The loan amount which was approved 3months ago!! I'm having tough time with your hdfc personal in getting the amount disburse. Every time i keep hearing false promises and unacceptable reason.

I'm tried of following up with hdfc and looking forward to get this cancelled as it didn't helped me any ways to fullfil my requirement on time and reimburse all my amount which i have spent on this loan.

[protected]@hdfcscales.com was the one who was following up and now he doesn't even answer my phone call.

This is disrespectful and not acceptable in any manner!!! I'm disappointed with the way hdfc is treating customers!!!

Looking forward for your response on cancellation of this loan and return my money back which i have spent..

    Hi,

    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1299 from my credit card number ending with 5459xxxxxx7568 without my authorization on date:30/08/2017.

    I don't want this membership, so cancel the membership and refund the same. Please take the necessary action asap otherwise i will have to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.

        Hello,
        On 25th aug, i transferred 5000 rs to a wrong idbi account from my hdfc payzapp account.
        It was supposed to be sent to my account [protected] but it got transferred to another account [protected].
        Transaction id[protected]
        I visited both the banks on monday and told them the incident in details.
        But no bank is ready to take the responsibility and solve the issue.
        Idbi bank customer care gave me the details of account but said as hdfc is the initiator of the transaction, they have to raise the request.

        Hdfc bank said, as the transaction has completed, they can not raise the request and idbi bank has to support.

        Please help me and refund the money or at least contact to that person and ask him to send it back.

          I dint expect such a irresponsible reply from a reputed bank like hdfc. I am a existing customer having a sb account with madambakkam chennai branch. Im native of different town chidambaram and working here in a research institution. When i tried to open a current account for a event marketing company which i have incorporated in my native town address they refused to open the account stating that i din provide any local address proof​ in company name. When i explained the representative that it is a online admin work so the team members all working from home and i dont need any local office it will be unnecessary expenditure for us. As of now the company office address is the incorporated address that s my native address. Still he s not ready. I told them at least give the mailing address as my permanent native address for that i have proofs. For that he is telling me to go and open the account in native place... Now tell me i how to open a current account from my home branch (Madambakkam) coz i'm working in chennai it will be easy for me to manage the account. Or else i have no option i have to switch the bank. My application number is ca[protected]..

            My debit card is not working in many hdfc atm centers and and all other bank atm centers.
            I raised request last month but still not no resolution.
            Every time i getting ridiculous response from hdfc team mate 'nethaji sabapathi'.
            He always says "we have checked and inform you that your debit card is in active status. We request you to re-initiate the transaction again at the different atm" from past 30 days. I tried different atms still he is giving same response. I am hesitate with hdfc customer service.

Ref no-mir[protected] while i didn't go any branch for ad-hoc statement.. I want my debited amount to be returned to my account.                 Hello sir this is to inform you that i ravi kumar mishra having a savings account in hdfc bank and my user id is or you can say customer id is 48671994
                I was having a personal loan with your bank and applied for a top up of rs100000. My personal banker whose name is suraj get me in contact with sharmi from the loan department after i applied and the documentation was done sharmi called me one day and said that only rs85000 housand has been approved by the bank against your request of rs 10000, at that point of time i clearly said sharmi that i need rs100000 or i don't want any other amount which is lesser than rs 100000 and she said she will try. One day sharmi again called me and said that your signature is mismatched so she will again send a representative to my home address for getting the signature done again which she did and i signatures the documents again. On friday 24th of august i got a message that 85000 rupees has been transferred into my saving account without informing me i check my account and saw that only 77789 rupees as been transferred into my savings account. On the very next monday i called my personal banker suraj and said everything to him he said that he will contact sharmi and clear everything to me which he never did after few hours i called sharmila myself and ask her about everything happened with my loan request. She said that the amount which got transferred to my account was rs85000 and emi for the first month which was supposed to be deducted on september will not get deduct from my account as emi of the first month has already been deducted from that loan amount of rs 85000. On the very next day i received a message from hdfc bank where it was clearly mentioned that my first emi against my loan is due on 4th of september so now i want you please get the rs77000 transfer from my account back as your bank representatives cheated on me and transferred the rs77000 just for getting their target achieved and i will never do any kind of transactions with hdfc bank in coming future and i will ensure that none of my family member or friends do any transactions with your bank.
                Please take necessary actions against your representatives and grant my request of taking back the amount transferred.

                  I have opened an nre\nro bank account. Initially while opening an account everything was going good and i use to get proper response and call from hdfc employee (Mahesh totre). But after opening an account there was a sudden change in behaviour and they stopped replying to my issues.
                  I was dealing with the issue where i was not able to tranfer or send money to my nre account also i was not able to send money from nro to nre account and also i tried from different banks like sbi and the transaction use to get rejected. So i raised this question to mahesh totre (Hdfc employee) but i didnt got any reply. I have dropped multiple emails and calls but there was a no reply from mahesh totre and i also followed escalation matrix window i have also sent email to shobhana singh and hitesh. [protected]@hdfcbanknri.com who is responsible to escalation process but they too didn’t replied anything and due to this lack o[censored]pdates and poor behaviour my account went into negative balance.
                  Suddenly i received a call from mahesh and i explained him about the same and he told me that he will give the contact details but again i am going through same behaviour which is missing response.

                  I am send them mail daily but still i am not getting any response.

                  Please help me how and who can help me to solve this issue

                    1. My folio number 4320176/30-hdfc cpo-36 m got redeeemed on 30 jan 2017 and final payment to my bank was made after a delay of 6 months only after my complaint in aug 2017.
                    2. Amc is not sharing the details of address and account number on which the cheque/neft was made. My mandate of redemption was neft then why cheque was issued.
                    3. As told by amc that address and bank accounts were changed, so is the delay. Where as my latest account and address details were updated on 15 feb 2017, still the redemption amount of 2.44 lakhs was neither paid by cheque or neft till aug 2017 when client made a written complaint to amc at jabalpur (Mp).
                    4. No reasonable compensation in terms of late payment was done alongwith the payment in aug 2017.
                    5. Please do the needful to settle the loss due to late payment and take action on faultering officials.

                      I have received call from ankita, first she said that you are eligible for credit card and after processing they not giving a single response from my number and received call from other numbers, pre-sales they are not providing services then how we assured that they will provide after sales???
                      I thought hdfc is a good bank from others but its worst experience from hdfc

                      I would like to request to hdfc, if you are not able to providing services then don't calling to customers for faking your products.

                        My application no.[protected]. I have applied for loan on 20th july and gave a cheque of rs. 7080/-. To ksambath kumar of ambattur branch. I got login very next day for my file and now in my login status it shows that - your loan is not sanction and regret for the same. Number of times i called the sambath kumar for my status, he was just keep on saying it is under process.

                        Without process of loan how can you give me login, because i gave my all original with ksambath kumar i was not able to process with other bank too.

                        After 40 days your banker says we can not sanction your loan and yesterday sambath came and rtn some of my document but he has not given me my chq. Of rs. 7080/-
                        When i ask for it he said he will return with in a week. Why for everything you are delaying when you rtn the document you should rtn. The cheque too.

                        I need my cheque today evening at any cost or i am going to take legal action against you.

                        Whereas there is no reason for loan failure. We have income for rs. 29000/-

                          I anil chavan credit card holder from long time
                          I have outstanding paymentt of odd 170000 of which i am paying minimum amount from last six months same time i am posting a request to convert my amount in to emi. Since i am not capable to pay entire amount.
                          For this i have call customer care every week they assure me it will get converted next time.
                          Looking into my past record i have made payment of several lakh rupees on this card with interest, late fee, whatever never fail to do it.
                          Now when i am running short of funds you pepople are not co-opertaing
                          Otherwise do a full &final settlement and discontinue my card.

                              This is jitendra sahoo. My contact no is [protected].

                              My lic bill with due date nov-16 for rs. 6480 was registered in hdfc bank to pay insurance premium payment for policy[protected] to lic india (Life insurance corporation of india). I tried to pay it using payzapp application on 10-nov-16. This transaction was failed. I received the document from hdfc which shows the transaction details. The supporting document shows the amount was iniitally failed on 10-nov-16, finally paid to merchant ubpp payzapp bilpay on 31-mar-17, not to lic which is the actual recepient for this policy. This is shocking how hdfc sent the failed transaction to payzapp bill pay again... There is no mention of lic or policy number in the document. So, it is clear that payzapp bill pay and hdfc credit card has cheated me.

                              Lic already confirmed me 3-4 times that they haven't received any kind of payment from payzapp bill service. Since payzapp bill pay did not pay lic bill on time, i had to pay lic premium with fine using my netbanking on 18-jan-17.

                              I have contacted hdfc credit card customer care many times. They said this payment transaction was successful and it is reflecting in my aug-17 hdfc credit card and refused to refund. I have followed up payzapp customer care ph. [protected]) for nearly 6 months. They are not responding.

                              I am submitting this complaint against hdfc credit card and payzapp which has done this fraudulent transaction for my life insurance policy and cheated the customer.

                                Hi i am an existing customer of hdfc bank. I am having a toofan cruiser car and a bike and also credit card. I want to pay rs=31000/- for the insurance. So i have requested for a loan of 30, 000/- but your rejecting my request because you will not provide a loan against a vehicle. I can pay an insurance amount without a loan but i want to have a good relationship with the bank and i want to do all my transaction through the bank.
                                Even in worst case scenario i can go for sri ram finance and of course they will provide an loan amount more than 30, 000/- if i request them. But whats the purpose of having an account in bank then.

                                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 7375 without my concern on date:29/08/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

                                  Bank had blocked my debit card & asking Rs.850/- for new card. Why bank is behaving highly unprofessional I don't understand
