[Resolved] HDFC Bank — refund of amount is not credited in my bank account | |||||
Hi, My name is sonal gupta and i had booked two bus tickets in last week of may. One from red bus and one from yaatra portal. The ticket got cancelled and they initiated refund also. But i didn't receive any amount in my bank account. Can you please let me know when i will receive money in my bank account. I have made transfer of 8500 from my wallet to my brother wallet on 3-9-2017 ..the transaction failed..but they cut my wallet money of 8500..they did not respond when i call to their number...i need my money urgently..so please solve issue as much as problem...
