Hello, i ordered MuscleBlaze Biozyme Performance Whey protein which recived on 8 aug 2022 when i open the box it smelling very badly when i take the protein i vommit.when i tried to return my product the coustmer executive said the smell or taste is not under our return policy.is that mean they sell anything they want it is my wrost online shopping experience i am tired of same reply i want to return or replace my order.is there someone who take responsibilty for quality of the products or they send anything for money. please provide me a better solution my order id is HKM[protected].

    I had placed an order with Muscleblaze, and the order status seems to be delivered.
    But the order is not received yet. The payment was also prepaid via credit card.

    They delivered the order a day after following up and after a lot of calls with customer care. Still, unsatisfied with the communication made from the delivery vendor end.

      I ordered Muscle Blaze Whey Gold 100% Whey Protein Isolate, 1 kg on 22 July 2022. The expected delivery date was Aug-2 . However, I did not receive the product but the app has marked the item as delivered.

      Thanks for the response. The actual issue is with Speed post, they did not call me to deliver the product, they did not try to deliver the product. They simply kept the order with them for weeks. a Week later i when i check my status in Muscle blaze website where i ordered the status is delivered. I called customer care for at least 100 times.

        I order MuscleBlaze Raw Whey Protein 80%. But due to payment pending I again order this items and in both case money deduct. I received only 1 order. I call Healthkart and say please cancel my 2nd order and he say within 48hours ur order get cancel and refund will be granted but today show both item are delivered. How can I get refund.

          I have ordered some products from Healthkart from which I need return one product.
          First mistake by Healthkart was that they gave an Approval of a Non Returnable Product.
          Second, when they found this, they have neither delivered the product nor refunded the Amount.

              So i ordered a ultimate nutrition prostar whey protein worth Rs. 5352, which was later cancelled because it took too much time to get delivered even after the expected delivery date. After not receiving the refund even after waiting for 7-10 working days, I was told by the healthkart customer care to contact my bank with the same. Even they have confirmed that no refund was reflected in my account.

              It's a humble request to do something about this asap, or I would request to send a check instead since I'm tired of waiting. PLEASE

                                  My name is Kishore kumar K.
                                  I want to return my order (Ultimate Nutrition Prostar whey protein) with order ID HKA[protected]. By the time i received the product, outer seal is already broken and there are 5 holes on the top of the lid. I have received the order on March 14th 2022 and i placed return on the same day. I was asked to attach the product images . As per the customer care associate request i have attached all the images which they have asked for. After multiple follow ups with the customer care, they have responded on April 5th 2022, customer care team is denying for return mentioning the reason that outer seal is broken. The reason why i am returning the product is because of outer seal is already broken and the customer care is denying for the same reason.

                                  Hope u will solve the issue and accept my return request and refund my money.

                                      I ordered NakPro Nutrition's Whey Protein Perform pack of 2 (2KG) total cost RS.2649 & their is a offer that if paid through SIMPL pay in 3, you will get 10% cashback, cashback will reflect in your account in 24 hours & its 60+ hours while I'm posting this complaint that I can't received my refund yet.

                                      I mailed both companies, but SIMPL said that,
                                      "As specified by HealthKart, all the issues regarding the transactions are to be directed to them. Since the cancellations, refunds, and changing of the status of the transactions can only be done by the merchant.

                                      We request you to kindly write to HealthKart so they can assist you further."

                                      & When I mailed to HealthKart they said,
                                      "We request you to please get in touch with the simpl for the better assistance, as CASHBACK offer is from simpl"
