Amount 28 two times is getting deducted with the description nwd dec chg (Atm withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from atm other than hdfc. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this....

I have written the email on monday but still there is no respinse from the bank.
The way they are handling the complaints is not accepted anymore.

I had taken hdfc life classic assure plus policy through an agent mr. Kannan (Mobile no:[protected]. At the time of taking the policy, he told that i can make payment through credit card and he can make arrange for no cost emi without processing fee. After the policy was issued, he asked me to convert my credit card payment to emi and he'll pay the interest monthly. By that time, it was too late for me to realise that he made false promise....

This is reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank.

An amount of rs:885 has been debited on 11th aug 2017 from my salary account, mentioning depository charges. I have never used this account.

The only reason i took demat account because they forced me to take it while opening the savings account and told me that i will be not charged any amount for...

I am doing consistent followup with hdfc support [protected]@hdfclife.com (Email subject: 'hdfcsl=[protected]' policy no.[protected] for releasing claim amount of the already matured policy (Matured in jan-17). Since then i am doing followup to get the claim amount released.

Support is dumb (Most of the time), post writing several emails, said that they released the claim amount around in march-17 (They gave me date and neft success)....

This is naini prasad i had an bank account in hdfc bank hanamkonda branch last month i got an call from that branch regarding personal loan member mr madhukar loan department and he explain the loan i taken the loan 2lk and iam payed one emi also this month and my money also is there in that bank nearly 12000/-rs and last two days i login to my netbanking then in that i saw my balance then now the balance is 9900 change...
