My order is delayed 6 days from the date of expected delivery date and i have paid my order and there was no information about my order. My order I'd is :HKM[protected] so please make sure my order deliver as soon as possible otherwise refund my money i have written to healthkart but they are not answering and i also called them but they didn't take any further steps so please make sure that my order is delivered as soon as possible. Also they are neither replying nor give any notification about my order

Once order status is changed as "Returned" we'll initiate a refund which would reflect back to the source within 7 -10 business days.

    I have placed an order for 2 fish oil worth rs. 698 during the flash sale and made payment through upi and it was successful but the order was not placed and the order is not showing in the order section. I would like to get my refund

          I have returned back the product to healthkart and they have failed the quality checks by stating that product is not in the same state as we delivered.

          I have returned back the product in original state in which i have received.

          I am not satisfied with the resolution provided by health kart team.

              Hey, I paid for 5lbs tub of Whey Protein by Optimum Nutrition (extreme milk chocolate) worth rupees 7389.

              I paid via Paytm UPI. The payment has been successful and the money has been deducted from my account but post-completion it said the order could not complete due to some error

              Now the item still sits in my cart, unordered, while the money from my account is gone. Please take a look at this, thanks

                HI, i ordered a BCAA from healthkart official website. I did the payment through UPI (paytm) and at 9:15 pm today. After confirming the payment i got a text that your account has been debited by 2998 and has been to BrightLife Care Pvt ltd from Paytm balance but i haven't got any update from healthkart regarding the order nor it is showing under my orders section. Please refund my money asap, i've all the screenshots in proof FYI

                    Team, I had ordered 2 flavors of MB Whey Protien - Vanilla & Strawberry. While Vanilla was good, the box for Strawberry flavor was open without any seal on the Box. As I opened the Vanilla first and was consuming the same, I opened the strawberry flavor box yesterday and there was no seal on it, no authentication code was present and the Barcode on the cap was faded.
                    The Protein powder was also having a foul smell.

                    I received a mail from the HealthKart Customer Care that as the 48 hours were passed do they can't entertain my request of refund/replacement of the product, whereas nowhere it was mentioned that the product has to be opened within 48 hours and as I already mentioned I had ordered 2 boxes, so cant start consuming both at the same time.

                      I had received the contents of this order on 30th August. On checking the contents on 31st August (night), the carton was intact but the protein box was completely damaged, the cap came off without any effort (seal was intact) and the contents of the box were leaking through multiple pinholes on the protective cover of the box.
                      I called the customer care helpline on 1st September and shared an e-mail complaint as well (before 48 hours period as mentioned in healthkart guidelines).
                      I requested them to provide a replacement or refund for the same as the product was heavily damaged. But the company executives have denied my refund request stating that the order was shipped in good condition and the carton was not damaged, hence a refund/replacement cannot be provided.
                      This is completely unfair, as the carton not being damaged or the product being shipped in good condition does not change the fact that the product that i received was damaged.
                      Request you to please replace the product or atleast arrange a refund for the same

                        I have received a damaged ON whey protein box with a broken seal and have raised a request with the customer support with all photo proofs but in response they said they wont be able to return i contacted them just after opening the carton box and within a hour of the delivery and with all photo proofs which fulfil all the policies on their website .. please kindly look into it asap

                          Recived product was damaged, old looking with multiple scratches and dent. The seal looks tampered. When reached out to HealthKart team they said they have no inventory of the product details I received and they will not be proceeding with replacement/refund.

                            I ordered myprotein whey supplement from healthkart, and received damaged product. The my protein carton had what most probably are small holes due to steppler pins made during delivery. When I opened the box the protein was spilled all over. Called customer service, which after delaying for 4 days say that they won’t replace/return since the carton was delivered by “due diligence” from their side. Instead, they had the audacity to pin the mistake on me, saying that I must’ve torn it open by mistake. Worst customer service ever. I still have the video from the surveillance cam from my home of opening the product. Still nothing. Won’t order from healthkart ever again, and will pass on the video to friends in my gym to dissuade them from ordering from this service ever again. Power of social media I guess.

                            I already have written and called customer support. Even after sending images of the torn carton, customer support refused to replace the product. Instead they said that it must’ve been torn while I was opening the bag, which is impossible given how much of the protein powder was spilled inside the box. It’s clear that the carton was torn somewhere during delivery as the small tears on the carton is from a stapler pin, which is used by delivery to stick the bill on the box. I could smell the protein as soon as I opened the box, so even if the carton left the delivery warehouse intact, it most probably was leaking for at least 2-4 days. All of this I have described, with relevant pictures of the carton and the cardboard box, to customer service. And healthkart has refused to replace my order, with the call person still telling me it’s my fault. Yeah I wouldn’t deal with this again. You could tell from the way they talked that they were not listening to my concerns. They’re probably told to not take any returns. Worst service. Not gonna recommend this to anyone ever again.

                              I orderer a mass gainer from healthkart app and my experience was very ridiculous. Delivery agent called me at the date of delivery and unfortunately I wasn't at home at that time and I reported him of my absence and to deliver my order some other working day... Healthkart was asking me the delivery date and I filled that option... I waited waited and waited, 12 days later, I haven't got my product. I have called the delivery agent minimum 15 times... He doesn't reply. I would recommend some other app if you want comfortable delivery service... Thanks for your discomfort...

                                      I ordered protein cereals from healthkart app and my order is prepaid. they provided such a ridiculous and poor courier service that is Xpressbees they didn't delivered the item and without asking to me they filed RTO I don't know on which basis?
