edc machine - surrender

We raised the request to surrender on 4th may 2018. Till now no one took action.

We have not used the pos machine at all, unnecessarily 8500/- has been deducted. Kindly collect the pos machine without any further dalay.

    I am doing job at overseas, i went a bank of hdfc to deposit amount. Its very urgent to deposit amount for my studies. Problem with the services that you provide and how your employee behavior with tooo rude. He told to us, if i need to deposit money one of the account. I have to cal new delhi main branch to email them for to deposit.

    After this i requested and politely asked him can you cal for me new delhi for inquiry its too urgent for me to deposit money for my visa. He again rudely treated me and not only that, but when i asked him to be polite, he intentionally kept me waiting besides the desk while meeting with other customers.

    I honestly don’t know if i have somehow done something wrong or if he was having a bad day but this is not a way to treat customers and i strongly protest it. I hope you will take notice of this misfortune and asked that man.

    I hope you will take care of this matter and i won’t have to face the same problem again.

      On date of 6/12/2018, time 12:33, atm i'd :s1bg[protected], txn no:4491, i vijaykumar account no:[protected], went to withdraw 10000 from sbi atm at harni road branch after entering all detail and my password i did not got my money, but money debited from my account, i went to hdfc branch they told me my money will get refunded in 24 hr but now it's more then 4 days till i am waiting, i have allready locked complaint to hdfc but no replay yet. What kind of hdfc providing its wondering? I want my money or i will take some legal action.. Take it seriously

      Dear Customer,

      We take this opportunity to update you on your complaint regarding cash not received but debited from your HDFC Bank account number ending with XXXX54590 for an amount of Rs. 10, 000/- while trying to withdraw the same from a State Bank Of India Bank ATM on 06/12/2018. At the outset, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. As an HDFC Bank customer, when you transact at a non-HDFC Bank ATM the transaction is routed through ATM networks authorized and governed by the RBI. As per the extant RBI guidelines, disputes pertaining to non/short dispensation of cash need to be resolved by way of Charge Back, wherein the card issuing bank raises a chargeback on the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction. The acquiring bank has to revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed failing which the customer’s account will be credited within 7 working days from the date of complaint. Furthermore, as per the network operating guidelines, the ATM log is sufficient and conclusive proof of successful cash dispensation. We would like to inform you that immediately on receipt of your complaint dated 07/12/2018 we had raised a chargeback on State Bank Of India Bank vide reference number 1737794. If the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction does not revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed, the amount will be credited to your account on the 7th working day from the date of the complaint. Incase the acquiring bank provides a proof of the validity of the transaction the same will be forwarded to your home branch. A letter to that effect will also be sent to you and the account will not be credited. The status of the complaint will also be communicated to you through SMS on your mobile number. We appreciate your patience in this regard.

          I just have been charged rupees 885 listed as annual fees for debit card.
          I had no information about this when the card was issued. No details of this annual fees given by the bank. It’s a huge amount for me. I want this fees refund and do not want any extra service which requires this huge charge of 885.

            Ihave ordered something (Mobile) and cancelled it later on and got sms from bank "ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 7230 for rs. 20499.00 has been credited/reversed by flipkart payme on[protected]:07:54:06"".
            ... But still not credited in my bank... And its been 3 days... There is no sign on money reversed in my account..

            I haved check online statement and and evry possible way to find out is there in money credited but still i find nothing... This very large amount not any small amount...

            But flipkart have done his work from thier side... Please help me... Ii having been waiting from 3 days that money will be credited but still not done

              I have applied for a debit card of hdfc bank. Generally bank will send the debit card by post. My case the concerned branch manager not send by post and asked me to collect from branch. Why he is treating me separately. I am not staying in nagpur city.

                      They are debitting my card for auto renewal of one assist without much concern
                      I have given a request for cancellation last year itself evsn then they are debitting
                      The person from one assist cancellation team is speaking rudely and telling every year i should give a cancellation request and he is asking proof of cancellation i have given last year which i don't have as i requested over phone only

                        As per hdfc policy they are obliged to disburse home loan to farmers on cultivation land. However, bank manager denied to process the application as they don't have orders to give loan to farmers, which comes under gram punchayat jurisdiction. Even i am a salaried person and had sufficient agricultural land. It is requested to inform remedy for the same.

                          But my point is that if i cant visit at branch on 04/07/2016 and dont take any statment according to my account so why they charge me ₹118.00
                          So need to clearification from bank or reverse my ₹118.00 to my account

                            Still machine is not working, its been over 13 days, no response from your end. Not sure if hdfc is really serious to do business. Confirm back to us, so that we can go with other solution, instead of loosing so much business.

                            Largest bank in india, takes 13 days to resolve one deactivation of card machine, and none of your folks have any idea on what is happening. One guy says it is documentation issue, one guy says it is due to physical verification, one guy says it is due to device.

                            However when i checked with call center today, came to know the account has been deactivated and they refused to register complaint stating they can not take complaint for deactivated accounts.

                            I am really surprised with the services from hdfc and no one is willing to take any ownership.

                              An order on foodpanda got cancelled and my transaction was reversed. I got the following message from hdfc also,
                              Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending * for rs. 409.88 has been credited/reversed by www.foodpanda. on[protected]:21:17:54. But the same has not reflected in my account yet. I have no idea of the current status of my refund as the message says it has been reversed but the amount is yet to reflect in my account. I kindly request to look into the issue and resolve it.

                                  I have a bike loan from nagaon assam but something my financial problem regarding the bike loan pending but 2018 october first i deposited the pending payment after payment bank given me the loan noc but not clear my cibil score so i have problem for my business. I need financial help at my business import export so i contact my bank regarding a business loan approval but now​my cibil score is very low so i have problem but contact for my bike loan branch of nagaon hdfc bank they are tell me as soon as possible my my cibil score ok. But right now 2month running my civil not good so now i have very problem so please help me..

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I have home loan in the hdfc sdf kolkata branch, i am facing lots of problem with branch manager mr. Koustav chatterjee (Emailid:koustav. [protected]@hdfc.com). His behavior is very rude and unprofessional against his customer, he does not provide proper information whenever i called he does not pick my call even he does not reply of my mail.
                                    I just wanted to change my loan emi to any other bank due his behavior. Operation manager mr. Sabyasachi ([protected]@hdfc.com) also not interfering in this matter.
                                    I made a prepayment amount around 5 lac but it did not effect to my emi amount, when ask about it he gives very unprofessional reply which just misleading. I am help less, shell i go to court about it. Please help.
