proof during the above procedure: 1) Passport 2) Driver License 3) Voter's Card 4) Aadhar Card 5) Central or State Government issued ID Card.                           I paid my hdfc credit card bill amount of rupees 30, 592. On june 1st 2018 around 9 pm. But i got a mail next day saying that my autopay was initiated and due to non - availability of sufficient funds a payment return fee will be levied to your card account, if applicable. Then i called the hdfc credit card customer care service to complaint about the same. I was not informed of autopay being turned on. But an amount of rs 611 was rolled out on my credit card under unbilled transactions along with the statement balance that i’ve paid. Why should i pay the return fee as i already cleared the payment in my card. And why is the statement balance still showing under unbilled transactions. This is unfair and not acceptable. I’ve been getting mails from the bank asking me to pay the bill when i’ve already paid it in the first place. Please resolve the issue asap.

                            I don't want this membership, so cancel the membership and refund the same. Please take the necessary action asap otherwise i will have to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.

                              On 3rd december at about 1:15 pm ist, i transferred an amount of inr 5000.00 rupees to an account belong to punjab national bank.

                              Post the regular otp authorization, i get a message from hdfc that the amount could not be transferred due to a "technical issue" & the status of the imps transfer shows as "processor down".

                              It's been 12 hours with no trace of the amount nor a change in the status, i called up hdfc bank customer care, which took forever to connect post 100 of minute selections before i could here a human speak.

                              The associate was uncouth / unprofessional & had no empathy towards the issue i was facing, he /she very casually said, you "may" receive the credit, well mr. Hdfc bank, 5000 rupees may not be a big amount to you, it definitely is a big amount to me, its my hard earned money and was meant to be a fees for my daughter & now i have no trace of the amount!

                              When i requested to speak to a supervisor the "professional banker" tells me his supervisor does not have time for "such issues", when i threatened him that i would put the recordings of the call on social media, to show the world of how "amazing" is the service of this bank, he placed my call on hold & i was on hold for 23 minutes before i had to disconnect!

                              Hdfc bank!! I demand a resolution here!

                                  Hi.

                                  On 31 nov 2018 i have transfer 10000 from my hdfc ac to syndicate account. But i can in the benf number is only 14 digits where there is 15 didgit account number and mistake is was i stated benf acc by 520* where i didn't included 0 in that startin of account.

                                  The money got debited but not credited to benfi account;

                                  Do the money will get reverse coz of 14 digi account number or in the wrong account. If so then what action to be taken.

                                  Can you please help me to reverse or credit my account.

                                    I hold an account with hdfc bank, the a/c no. Being[protected] at branch birati, kolkata. I also have a demat a/c linked to my account. My trading id is 3291791. Branch manager, mr. Debjyoti dutta and mr. Deep banerjee had assisted me to open the account with hdfc bank. I have been noticing unnecessary debits from my a/c which i was never informed of. I have not carried out any trading on these days. The details are as follows:

                                    Date amount debit reason in consolidated report
                                    16-oct-18 1239 bg sms alerts charges
                                    12-sep-18 706.82 bg knowledge center charges
                                    11-sep-18 4718.82 bg hsl value account charges
                                    03-sep-18 2075.62 bg sms alerts charges

                                    Tha narration mentioned in each of the above debits is "net pi to hsl sec a-c 3291791-[protected]".

                                    I was never mentioned about these debits beforehand in person or through any other kind of notification. Request you to please look into the matter and reverse the unnecessary withdrawals.

                                    I was sold this product with wrong details. When I came to surrender the policy I was not properly supported by the Adyar branch office. This is disgusting. When they sell the product you are treated Royal and when you go with queries you are treated like scum.
