I ordered MuscleBlaze Raw Whey Protein 80% on 20 June 2022. The expected delivery date was 20 June. However, I did not receive the product but the app has marked the item as delivered.

I cannot register my complaint correctly as there is no response from HealthKart....

But my money diducted from my account and order not placed, I raised a issue about that in healthcare customer care, they confirmed that they don't receive any money, and also I raised issue in MobiKwik app they show transaction is successful....

With reference to Order ID: HKI[protected], The box was received in very poor packing.
The power was spilled out side and seal was already open. Scratch QR code was already scratched.
Scoop was also not there.
It is clearly a fake product.
Further i requested to take necessary action for replacement of the same immediately.
But they refused to accept the request stating that the packing...

On 15/3/22 at 7:14 pm placed an order and money for deducted but the order was not placed. Payment made through Paytm
