    Hi Team,

    I'm Sharathgowda KH, and had an salary account with HDFC.
    My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) and also charged for the minimum account balance now my account balance is -6235/-rs.
    Recently I came to know that I have incurred negative charges for not maintaining balance. I am shocked to know that the charges is around -6235/- rupees.
    Please help me to resolve this issue and make the negative charges NIL.

      Hi,

      Money has been transferred from payzapp wallet [protected] to sbi account number [protected], but the transaction history shows successful, but money has not been credited to sbi account number [protected]
      Please check the status.
      As soon as the transaction is done it showed transaction failure for first 10 mins then it again showed as transaction successful but i did not receive my money.
      Please reply money required very urgently please understand.

      It's been almost 24 hrs no reply from payzapp customer support.

      This is fraud website because they ask for debit card number please dont provide them. If any calls you are doing to me I will provide a complaint against you, because payzapp never asks for the customer debit card number. Please be careful guys.
      I made a transaction of rs585 from my hdfc bank account.The transaction got failed but amount was deducted, no information about refund.

        I have credit card of hdfc bank, which i used from past 3years, before 2 days i was satisfied with the service of hdfc bank but now the credit card department of this hdfc bank is trying to pull the money by cheating customers (Levying money) on their card.

        So here i want to registered my complaint, that i submitted my bill amount before the due date, and then also company levied a late payment charge on my card, and when i request for reversal of late payment charge the did it and reversed to me but deduct rs72 from my card as a tax on late fee.

        Here i want to know the service which was reversed to me, then why the deduction of tax was implementd on my card. Please check this, i am providing my detail below:-

        As per the current Finance Bill, all fees and transaction charges, levied in your card account, will attract a rate of GST @ 18%. In terms of these guidelines provided by the Finance Bill, the Bank will be levying the GST accordingly. We would like to clarify that, effective July 01, 2017 service tax rate of 15% is replaced by Goods & Service Tax (GST) at 18% and thereby like to confirm that GST component once charged will not be liable for any reversal. GST is government initiated item and a government guideline on taxes, as a bank we are abiding by it. Hence, we regret our inability to reverse the same.

            When i click on upi in account tab while logged in hdfc mobile app, it says "you are not allowed to do this transaction. Kindly contact your nearest branch". When i click upi option before logging in the mobile banking it goes to "update device" where it shows my mobile no and asks for secret question and answer
            When i click the secret question nothing shows up. I could not not change the security question.
            I registered my upi on hdfc only. I cant access my upi and i forgot my upi also. I cant link my upi with any other account.
            When i called the customer care they said that they cant do anything or reset the upi id. I want to able to access my upi id.
            I want the access o[censored]pi id
            When sending the mail it was not sent. I called the customer care thy said that they cant do anything i cant access my upi

                Dear seniors of hdfc bank -

                Please pay some attention to resolve my issue.

                This is my second complaint for the same issue, i am waiting for the solution from bank but unfortunately bank have no time to address the issues other then auto mails.

                Following complaint i had made on 7th july and since then i am waiting for the solution since i have been wrongly charged around 15k in multi pal transaction that too without my intimation/agreements.

                My last complaint is still open but bank has shared me mail that it has been closed. (Ttu[protected]th july 2017)

                I have not received any calls from bank other then 1 call made by branch staff who was damn rude to discuss the matter and moreover rather then providing me the solution unnecessarily threatened me over call and took the whole conversation in different way.

                It is highly disappointed to be a customer with hdfc bank.

                I have a car loan from kotak mahindra bank and esc made through hdfc bank since i had my salary account in hdfc only, this loan has started in 2012 and my esc was automatically deducted from my salary account, however it was never the pain until i was getting my salary into hdfc but due to some issues with hdfc my company has shifted the salary account from hdfc to axis and now the real trouble started, i tried to maintain a sufficient balance in hdfc but sometimes esc amount got deducted and sometimes it wasn't, i never checked my hdfc bank account since it seems a smooth account & esc's but one fine day i came to know that every esc bounce has charges that too even after i have amount in my bank, 2-3 month there were chances where in i couldn't pay emi's and cleared the same with kotak via cash payment & my emi with kotak was never stacked.

                I have been charged around 850+ taxes multiple times, where in i have paid all my emi's to kotak on time.

                Please help to get the charges reversed since i was not aware about the same.

                  My self bhaskr bhatt, i by hdfc life policy in 2014 but some personal reason i unable to continue my policy but now a day your agent is cheating with me and calling me for to back money from my policy.
                  One person mr. Aashish agarwal (Mb.[protected]) is called me & give security to give my money to back he give a condition to refund money. First i pay 2 years remaining policy that amount is 30, 000, he send me a form and told send a check of 30, 000 by post in haridwar address. But after few days i understand he is cheating with me. He is opening my new policy
                  Your service is very bed i am fed-up with you services. You are only cheating with person, as well as mr manoj (Mb. [protected]) and ms aditi (Mb.[protected]) also called me they are also attached with mr aashish agarwal.. Please find solution for my policy.                       Hi,
                      On 16th august 2017, i purchased a product 'wildhorn combo set' from amazon.in
                      While i was placing the order during payment the first transaction failed to placed the order but amount of 849. Rs got deducted from my credit card and i received message for revised payment.
                      And then when i proceeded with revised payment again 849. Rs got deducted from my credit card and order was placed.
                      But i haven't yet received the refund of 849. Rs from the first payment gateway transaction failure.

                        Hi hdfc team,

                        I am writing this mail to bring to your notice a very unfortunate event that happened today which is highly unprofessional and inappropriate.
                        Between me and my family we hold many hdfc credit cards and bank accounts and we appreciate all your services.

                        But this particular incident is shameful, we have amount of around 1 lakh inr deposited in the account of awas vikas (Government housing body) o[censored]ttar pradesh, through one housing scheme. Later we decided to withdraw from the process and asked for refund, this is pending since april, 2017 and now its august end. Despite multiple reminders from awas vikas refund was not initiated and they had sent various reminders, then one hard copy letter was being sent to ashok marg branch of hdfc bank.
                        Bank manager is very rude and unprofessional and does not know how to talk to customers, on call also he talks as if he is supreme authority of hdfc bank, he denied recieving any letter, later when chief finance officer called him, he confessed that he got the letter in july itself but didnt process the refund.
                        As of today, my mother visited the branch, she is also a manager serving in government body, but he taked to her in very rude manner and dismissed without giving proper details.
                        After when sathish sir called him, he ewas vey pissed and i dropped him multiple mails and asked to acknowledge them this was his reply..

                        "i wont reply to each and evry mail i get, who are you, and why should i reply, who the hell is sathish to scold me"
                        This carried on for long time, later he threatened me that my money will not be refunded, i can do whatever i want. He seem to have some sort of disorder with his authority, as he was shouting the same thing again and again.

                        Kindly look into it, this type of behavior is highly unacceptable and i expect appropriate action to be taken against such people.

                        After abusing, he blocked all my numbers and he has assured me that he wont initiate the process, i have informed the same to chief finance officer of awas vikas uttar pradesh.

                          I holding your hdfc credit card for more than 3 years, i need a complete breakup of my debit and credit details from day one. Moreover i wanted to know the date andyear on which i have taken the credit card. The charges levied are extremely high i wanted to go for final settlement and wanted to close down the card.                             In kathua hdfc bank executive don't say to customer what i can do. Executive of bank open the account of customer and don't tell what the further procedure?. That person (Executive) automatically debit money from account without any intimation to account holder.... Plz beware and don't open acc in private bank

                              I had taken a children's policy with policy number = 15513939. The policy was issued to me by mr. Maanas (Tel :- [protected]).
                              The premium payment started from october 2012 and the premium payment frequency is annually. When i had taken the policy, i had requested your agent to issue the policy for a duration of 10 years i. E., the first premium payment would be in october-2012 and the last premium payment would be in october-2021....

                                    I've applied to open bank account in hdfc... Verification process completed.. I got mail from hdfc that my account was opened.. I didn't get kit.. Some one called me they said they are calling from hdfc and asked my date of birth and address.. I opened my ac in odisha.. But i got call from tamilnadu.. From this number [protected]..in the mail they said my password is my dob.. To open bank ac details..in the phone cal they only asked my dob. I thought it was verification but actually my verification process was completed.. How do i know is it fake call or hdfc bank call??
                                    In true caller some people reported the no. Was spam? But i said details that i thought the bank kit was not arrived may be it was the verification process.

                                    Vehicle no TN 37 Y 7692 is bought on 13th March 2002 and we have not yet get the NOC form for our vehicle loan form and the due amount for the vehicle had been successfully paid the full amount without any pending balance. So kindly with due respect provide us the NOC certificate.
