      I tried transferring rs 5000 from my credit card to my payzapp aap account, while processing this transaction it never asked my cvv number or password however i received message on my mobile number that rs5000 has been deducted from my credit card. Rs5000 never added to my payzapp app which i wanted to transferred to my savings account. Plz refund.

        Hi,

        This is hemarao, one of the payzapp user, on 01/09/2017 tried to add money rs 5000.00 from my hsbc credit card to payzapp, money deducted from my credit card but not added into my payzapp account, the error shown was after i entered the otp was "sorry, app had an error. Please try after sometime", but received a message from hsbc bank like"hsbc:your credit card xxxxxxxxxx is used for inr 5000.00 on 01/09/2017", so i tried to reach customer care [protected] for at least 10, 000 times, but it is always saying busy, so written mail to [protected]@payzapp.in, i didnot see reply from mail, so finally frustuated with the services offered by the hdfc payzapp, could you please respond back immediately and i need a quick resolution from hdfc bank.

            Dispute transaction of rs 33139.6

            Without the security layer like otp or transaction pin asking to me bank has allowed an unknown and unauthorized transaction.

            I want bank to consider this error and keep me out of such torchure and disturbing actions from the hdfc bank officias who had alowed this transaction.

            Hdfc customer care asked me to submit the credit card dispute form and after few days cc dispute team comes to me saying that this trannsaction was allowed with the unknown card holder name.

            I have received the supporting documents from cc dispute team, and after verification of documents received, i further dispute the above mentioned transaction.

                My hdfc salary account is not in use since 2013. I had gone to the bank to close the account as i was getting regular mailers on my postal address. But to my surprise, i was told that i have negative balance.
                Before this incident also, i had salary account with hdfc and icici bank but on leaving the organisation, the accounts were closed on their own so i never bothered but this time it was really discouraging to see negative balance. I complained and since i was leaving out of the station, i was told i would be intimated once the details have been worked out and now it has been 4 years i am still getting mails and it is bothering me now.

                      Recently i tried to add money to my pazapp account but that transaction got failed at payzapp server and money got debited from my account. I tried to call the customer support to the available number present on internet.
                      The support from the bank was too worst. They provided wrong number on their website.

                        Dear all.

                        Inspite of cancellation of request for policy by hdfc they have issued a policy with the policy number 19498314 and deducted 15, 000 from my account.

                        It was a situation that one of my policy got matured on 30th july 2017 and to surrender it online, they offered another policy of 15, 000. But i had approached noida sec-18 branch and submitted all the documents to process the surrender of my policy. I had mailed them at [protected]@hfdclife.com that i dont want to to take the policy anymore.

                        Now when my surrendered amount credited in my account, they have deducted 15, 000 for the policy. I want my money back. There was no confirmation sent from them.

                        This is ridiculous and that also from hdfc as an organization.

                          Dont go for hdfc credit card
                          Dear hdfc bank the way you treating your customers is not good! When we are applying for credit card, hdfc executive told us that it will take 15-20days for credit card procedure but it's been 43days applied on july 21, today september 1, still we did not received credit card, daily iam requesting to hdfc facebook book, mail, here everywhere even called to customer grivellence service zero updates, it's completed processing, it's despatch still you hold it with you! I am calling to customer care in the behalf of my mother she don't know how to speak, calling from my registered mobile number only!
                          I hope you ppl despatch it as soon as possible
                          I left all hopes on credit card!
                          I won't complaint next time!

                                I am fed up replying to your call centre to stop calling me everyday regarding personal loan. I just came to know that your bank is removing the name from the registry every three months without my consent. This is really surprising to me on how you can take your customers for granted.                                   Please make them to refund my money asap.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I have applied and received hdfc credit card from the bank. One of the guy called me from customercare and told me that they are having one assist program, it will be lifetime free. Then on 1/9/17, my credit card was debited with amount rs 1899. I would like to cancel this and refund the same amount as soon as possible.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I have received call for credit card from hdfc/dsa on dated 14th aug 17 & she sent representative to collect the documents on dated 17th aug 17. After that i have received one sms (Dm-hdfcbf) on dated 19th aug that my credit card approved. Below is the application no & e reference no for your reference.

                                      Her name is payal & mob no is [protected].
                                      But after 13 day i had tried to get further status of my card & contacted her many time, but she did not answer about application status & tried to misguide. Even i had tried online to get status, but shows data not recorded in system.
                                      Kindly let me know the status. If it is cancelled please let me acknowledge.
                                      I am worried about any kind of misused of documents/card.
