I had already paid my credit card total amount in 40, 000 in may 5 th, but u sent a sms to my registerd mobile number yesterday the pending balance of rs (-3300), at recent of 2 days before u send a sms of pending balance of rs — (4300) why because i do not use any trasnsition in my card from the month of may, sir please check & reduce my credit card pending balance
Today i had deposit — 430 — of pending amount at what u send a urgent sms to my registered mobile no — ([protected]) i had paid
But u not debited or not "autopay" the amount
U sent too charges
Pls reduce late payment chaqrges
So i want to continue my card, pls reduce that late payment charges please do needful asap.

I had given irrepitive times complaints to u r hdfc credit card section
But no one is not responding
Not response from u r bank
Sir at 5th i had paid late pay credit card amount
From that month u do not send any sms or any emails to us for late payment charge
At last month u send a sms to my register no — [protected] amount pending of late payment charges of rs — 3300 & next week u send a sms of (430) to pay at urgent but u debited amount of rs — (500+4518) at my card total (5018)
Why sir u taken too charges to me
Plse check &
Please add my late pay charges & i want to continue my card
Please do needful to us asap
