This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank.
An amount of Rs 885 has been debited on 13th June 2018 from my account, mentioning about 'DEPOSITORY CHARGES" . Which I hve never used ask them to create.
This is not the first time that they have done this with my account, this has happened thrice inspite of me not using the demat servies.
And when I contacted to the bank they ask me to visit Green park branch(New delhi) and submit a demat closing from and when I visited this branch they ask me to send an email from my registered email, and now I have done whatever they asked me to do.
But now they hve new drama saying that this is not my registered email, they have given me a new email, which is not mine, so how I am suppose to send from that email, which is not mine?
Also One of there Support person called me and said that he would help me when I am trying to call him, he never answer the phone.
why do i have suffer for the thing i have not done. why do i have to go and close the demat account, which was not opened by me.
My experience has been worst with HDFC bank, NO support, No help.
HDfc is a fraud bank, they cheat people. they take our hard earn money.
This is just the beginning, I am going to post on every social platform, so that people are aware before opening an account with you (HDFC)
