I am writing to you to raise an issue about Sports & Fitness

The issue that I have experienced was: My recent purchase of ON (Optimum Nutrition) Essential Amino Energy is not consumable as when I open the package the seal was broken and the product was spilled all over the lead. Powder lumps are formed and even the desiccant is covered with lumps all over it. It's is clearly mentioned 'do not use if seal is broken'.

The response was not helpful neither your customer care service as this situation is not made up and HealthKart clearly denies taking ownership of the defective product sold. I want this to be replaced or refund my money since the delivered product is not consumable.

I am not satisfied with the response towards my complaint and its clear negligence towards the customer's concern. I am not going to use the product and thus wasted my money on relying on this horrendous service from HealthKart. I wish to take legal action so no one else should suffer and the seller should act responsibly.

              My refund was initiated on 13-11-2020 and I got money in my account on 17-11-2020 it took 4 days because it was Diwali holidays If there wasn't any holiday it would have taken only 2 days If you have got message from healthkart that refund has been initiated then in 48hrs you'll get your money if there is no bank holiday. So don't panic just call healthkart customer care they are really doing good job

                I ordered a prostar whey protein having order number HKM[protected]. The condition of the jar was not in good condition and seal of the lid was loose but the inner seal is in fine condition. The product is unused and the bill is also there.
                I called customer care several times they asked me to share images of the box and cartoon, I did the same but no update on this is there.
                I mailed the concern at [protected]@healthkart.com but they are not reverting anything about this.
                No one came for the pickup and the return request is not being raised yet.
                Kindly help me by raising return request for the same and refund amount for the product.

                  Subjected product was delivered with 'kids toffees: instead real multivitamin tablets.

                  Surprisingly courier seal was intact, it was just bottle's white cap which was missing with rest all the packing material was kept intact.

                  Entire product seems to be re-packaged and appears to be a part of systematic & organized fraud activities directly by company.

                  Another part of my order 'Vegan Omega' is perfectly fine with everything sealed.

                  Please investigate & arrange for a replacement or refund.

                  This was my first order with HealthKart which definitely didn't go well. Company has already rejected my refund claim.

                    I have ordered a Whey Protein of Muscleblaze (8.8 lbs) from halthkart.com, it was about to reach me on 15/10/2020. Today is 19/10/2020 and I didn't get any update of my product. Moreover, I also received a SMS on 16/10/2020 asking me to keep the money ready (as it was on COD) and my product is out for delivery. But, till toady i didn't received the product.

                    I called the customer care[protected] on 15/10/2020 as well as 16/10/2020 and 17/10/202, l and they assured me that I will get my product within 24 to 48 hours. But, its been more than 72 hours and still I didn't get my product.

                              I've placed order for MB Multivitamin and INLIFE Vitamin D3 quantity of 2 each.

                              But I've received only 1 each, and I completely forgot that I placed order for 2 and I didn't realize that only when I accidentally came across the healthkart order email.

                              When I check my card and my HK account, I paid for 2.

                              When I tell them the same, they say that its past 14days of their return policy and can't do anything about it now.

                              I trusted these people and I did not bother to check, my mom just accepts the order throws the carton away and puts the products aside and we leave them there for a week due to this covid thing.

                              When I raised the issue to them, they talk about the quality while my issue is about the quantity

                              I'm their loyal customer since 2012, if this is what I have to go thru, I can't imagine what they're doing to the new customers

                              Do not blindly trust them, do your checks and do not let them take the advantage of this pandemic

                              Please do not be bothered, my issue is not solved and it will never be solved by you.
                              I got the same response on email and also the same here. The rating and complain will remain until I get the products I paid for. So that other people can see it and beware

                              It's true you people have taken the advantage of the pandemic and I got fooled and I'm never trusting your service again.

                                Hi, my name is kaustav sood and i ordered 2lb on gold standard whey protein on 23rd june 2020. Order id: hkd[protected].

                                Estimated delivery date was 27th june, however i received a notification that the order was delivered today on 24th june delivered by xpressbees.

                                I have still not received the order, nor am i being able to get in touch with health kart customer care to rectify this issue.

                                I simply want to know where my order is as this is a prepaid order.

                                    From healthkart i ordered :-
                                    2 nouriza peanut butter = 704 rs
                                    1 mb fuel whey protein unflavoured = 1099 rs
                                    1 mb fuel whey protein chocolate flavor = 1199

                                    I ordered it on 21 may 2020 and it shows the expected delivery date 31 may 2020
                                    But on 26 may 2020 it shows that your order is delivered but i was not delivered to me.

                                    Please solve my problem

                                      I ordered a resistance band from healthkart and got it on 13th may. The item is so unsatisfactory to so may levels that i opted to return the product.in the product page it is mentioned that the order can be returned till 14days. I made the request through call on which i was said to send a mail. Then i wrote a mail and said to send the current pics. After that i was told that the seller doesn't have return policy. I send them the mail that on the page itself it is written that the product is eligible to return. Today is still 22nd of may 2020. Very poor response from the healthkart team. I want my money back.
