I purchased jewellery from tanishq worth rs. 47, 000 through my hdfc credit card on 25th august 2018 from gurugram. As per running offer i was supposed to get 5% cashback if paid through hdfc credit/debit card. More than 3 months already passed but till date no cashback received nor any communication is there stating the timeline for cashback.

Please look into this & revert.

I purchased Jewellery form Tanishq on 25th August 2018. As per offer I was supposed to received 5% cashback. I was told it will be credited within 90 days. It's past 90 days now, still no cashback. Need urgent resolution

I purchased jewellery from tanishq worth rs. 1, 30000 through my hdfc debit card on 18th august 2018. As per running offer i was supposed to get 5% cashback if paid through hdfc credit/debit card. More than 4 months already passed but till date no cashback received
As per repeated mails with all details on [protected]@hdfcbank.com and call on customer care they told they have no information about this
