Fake product sold by healthkart.

I received a fake product today. Had ordered a C4 Pre-Workout supplement, and when I scratched the verification label, there was no 13-digit code or QR present.

The seal seemed tampered as well, however, the packaging was perfect.

I am now questioning all orders placed from healthkart as I was trusting them blindly for authenticity.

Wonder, how can such a breach happen in the supply chain without inside people involved. Its health risk.

    They don't respond! Don't register Compliant (just a feedback with no ticket or complaint number). Order id: HKA[protected] Returned the product on September 24th for replacement with different flavour, it's 16th November today. No response from any team, keep me on hold for 40 mins & more when I call as they have to talk to some back team. ON e-mail they have always the same reply for past more than 1 month, in quality inspection will get back to you in 48 hrs. Somebody please Help!

          Hello,

          I have received damaged product on 22.10.2022 and as soon as I received the product I mailed to the healthkart team with my order details and images and asked them to raise a return request, It’s been more than 8 days no one has raised the return request and helping me to get my issue resolved. I have mailed multiple time but only getting computer generated mail as a response, This is very frustrating as Spending this much amount and getting defective product.

              I am disappointed with Healthkart service and do not want to place any order from you in future. I was told that with one order one order is free for ₹581. But gave only one box in 581 and I think it is a complete foolish way and Same thing you have done with my ₹ 412 product.
              I do not want to use healthkart ever in future and never to suggest anyone I asked please refund my money to me 993rs and get your product picked up on their toll free number (because this message they show 'We apologize for the inconvenience, you can mail us your query at [protected]@healthkart.com or call us at[protected] from 10 AM to 7 PM to initiate') But they start saying we do not place request on phone call please send mail of product photos and then we pick up the product then send it for a quality check after that we asked you for your account number then within in three working hoursday we transfer your money in short it will take 10 to 15 days to refund now they are saying on my system your product was not delivered wait for 24 hours when it will show then we start all process. First the make me fool buy one get one free offer now they are wasting my time I am very feeling very helpless please help me making it as soon as possible and whatever better for me please help me

                Remedies exhausted - Mutliple emails and phone calls on customer care.
                Requesting - Replacement or Refund (Both denied)

                I had ordered NitroTech MuscleTech 8.8lbs but received Used, old and unsealed Combat Protein 4lbs in a small packaging (which cannot be used for 8.8lbs products). I approached customer care a number of times. However, customer care representatives tell me that on holding inquiries with the vendor, courier service and referring to "packaging video" and "weight of courier", my claim does not qualify for refund or replacement. However, none of the material relied upon for rejecting my request is being shared with me as "company policy". I have already submitted all photos and videos but my grievance is not being addressed at all.

                The company does not understand the simple fact that the box I received cannot in any scenario be used for 8.8lbs. The company representatives have been unable to answer this too but still are denying my claim for refund or replacement on vague and evasive grounds.

                It has been more than 10 days and I have been cheated of about Rs. 14, 000.

                Yes, thank you for escalating the issue. However, I insist that the customer care representatives actually acknowledge and help me with the issue instead of citing vague company policies and outright just refusing any solution to the problem. You are free to send your representative for a physical inspection and I'm sure he/she will definitely understand the issue.

                        The product delivered damaged and was not passing authentication, when tried reaching out to customer care of healthkart on the same day of delivery. They asked for pictures which i provided. No response. I tried reminding them but they again asked for the same picture. Later they started wasting time for inspection and dodging instead of initiating the refund.
                        After so many days I received a call from healthkart saying the product is damaged(Oh common, that was the reason it was returned by me, right)
                        The person on the call refused to let me talk to any superior and was harsh to provide any other information.

                          The product delivered on 26 Aug 2022 was not passing authentication, when tried reaching out to customer care of healthkart. on the same day of delivery. They asked for pictures which i provided. No response. I tried reminding them but they again asked for the same picture. Later they started wasting and dodging instead of giving resolution on sending non authentic product. This time they wanted me to send video of the same pictures that were shared earlier. This kept on repeating without any solution.They are dodging which clearly indicates the fake product sold in market.These are health related and if fake product are sent it is very harmfull and might create life endagerment.it's more than 15 days now without any solution. healthcare is just dodging asking for pictures and videos repeatedly. they have sent fake products. pls help

                                I purchased GNC whey protein from Healthkart, received product was damaged as its container was crushed, and on opening the lid it had bugs on top of the inner covering, which was also ripped.

                                So I called healthkart customer care, and they told me to send the photos of the container with expiry date and top to down photos, to their official email, which I did, and ticket was created.

                                After no update for couple of hours, I called them again, this time the customer care representative told me to send picture of carton box as well, which I had already disposed off. After I told them your customer care representative didn't tell me about this earlier, they told that its not possible to replace without picture of carton box.

                                After sometime i received an email

                                As per your telephonic conversation with our executive. since you have discarded the carton box then in that scenario, it's not eligible for further investigation or return thus, we are closing this ticket as we are unable to process any next action (return/replacement/refund).

                                I have been a regular customer of healthkart, but seeing their behaviour I will not ever use healthkart again and will try to bring as much as awareness possible everywhere on my social media and other platforms.

                                    I have purchased Whey protein Muscle tech Nitrotech performance series - Milk Chocolate USA 4Lb(Rs.6399), but Product delivered was same product Milk chocolate India 4LB (Rs. 5900).

                                    Since that i have contacted healthkart support team via mail, call and shared the product pictures packaging details as they requested. They keeps promising that my query will be resolved in 24hrs/48hrs/72hrs. It's been 10 days my issue is not yet resolved.

                                    We wish to inform you that the reverse pickup of your order #HKA[protected] has been arranged and will be picked up in the next 3 -5 business days and the same has been notified via email.

                                    Once received at our end, the product has to undergo a few quality checks and you can expect to hear from us within 7 -10 working days post pick up and quality inspection.

                                      Address: 132, naidu layout 4th cross, kuvempunagar 1st stage, jalahalli east, Bangalore 560014.

                                      I had ordered a gym bag, 2 pre workouts and a pack of creatine. got all except gym bag, infact parcel box was too small to hold a 40 litre gym bag in it. had contacted customer care number they asked me to email the pics. i did, they didnot receive it. i sent from 3 different mail id's, its still the same. Customer care is not willing t help, local healthkart store guy not willing to help.

                                        I Purchased one Fish oil capsules from healthkart on 19th Aug and made the payment on same time however i m not get my product and they mentioned the status as delivered in application .. multiple calls and mails has been shared with them but i didn't get any resolution
