Dear Team,

One of the moments where I felt cheated is when I opened the box of protein I ordered and found sugar instead of whey protein.

To my surprise the seal was broken and when i checked its brown sugar inside it.

I am attaching the pics of the box. I request you to please replace the box of protein with the original whey protein.

The product delivered damaged and was not passing authentication, when tried reaching out to customer care of healthkart on the same day of delivery. They asked for pictures which i provided. No response. I tried reminding them but they again asked for the same picture. Later they started wasting time for inspection and dodging instead of initiating the refund.
After so many days I received a call from healthkart saying the product...

I have ordered Nakpro whey protein on 24th August and it was expected to deliver on 1st September. But I have not received it yet. I wish to cancel the order and get my money refund as soon as possible.

Sir, I ordered scitron advance whey protein from healthkart on 02 sep 2022, I ordered this product because healthkart as mentioned flat ₹200 off, if i do online payment through Airtel payments Bank, but i have received only ₹40, it blewed my mind, i am a student, I can't afford this extra money, so sir, please try to cancel my order, And i am really sorry for cancelling my order, but please accept my request....

I purchased GNC whey protein from Healthkart, received product was damaged as its container was crushed, and on opening the lid it had bugs on top of the inner covering, which was also ripped.

So I called healthkart customer care, and they told me to send the photos of the container with expiry date and top to down photos, to their official email, which I did, and ticket was created.

I have purchased Whey protein Muscle tech Nitrotech performance series - Milk Chocolate USA 4Lb(Rs.6399), but Product delivered was same product Milk chocolate India 4LB (Rs. 5900).

Since that i have contacted healthkart support team via mail, call and shared the product pictures packaging details as they requested. They keeps promising that my query will be resolved in 24hrs/48hrs/72hrs. It's been 10 days...

I had ordered a gym bag, 2 pre workouts and a pack of creatine. got all except gym bag, infact parcel box was too small to hold a 40 litre gym bag in it. had contacted customer care number they asked me to email the pics. i did, they didnot receive it. i sent from 3 different mail id's, its still the same. Customer care is not willing t help, local healthkart store guy not willing to help....

I Purchased one Fish oil capsules from healthkart on 19th Aug and made the payment on same time however i m not get my product and they mentioned the status as delivered in application .. multiple calls and mails has been shared with them but i didn't get any resolution...

I will order 60 tablet rs 529 rs but i can open a box i received only 30 tablet..
And tablets has been changed...
I can every try to complain to healthkart costumer care but they cant any response and help us..

I ordered Muscle Blaze Whey Gold 100% Whey Protein Isolate, 1 kg on 22 July 2022. The expected delivery date was Aug-2 . However, I did not receive the product but the app has marked the item as delivered.

I cannot register my complaint correctly as there is no response from Health Kart.

I order MuscleBlaze Raw Whey Protein 80%. But due to payment pending I again order this items and in both case money deduct. I received only 1 order. I call Healthkart and say please cancel my 2nd order and he say within 48hours ur order get cancel and refund will be granted but today show both item are delivered. How can I get refund....

I have ordered some products from Healthkart from which I need return one product.
First mistake by Healthkart was that they gave an Approval of a Non Returnable Product.
Second, when they found this, they have neither delivered the product nor refunded the Amount....

Cancelled my product but haven’t received my refund yet and it’s been more than 10marks already.. Called the customer care wasn’t worth it n very unprofessional.. Would appreciate if look into it..
