I've placed order for MB Multivitamin and INLIFE Vitamin D3 quantity of 2 each.
But I've received only 1 each, and I completely forgot that I placed order for 2 and I didn't realize that only when I accidentally came across the healthkart order email.
When I check my card and my HK account, I paid for 2.
When I tell them the same, they say that its past 14days of their return policy and can't do anything about it now.
I trusted these people and I did not bother to check, my mom just accepts the order throws the carton away and puts the products aside and we leave them there for a week due to this covid thing.
When I raised the issue to them, they talk about the quality while my issue is about the quantity
I'm their loyal customer since 2012, if this is what I have to go thru, I can't imagine what they're doing to the new customers
Do not blindly trust them, do your checks and do not let them take the advantage of this pandemic

Please do not be bothered, my issue is not solved and it will never be solved by you.
I got the same response on email and also the same here. The rating and complain will remain until I get the products I paid for. So that other people can see it and beware
It's true you people have taken the advantage of the pandemic and I got fooled and I'm never trusting your service again.
