Hello,
On 4th september, i transferred 4500 rs to a wrong icici account from my hdfc payzapp account.
It was supposed to be sent to my account[protected] but it got transferred to another account[protected]..
Transaction id[protected].

Please help me and refund the money or at least contact to that person and ask him to send it back.

    Hi

    I have done 4 transaction with a total amount of 3100 and got failed, but i didnt get and refund back. It was done for medical purpose. It was very urgent. I called and kept mail for number of time, still no response for mails or calls from payzapp support team. When i called it saying always just busy busy. I think its not working. Please do the needful asap.

    I have done 4 transaction with a total amount of 3100 from payzapp. I got deducted amount from my account and transaction failed. I didnt get any refund still now. I also called and done mail for several time. Even i didnt get any response from them. It was an emergency transaction which i have done for medical purpose. Please refund my amount as soon as possible and i still have some amount in that app. I want to move it to my account. Please do the needful. Im sufferring badly.

    Hi..i already submitted a complaint for no refund..not yet solved the problem still now.and i have some more amount in my payzapp .im unable to do tranfer .again the same error is showing..refund will be initiated..what the hell is happening with this app..i said its an emergency transaction which i done for medical purpose and still want to do for the same..plz help me out from this..

      I have a made fund transfer of rs 5000 from mobile to mobile in payzapp app on[protected] the transaction get failed and money didn't credited to my payzapp wallet. I have called on customer support no. [protected] and ask for clarification of refund they could not give a proper information, many a times the is in waiting, and when connected to executive they don't cooperate with me please solve theissue as soon as possible

        personal loan account not closed

        I am ex-employee of hdfc bank where i availed a staff loan which was paid fully by me when i left the organisation. I funded my ex-salary account with the outstanding amount getting my staff loan issued from axis bank. Later i have revert from padhelp department dated 15.03.2009 from hdfc bank confirming that my loan account is closed. After that i was rest ensured that my loan account is closed.
        Suddenly one day i got to check that...

        Though this order has been canceled, the charge may still appear to be on your payment method's statement. That's just an authorization, and not an actual charge. It will be removed from your account in 1-14 days, depending on the payment method provider.

              Hello team,

              I tried to send to send money in my hdfc account using payzapp wibmo.
              Acc. Number: [protected]

              Two time i faced the issue. So total of rs 9900 in two transaction (5000+4900).
              1st transaction detail: on friday 1/sept/2017 i tried to send money in my above mentioned account but payzaapp displayed a message that fund could not be transfered but when i checked recent transaction i found that amount has been deducted.

              2nd transaction detail: today (4/sept/2017) morning at 8:56, i tried to send money to same hdfc account and got alert message that amount could not be transafered but money deducted from wallet.

              3rd issue:

              On friday evening i tried to add money in my wallet using sbi card, money deducted from my sbi but not added in payzapp wallet. Please check these three issue as soon as possible.

              Total amount is: 5000+4900 i tried to send.

              Secondly amount i tried to add i wallet is 5000. So final amount is 14900

              Already mailed on support email id but didn't get any response after more than 48 hours. Please go through the screen shot and check why one transaction is showing success in recent transaction.

                    Today i tried to load my payzapp wallet amounting ₹10000. The money got deducted from bank account but payzapp transaction failed. The customer care of payzapp is not working and and have mailed, still no reply.

                    Not expected from hdfc. Let me know the resolution urgently.

                    Review:
                    My experience have not really been even average with this app. I wonder how hdfc can get such a buggy app designed. Offers are great but never do they automatically deposit the cashback. I have to mail them every time.

                    Today did a ₹10000 transaction it failed but money got deducted from my debit card, the customer hotline is not working or connecting. Thats the kind of panic and anxious moments it will make you face.

                    For the record, i use hdfc mobile app, paytm and every other online payment app available out there, this being the worst.

                              On 27th june i did an online transaction of rs 6929.23 on WWW.MYNTRA.com, then i cancelled the order and requested a refund on the same day. So myntra did the refund process and on 4th june i get rs 1999.60 of rs 6929.23 remaining is rs 4929.63.

                              So i called myntra customer care and they gave me the reference no of the refund transaction of rs 4929.63 (Please find below attached email for your reference), but hdfc bank customer saying they didn't get the refund amount of rs 4929.63. But hdfc customer service officer (Farheen shazia) reply me that they have liased with the concerned department and would like to clarify that the transaction towards the loan number 28727580 has been calculated post deducting the refund amount of rs.4929.00. The refund amount has already got adjusted to the loan amount and a emi schedule has got generated.

                              *but the transaction is cancalled on same day 27th june 2017 and the total transaction amount is 6929.23 but i received only 1999.23 back in my credit card. Could you please clarify on the balance amount of 4929/-. These incidents are happening even after me cancelling the emi option the same day when i did the transaction.

                              Infact, i have faced a similar issue way back in july, 2016 when i purchased my apple macbook and i had a tough time with hdfc bank in getting the details and had been to dispute redressal cell too. Again i am facing similar issue.

                              Could you please respond on priority and close on the issue asap. Else, i will have to look for another customer friendly bank where i can expect a better service.

                                I have received hdfc credit card but its showing blocked status so when i asked to customer care they replied that there is any pending amount, so i am confused because i am using hdfc card first time then how it's possible, so please to resolve this issue and enable my card.

                                    I have a maruti van (Dl8cag 5073) met with an accident in july 2017 insured by hdfc ergo general insurance. The van was repaired at authorized maruti dealer in delhi under the claim #c[protected]. Final report of surveyor is also submitted to the office on 19th august 2017. But no settlement of claim till this date despite lodging complaint on customer care of the insurance company several times. Is it the way hdfc insurance company works. They have immobilized my vehicle despite repairs. Who is going to pay for their lapses. They charge for every service rendered to customer but when it comes to customer service they are always fall short delivering goods. I believe hdfc must pay for err on their part along with my settlement dues.

                                    My maruti van (dl8cag5073) met with an accident. After repairs surveyor submitted his report on 19th august 2017. Till now after repeated complaints on customer care of hdfc ergo nothing happened on insurance side.
                                    Customer buys insurance policy for peaceful ownership of car not car getting struck due to insurance companies mishandling.
                                    Infact hdfc has to pay for the claim( c[protected] but for delay on their part in disbursement.

                                      I was employee of hdfc bank and my last date was 22nd April 17. During notice period I was received a mail that my credit card will be closed and due payment will be settled in FnF. I have never used card since receive mail during notice period in fact I destroyed the same but on 9th Aug my account was debited for Rs. 6291 for credit card charges and yesterday I receive one mail mentioning the my credit card payment rs.913. I totally surprised that when I have never used card since last five month, my account was debited on 9th Aug for credit card dues, I have received mail my card will be deactivated and due payment will be setteled in FnF, how bank charge for credit card charge. This is totally misguide or in fact cheating. I will highlight the in social media such type of cheating with customer or employee. Requesting bank check and reverse unnecessary charges.
