Dear personnel,

I have send multiple letter as a request to change my mobile number registered with my credit card account from +91-[protected] to +91-[protected] since one month. Though it has not been happened due to signature mismatch problem.

I don't actually understand why do you not able to verify my signature though i have send signature declaration form along with mobile number change request form in which i have put signature which has not been changed ever since. I am using same signature as i did earlier.

If your system find any mismatching then clarify it manually or verify my credential details as per your norms, but this issue can't be solved by sending you letters multiple times if the issue is going to persist anyhow. It has been complete harassment from your side since last since month and it will be forcing me to terminate my credit card.

There has been small request to change just mobile number. You are neither providing facility to change it using my net-banking account and nor providing me any other way to do that. Your costumer care executives are just helpless on this issue.

Kindly assist this problem and make this process complete asap without any letter or signature issue.

      I'm one of the hdfc bank saving account customer (Salary account), i've some problem with the balance deduction and now it's showing in minus. I didn't understand that without any notification my amount is deducting from my account. Is this the proper way to do the things with the customers and i don't even know that why these deduction made from account. My details are given below:

      Current ac [protected] deposited the kyc form but didnt updated by bank . Horrible at bank, rude customer relationship manager.
      We are using cub wallet, we have tryed to load amount from hdfc bank to our wallet, but we didnt recieved ant amount from hdfc bank to our wallet and amount has been debited from hdfc bank

        I transferred 150 Rs to my PTM wallet on 25-Dec-2016 but transaction show decline and money was deduct . I contact PTM care they said that payment not received and also not refund to m, y bank account, transaction details are below mention :-

        As on today the amount has not been claimed by the acquiring bank. In case the acquiring bank does not claim the transaction amount by the 16th day, the amount will be re-credited to your account.

        In case, you do not find any credit to your account after the above-mentioned time frames (as applicable), we request you to refer to the Dispute process as follows:

        Kindly fill in the Card holder Dispute form & the proof that you have attempted to resolve the dispute with the Merchant ( (i.e. Email comm.or letter) and email us at [protected]@hdfcbank.com mentioning the reference number in the subject line of this e-mail, so that we can initiate a charge-back.           Hi, i hold a credit card and back account with HDFC, i have a loan of 6.5 L. I have been paying my loan and credit card on time and for fanacial crisis i could not pay credit card for last 3 months, i was happy that finally i will be able to clear my credit card debt and added my credit card to the personal account. As it got added the account money is on hold. This is not helping me at all coz i dont have anyother source. Now i wont make payment to the card or loan. My house rent or anything else. I will switch my bank soon, i called customer service and visited a branch. No one can help, the collection dept numbers are not reachable or they are fake. Is this how we handle a customer...             I have raised a request to close my bank ac and it was told that within 4 working days the account will be closed but from past two week i have not got any update .this is the second time when i am not getting any proper update from bank side and when ever i call to customer care they directly say we cant do any thing you have to contact the branch .I dont know what kind of customer service is provided by the hdfc bank.Please look into the matter in urgent basis and try to resolve it. I am hdfc credit card holder and i am using this services for past two and half year but the type of customer service which i am getting from hdfc i think i have to close my credit account also.

              i am amit kumar From New delhi my account in HDFC bank also having Credit card of HDFC which is closed. one of my persona; loan attach with mybank account my HDFC bank account is [protected] at vikash marg laxmi nagar New delhi.as i have already complained that from credit card department they misbehave with me for late payment and they close my card also ask for settelment. i have recieved call from HDFC side one of your exicative reguraly calling me as per his conversation i have paid all ammount of credit card.
              credit card ki payment jaise boli gayi vaise humne paid kiya sari slips mere pas hai Rs 34500 ki paymengt humne us duration me ki jis duration me mujhse kaha gya unka kehna tha ki special aproval hai esliye payment aise krdo. jb humne NOC manga to mujhe wait kraya gya aur 2 month bad mere account me extra 52000 rs deduct kr liye gaye jb complain ki to bola gaya ki bank ke cerver me prob hai aa jayega paisa but jb jyada din ho gye to bank ki taraf se bola ja rha ki apka settelment cancle ho gya jabki payment humne unke executive ke acording paid ki hai jaisa uska kehna tha ki special approval hai es tereh payment kro aur kavi bhi settelment cancle ko mujhe ni bataya gya . meri family hosptlized thi bank ne humara paise dene se mna kr diya ye keh kr ki apki falt hai credit card ka settelment cancle ho gaya hai jo ki custmer ke sath miscommination kiya gaya hai.
              HDFC bank ka personal loan nbhi chal rha hai jiski EMI accont se jani hoti hai jo mujhe rokni padhi mera bank se kehna hai jo mere paise 52000rs apne extra duduct kiye hai ya to wapas kriye y fir loan me manage krke remaining EMI lijiye but bank ki side se hume paresan kiya ja rha hai bohot mental tourture mehsus kr rha hu jis ghar me kiraye me rehta tha woghar bhi chhodhna padha kyuki bank wale us ghar ke wonner ko bhi paresan krte the unne mujhse ghar khali krwa diya jb humne bank me jakar mail ke through and ATM ke through apna number Adess change krwana chaha naye ghar ka to ni kiya gya aj mai hope less hu bank mujhe bohot paresan kr rha hai please humari problem ko smjha jaye aur hume humara paisa wapas karaya jaye taki hum load ki EMI Bhar sake.

                  I'm totally unhappy with irresponsible bank's reply below. How can i be responsible for funds lost by my bank. I did not lose money kept in my house. I kept my funds in bank for safety and savings purpose. And bank has lost my funds. Bank cannot escape from its responsibility. As i told i need my lost funds back in savings account. I have already lodged complaint with police and copy has already been submitted with BTM branch along with CDF form.

                  Kindly reverse bank my amount lost by bank.

                  It has been a more than 15 working days, since i lodged the complaint for illegal transaction that happened in my account. But no response from bank till now. If i visit branch they would ask me to call customer care. I have rarely or never used the debit card for shopping. But even when my card was with me, some unknown/ unauthorized transaction has happened. Its clearly a failure in security systems infrastructure bank has, as i did not get any sms or email alert for those transactions. I should get my funds of around 6000 back in to my account, or else as guided by my regional police sub inspector, i would be taking this to consumer court, as i'm totally not responsible for this misuse, and bank has failed to provide the security to my funds in my account.

                  If bank wants me as its customer, then kindly reverse the money i have lost and if possible nab the culprit behind this. Also would help in improving the security measures bank is lagging.

                    my name is sonali thigale, from pune, on dtd 28.11.2016, at 18.15.56 i had received 2 message - rs.9898/- & rs. 9865/-was spend on ur hdfc credit card at paytm mobile solution.

                    I had not done this transaction. And not given any credit card information to other. After received this message, i had call to customer care and immedeately block my credit card. After that i had send trasaction dispute form to hdfc customer care, they said they will investigate this matter and reply you, after that i had complaint register to cyber crime dept . Pune, and this document submited to customer care thru email. But till date i have not received any reply from hdfc customer care.
                    Please investigate my complaint and justice me.

                        I payed my EMI to shriram city finance online. Status of transaction get failure
                        But EMI amount debited from my account.
                        I complaint to finance company but they don't get amount. Your customer care no will not responses, if you not respoding then shut off your customers care no.

                        Note : your customers care no. Will not attend the call.

                          I was availing SB account facility(A/c-[protected])with name Sarvesh Garg.Application for closing the said account is given in Feb-2016.later application is given 3times later howeverthe said account is not closed yet which led to negative balance in my sb account.
                          I have already requested them to close the said account 4 times but no action is seen on their end & minimum charges account are recurring charged on my account.

                          Now i request to kindly close the said account at the earliest.

                            Hdfc has modified the date from[protected] to[protected].

                            Attaching screenshot of the cheque.

                            If i would have done the changes i would have signed on the date. And bank has processed the cheque which got bounced.

                            Raising complaint against both banks . Icici and hdfc.

                                  My name is sushil BHUPENDRA KUMAR AHIRWAR. I joined a company in the year 2012 and that company opened my salary account in HDFC bank but didn't gave any basic terms and conditions of salary account. I left that job after few month because of study reason. At that time my account balance was less than Rs.10, 000 and after 3 month i saw that Rs.398 is being charged on my account as ASD deduction. It happend without any notification or SMS. when the same charge were made on my account three times then I withdrawn all the remaining balance. And now i.e.after 3 years It is showing negative balance of more than 5, 000.2 years after go to hdfc bank all ready signing accunt closer form but not close my accunt.I am totally shocked and worrying about the same.
                                  Can You please suggest me any way that what should I do. Can it be waived or I will have to pay all these amount..

My complaint is for Hdfc bank, I have an very bad experience for entire this year for unnassary deduct my money from my own account by HDFC bank. Recently 21 Dec I deposit 70000/- cheque in my account.The moment, the money transferd in my account, Hdfc deduct 884/- from my account and today 29 Dec I transferd online my EMI, just after the Hdfc Bank again deduct 863/-. I am fedup badly.Please saggest me what should I do ? Should I close my account ?

                                      Average Monthly Balance is calculated out at the end of the month. This is the average of the closing credit balance in the Account at the end of each day during the calendar month (i.e. a total of the daily closing credit balance divided by the total number of days during the month). In case this average is less than the minimum prescribed for your account, the charges for non-maintenance will be levied at the beginning of the following month along with the service tax and education cess at the applicable rates.
