[Resolved] HDFC Bank — welcome mailer not received, unable to recharge fastag | |||
Welcome mailer not received - could not get the wallet id. So, wallet id is mandatory to be entered to login to the fastag portal of hdfc. I have my rfid and vehicle no. My vehicle no is ka01ml4883. Rfid is[protected]. Pleas send my wallet id, to enable me to login and recharge my fastag. The fastag portal should make it mandatory to enter only 2 of the the 4 fields - with vehicle id and the rfid, one should be able to login. But they are making the wallet id as mandatory. Welcome mailer is not in spam as well - have checked my mailbox thoroughly. I need my wallet id as the solution. Was this information helpful? | |||
