Till data there is no communication from HDFC as well as no fastag is issued. I am trying to connect through their helpline but it is always busy.

Ive paid and ordered the fastag from hdfc on the 28th Nov 2019. It mentions that it will be delivered in 7 days. Its going to be a month and have still not recieved it. Its difficult to even get through the cust. care no. If i knew it would take so long it rather buy it from paytm.

I've applied for Fasttag through HDFC bank on 30.11.2019, for which i received confirmation message on 05.12.2019 that my customer id and wallet id crated and i've 300 balance in my wallet from 500 paid.     Hello Team,

    My customer ID is[protected] .

    I have sent mail on 20th Dec 2019 for updation of Vehicle No MH14GY5110 to my RFID account
    After that I have called 3 times ( After trying 20-25 times each time) to update the same.

    But till date Issue is not resolved.
    When asked to customer helpdesk for Ticket no, they told no ticket is generated for such call.

    Kindly check the same and take appropriate action ASAP.

      Dear sir/madam,

      I was an employee of hdfc bank agartala branch fro 2016 to 2017. But till date i have not received my pf amount as they have inputted my wrong date of birth. After that, i have resolved it online. However when i am applying for a withdrawal of the whole pf amount i am not able to withdraw the same. Its showing that i can only withdraw the pension amount and the other amount under form 19 cannot be withdrawn as it is under the name of the trust of hdfc bank. But at the time of joining or my resignation i have not been informed about the same by the said company. I need the full withdrawal of the pf amount at an earliest.

      I have not received my fastag even after one month .No use in calling their helpline number as not able to reach and even when I reached its of no use and I can reach the number only during odd hours and I reach the number early morning.Your Customer Id is[protected] and Wallet Id is [protected] .       I have applied for fastag on Dec 3. While applying they said i will get in 7 working days. It's been almost 17 days, I didn't get any update regarding status of my application other than debiting my money and creating a wallet. My application reference number is HFR881555

        Welcome mailer not received - could not get the wallet id. So, wallet id is mandatory to be entered to login to the fastag portal of hdfc. I have my rfid and vehicle no.

        My vehicle no is ka01ml4883. Rfid is[protected]. Pleas send my wallet id, to enable me to login and recharge my fastag.

        The fastag portal should make it mandatory to enter only 2 of the the 4 fields - with vehicle id and the rfid, one should be able to login. But they are making the wallet id as mandatory.

        Welcome mailer is not in spam as well - have checked my mailbox thoroughly.

        I need my wallet id as the solution.

          Hello,
          I would like to make a complaint regarding the annual debit card fee on my account, i m not happy about this charge i have tried couple of time to change my debit card and ask in my home branch to provide me a normal debit card without any charges, however i am getting charge everytime which i am not happy to pay and i am looking for a refund of rs 885 on my account...

            I got call from the hdfc bank from delhi for job and paid refundable deposit of 1000rs. And later on they ask 21000rs for job and i ask for my money back and since 20 days have passed i have not received any money and they are not receiving our calls also. I want my money back.             Have tried innumerable times and also advised the local Branch manager. Awaiting resolution.

              Applied fastag through online on 13th december. On 27th recieved the fastag envelope but there is no tag. Reported the complain on customer care on 28th december.

              They din't take any action thereafter. After multiple time complaining now it shows i the site that they have re-dispatched through indiapost with tracking id rm[protected]in.

                  Dear hdfc,

                  Im abhilash, i received a call from hdfc executive before 2 weeks and asked to apply for the credit card and he collected the documents and processed the documents and i got 2 to 3 calls ftom hdfc verification teams, my cibil score is high side and address verfication, company verfication are done and at positive side and i received a sms that your application is processed and can track the status in the link below. After few days i tried calling the executive and no one from the hdfc are responding and i verified the status through the link provided in the sms and came to know that the card application status is declined. I really tried to know the reason for the disapproval and none responded. As per the rbi guidelines one should know to the reason for the rejection as it will affect the cibil score of the person.

                  I felt really bad as i never contacted hdfc for credit card and themself came to me and said that they are offering card and now finally no response from the hdfc.

                  I request hdfc to resolve my issue at the earliest. The things happening are making me loose hope on hdfc. Let me see can hdfc bluit the trust again by resolving the issue.

                    I recharged my fastag for rs 1000/ on 14/12/2019 through paytm upi money was deducted but fastag not recharged. Money went to netc. [protected]@hdfcbank.
                    I lodged complaint to paytm and bank account. Paytm says transaction was successful. Hdfc bank agra did not help. They say it was not their business.
                    The state bank (Account from which money was deducted) said that they were not in picture.
                    Paytm said they have complained to hdfc but so far thee is no response from hdfc.
                    Please retrieve money from netc. [protected]@hdfcbank and refund tomy account.

                      Hi,

                      I had applied for for fastag through hdfc bank appln. Ref number (Hfr359140) on 11, nov, 2019.
                      My fastag wallet is created and got customer id and wallet id. But the fastag is not delivered to me till today.
                      There was no communication from hdfc bank when they will dispatch fastag as well. There fastag customer care nubmber is never reacheable. It is always busy. They didn't provide any email contact for fastag support as well.
                      If i call the hdfc home branch, they say they don't deal with fastag. So i am forced to raise this compaint here. Expecting a faster resolution.

                          I have a problem related of wrong deduction of money from my wallet.

                          Problem statement:

                          I traveled to my hometown on dec 14 / 15, 2019 and on dec 18, 2019 i have a sms stating that inr 450 is deducted. Whereas i had actually traveled a couple of days earlier.
                          Tried calling (Which sometimes connected and was told to email another company and then finally stating the amount will be reversed. Emailed multiple times to the suggested email from a company called insolutions global to no avail.

                            But they said we activated plan already. And amount will auto deduct from your creditcard. Who are u deduct my money. This is criminal act from hdfc bank. I dont need this plan and i not agreed to it with customer excutive.

                                  I shini mary rajan hold hdfc credit card and i have certian loans on hdfc bank. The issued me the loan seing my salary and cibil score, making sure that iam a central gov employee.
                                  Last month, due to an accident and other circumstances, we couldnt pay the emi on personal jumbo loan and credit card in time.
                                  Thereafter,
                                  The executives, from bank took my number from the system started calling me from their personal number as torchuring me like anything, when ever they call, i was saying that, iwll be paying it on december first, they didnt hear that or they didnt value that.
                                  They again contacted my father who is above 67 years and revealed all the deatils about my pending payments.
                                  Again they called from their personal numbers to my hus, who is a cance payment. Person named rosemary started talking to him in an indescent way saying that, they will be sending executives to our home, they will be rude, they will take money from us, they know how to take back my moeny... This account is in loss and doesnt have any shame.. Like this...

                                  I have a doubt, can u just say one point to stay in your bank availing your services...
                                  Why should a customer should get your services, when the customer care people takes the personal number of a women and her families and calling them taking abuses and even threatening...

                                  Few days back i even contacted your fb messenger... Hell services, ithey tried to fool me with a wrong number...

                                  Please be informed that, i will be filing a complaint regarding you peolpe if you people has not taken action against the person who threatens me and my family and used my personal number for contacting me from their personal number,
                                  Please keep it in in mind that, i have cleared my dues and not a single issue so far about the payment.

                                  Dear HDFC, the link which you have provided doesnt guide me to complaint against collection team. for your information, i have parallely sent mail to several persons to those who are working in HDFC bank on senior levels ( took their mail id from Google ), but no response so far...
                                  Even i have filed complaint in HDFC also, somewhere in the site itself, but no response from anyone...

                                  You are free to contact me to the registered email id, i still stand on my complaints and i will make sure that the persons who are not eligible to work on banks should not work there abusing persons and making unnecesary comments and blackmailing

                                    Hi support team,

                                    I have used my credit card in poorvika mobiles on 28th dec for rs.19000, i got a sms on 1st of jan 2020 that i need to pay 19931, how the amount can change after the swipe, i have given you rights to take only 19000 from my account, then how can you take 931 more from my account.

                                    My card ends with 9236, my registered mobile number is [protected], kinldy fix this issue asap.

                                      When trying to contact with customer care, it always remain busy. So not able to contact for to resolve queries.
