i complained before 1 month the he reversed the charges and again they are debited the charges frommy account

    Im using hdfc credit card for past 1 yr. On last oct'17 i received a call frm hdfc executive & he offer a plan regarding cc upgrade (Card limit increase & rewards points can be converted in money by 2x) & newcard ll delivered within 2 months. But not received.in jan'18 i call to customer care & asked about it, they answered that card has been returned to hdfc due to wrong address. But i didn't received any call frm delivery person during that time.
    After that i have contacted regional manager regarding this issue. He answered me with in 2 days card ll be dispatch to me.
    After that there is no response from hdfc rm. I tried to contact many times. But not able to reach...

    Credit limit was already increased on OCT' 2017 itself. i had no issue with this.

    im asking for another offer that is Reward points conversion to money by 2X. HDFC representative told that ' New card will send to me. But i didn't received that till date.

    HDFC executive, told me that if i want above 2 offers, i have to take a medical policy. So on HDFC executives assurance i taken a policy & im paid for that. But 1 Offer not given to me. ( 2X reward conversion)

    Also now you are saying that my existing reward points are transferred to Jet flyer account. But i didn't inform any one to transfer. How it had been transferred without my approval. ??

    For your information, as on Oct 2017, in my card, approx 5500 rewards points availed.

      I have got a diners credit card through agent of hdfc bank on jan 2018 and started using the same.
      I was very disappointed while swapping this card, in various malls, metro cash & carry, petrol pump and amway stores indira nagar, bangalore. It was unable to swap. Some times it works and some time it may not.
      I request you kindly to replace my existing card with visa credit card so that,
      I can utilize when ever i required.
      For this i tacked to the customer care personnel and they suggested that, i should drop a complaint letter to hdfc bank. I did the same and dropped the letter to whitefield branch inside the shantiniketen building, bangalore on 6th april 2018, no response was received so far.
      Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
      Last four digit of my card is -0486

      Please note that, before posting the above complaint at your Site I have contacted your customer care Phone banking officers and as per their suggestion I had dropped a complaint letter to your Whitefield branch inside the Shantiniketana Building (Bangalore) on 6th April 2018 and no response from HDFC Bank I received so far.

      Hence, again approaching to customer care Phone banking officers is not a solution.

      If you are replacing my credit card well and good or I am ready to return the same.

      No response received from HDFC Bank Credit Card Dept about my above concern.

      I have got a SMS stating the reply was forwarded through mail id but no response so far.

      INR 2940 paid to PSPCL being Electricity bill using my Net Banking account with HDFC bank and PayUmoney .
      PayUmoney has acknowledged receipt of money on with ID[protected] on same day 11.04.2018 when the amount was debited from my account.

      Kindly let me know when will PSPCL get the payments.
      I haven't signed for one assist mfee and I don't want that service. Please discontinue the service and refund the amount asap. I would like to know how it was added to my card without my knowledge and I haven't received any email confirmation of that service.

        Hi,

        I had a hdfc salary bank account in 2010, when i left that company that account became a regular savings account. Neither i was been intimated to close the account & it was dormant/inactive for 8 years with no liabilities with the hdfc bank.

        Now later when i opened up a salary account with hdfc bank, the dormant account got linked & they are charging me for not maintining the balance in the inactive account. I send them an account closure form to the pune, branch they recieved my form but havent acknowledged yet (20 days) now.

        Due to this it restricts me to use the hdfc bank services & its show - ve balance charges for which i am no liable to pay. Henceforth i would request if you can resolve this matter & avoid any escalation from my side.

          Respected sir/m'am/support team

          I have been your customer since 2006. I have home loan, my salary account and hdfc credit card.

          I have been happy overall with the service provided except the worst experience i recently had with hdfcgastag.

          When i tried to recharge my tag second time the error shown was blacklisted tag.
          When i tried to contact the customer care at [protected] nobody picks up. I must have tried atleast 100 times in last one week and its really worst experience.

          This is really bad experience. I am going get this infomation to all my friends through fb, twitter as well as to national highway authority and rbi.
          This is the worst experience with hdfc bank and if not addressed i will definately move away from all hdfc products i am currently using.

          We have checked, currently the wallet is freeze due to KYC reason and the issue is expected to get resolved by today. Since the wallet doesn't carry any balance TAG is showing as blacklisted as and when your recharge his wallet, TAG will be activated automatically.

              Uidai website says that we can update our aadhaar details at hdfc branch, vinayak nagar, gachibowli, hyderabad 500032 but the manager asked us to get exact 29.5 inr to get it done. He did not accept inr 30 in cash and other mode of payments were also not supported such as upi/neft/imps.

              In my opinion it should be made clear that only hdfc customers can update aadhaar details in hdfc branch instead of asking them to bring 50p coins (Cost: 29.5 inr) which is rare to find nowadays. (Rbi currency report)

                I have a account in hdfc bank for about 4 years many times transactions have been done without any notice from bank on the name of charges that a common person cannot understand. Recently 1000 rs were deducted without notice. This feels like our money is not safe in the account & bank can deduct money from the account any time on the name of charges without any notice to the customer. This is like official theft

                  I used my Regalia card & Priority Pass for availing lounge service along with my friend at Nagpur airport in the month of Jan.18. While availing I was told that, this service is totally free for Regalia card holder. I requested if my friend also can join, which they agreed.
                  During this transaction, no invoice was generated or any SMS was generated indicating this service is chargeable.
                  However recent statement in month of April shows transaction of Priority pass as Rs 3560.22 +18% GST 640.84 .This was totally unacceptable. Hence I contacted customer care & also credit card dispute cell. However there is no response from them to resolve the query.

                      Hi this pooja awasthi cust of hdfc loan no[protected] from past 3m from dombivli br alvita is the person home loan i try to call them several times but there is no response from whole hdfc team and i have to take leave from my office to ask small queries to them. On google there are many nos provided but no response. Dombivli branch people dont response and they are not helpfull. And they commited wrong for pmyojana. Hdfc is worst for banking please some help as im stuck with this bank they only charge, different charges and no work i try to talk on mails but no reply. They check my mail when i visit to there branch. So irritating. Alvita provided nos for some procedure they charged me 2500rs and the original charge was 1300rs. And when i asked for recipt she gave me after 1week after so many followoffs. I want to change my bank and need my all processing fees and all my expenses leave money which i spent just to communicate small queries from hdfc as they are vunerable they are not meant for banking purpose

                        I am vishakha sharma, i have taken a consumer loan from your bank

                        Please note the message that i get:-

                        Dear customer, stmt for hdfcbank consumer durable loan [protected] is generated. Total amt due is rs 5132.12. Emi due of rs 4896.56 will be debited on 05/mar/2018. Any overdue to be paid immediately.

                        Sadly, after one month, emi was never presented on my bank, and a customer care is calling to pay it via paytm, or transfer on online.

                        My issues:-

                        1) if emi is not being presented from your bank, how can you levy fine on me.
                        I had money in my account but emi was not presented from your end.

                        2) this month that is april 2018, i have not even got sms of emi reminder, and neither was emi presented.
                        If we fail to give emi in that date you levy fine, what if the emi is failing to present from your end, should you not bear loss.

                        I am wasting time doing paytm, or online transfer every month, and paying charges for the transfer.

                        Please remove all the fine levied, and refund the charges i had to pay by transfereing charges by myself or next i will move to consumer court.

                          I am an a/c holder (A/c no. [protected] of hdfc bank, shyambazar branch, kolkata

                          I made a money transaction through central bank of india atm centre, shibpur dinbondhu institution branch howrah, using hdfc debit card, on 04th april 2018, time 20:22. I withdrawed rs. 5000/-. Since the system got stucked, the cash not dispensed in the atm but i was billed for the amount. As hdfc customer care says, i filed a complaint to the nearest hdfc bank.

                          After that, i provided the card holder dispute form and all the details several times to all concerned people. But even after eight days go, i didn’t receive my money back. The charge back section of debit card disputes has not even replied to me.

                          I look forward to a speedy action from your part.

                            I used the credit card of hdfc in year 2015 where they already charged for that from my salary account with hdfc in year 2016 still claim that i am under the debt where tried to contact multiple times to there customer service and other contact details from there emails while no response or information updated from hdfc. Now in recent email they say it is 42, 108rs where they already charged me from my salary account in 2016 without any notification... Highly disappointed with the hdfc bank as they herassing me alot where now i do not have job or any source of income.

                            The contact number you had provided, I tried to reach on it while the number is busy and line got disconnect. Today also I got the email from hdfc in that again try to threthan me with legal action... this is alot harassment this privat bank doing on me I take this to rbi also... your customer service and credit card services are poor by which I'm paying alot to you guys... I am not an employed person yet I am facing back to back issue...

                                Yesterday we booked some product on amazon for the amount 868/-
                                And cancel it, after that, we get a message from amazon and hdfc also that amount is credited to my account but when we log in and check our account balance amount still not credited. It is not a first time, previously it happens, now once again bank do this kind of cheap work.

                                  Customer support number is always busy.

                                  I already send few emails to the mentioned id last week, until now no response
                                  I faced the same problem and I got the solution,

                                  Write an email to ashish.[protected]@sahaj.co.in asking them to reactivate your account

                                  40K plus accounts are in freeze due to KYC not updated

                                  Please send your RC Copy, Aadhaar and PAN to that email address, issue will be resolved in 24 hours,

                                  Send all your fast tag account information on the email

                                    Today (12-april-2018) morning i got a call from hdfc life agent from [protected] almost 5 time and speaking very roudly, can some take action against her.

                                    It's my humble request to hdfc life by mistake i invested some money at hdfc life, it's a lesson for me i am no more interested to invested any more money.

                                    Because i really fed-up with calls and their behaviour over calls and poor customer support etc.

                                    So please stop calling me

                                      From last week i am getting call continuously from number ([protected]) and she says that she is calling from hdfc life mumbai head office and wants to make old policy settlement. She is demanding some verification related documents and cheque of rs.25500/-.
                                      Why should i pay to get my own amount.
                                      They are calling me again & again from different numbers.
                                      When i talk to hdfc life customer care, they told me that for your own amount you no need to pay any amount/cheque.
                                      When i asked them to share details on my email id, so they denied that is not their policy.

                                        Hi hdfc,
                                        Your deducted rs531 and rs 354 from my account. What is this amb chrg incl gst for feb 2018 & mar 2018 mir[protected]? Why can't you people information about this deduction about this to me? This made me felt wrong about your service. How can you deduct variable money for 2 months?
                                        I want to know the reason for this deduction and my money to be deducted back.
